The purpose of this study is to analyze how Korean Arts and Culture Education of School Policy Contents from the Kim Dae-jung government to Lee Myung-bak government are changed. The sequence will be examined by analyzing the Arts and Culture Education of School of Kim Dae-jung government to Lee Myung-bak government. Above all, the Arts and Culture Education of School Business and Policy Contents will be mainly studied. First of all, this study will be deal with two forms that present sequence analyze methode of each government Arts and Culture Education of School Policies. The criterion of the analysis of the sequence are repetition, difference, emphasis, development, and expansion. This study is analysed on the each government policy contents of the books published by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism(MCST), Korea Arts and Culture Education Service, Korea Culture and Tourism Institute, particularly the Culture Policy white paper from 2001 to 2009, 2006 Arts and Culture Education Policy white paper.

Establishing an investment evaluation system for public ICT projects is ultimately to increase the success rate of public ICT projects in which government finances are invested and to revitalize the projects, thereby establishing a foundation for national economic growth and enhancing the competitiveness of the global ICT industry. This study tried to empirically verify the effect of public ICT project investment evaluation factors established according to the existing evaluation system on actual project success, and to suggest directions for future investment evaluation factors. Five evaluation factors such as public interest, economic feasibility, technology, policy and budget efficiency were derived through prior research, and the effect of these evaluation criteria on actual project success was verified through questionnaires from experts who directly participated in the actual project. In addition, it was confirmed whether the government's support system had a moderating effect between the investment evaluation factors and the project success of the ICT project. The reliability and validity of measurement tools, structural model analysis, and path analysis were empirically analyzed, and the significance of existing ICT investment evaluation factors was verified.

The study shows solutions of long-term unexecuted urban park and activation plans to facilitate the business promotion of Private Park Developers. This study conducted a feasibility analysis to determine if the business of a special case is applicable. The result of this study is as follows about three long-term unexecuted urban parks in Gwangju Metropolitan City's City Park. First, the three long-term unexecuted urban parks in Gwangju Metropolitan City's City Park are the forest type Neighborhood Parks. Businesses of a special case's park developing cost(average 0.4%) have a relatively low percentage. It is most affected by Land Compensation(average 33.8%) and building construction expenses(average 59.1%). Second, long-term unexecuted urban parks' Land Compensation and building construction expenses seed capital are excessive. The Bongsan Park balance floor space index is 179 percent; a reasonable profit floor space index is 220 percent. The Mareuk Park balance floor space index is 351 percent; a reasonable profit floor space index is 420 percent. The Jungoe Park balance floor space index is 327 percent; a reasonable profit floor space index is 400 percent. Third, to facilitate the business of special cases in deliberating, Bongsan Park should change its second class general residential area. Jungoe Park must change the quasi-residential area and semi-residential area. Mareuk Park must change the general commercial area. In this way, the feasibility of promoting private park projects will be improved.

요즘 국내 캔자판기 운영사업을 펼치는 음료업체 경기도 좋지 못하다고 한다. 음료업체 입장에서는 장비를 우수 로케이션을 대상으로 무상으로 렌탈하는 경우가 많기 때문에 투자에 버금가는 수익이 나와 줘야 하나 현실은 그렇지 못한 경우가 많다. 물론 현행 캔자판기의 마케팅 구조상 해당음료사의 음료 홍보나 브랜드를 제고하는 효과를 제일 중시해야 할 것이다. 과거만 해도 이런 점 때문에 음료업체들이 캔자판기 운영사업에서 적자가 난다고해도 공격적인 투자를 불사하는 경우가 많았다. 하지만 이제는 캔자판기 운영사업의 효율과 수익성이 점점 중시되고 있다. 수익이 나지 않는 사업에 많은 투자를 할 수 없다는 분위기가 가중이 되고 있는 것이다. 따라서 이제 캔자판기 사업이 발전하기 위해서는 캔자판기 운영사업의 수익성을 제고시킬 수 있는 방안들이 적극 강구될 필요성이 있다. 이에 있어선 많은 방법들이 있겠지만 기존 업체 위주의 운영방식에서 개인사업 위탁화하는 방안도 검토해 봄직하다. 일본에서는 이미 오래 전에 이러한 시도가 있었다. 음료업체나 운영업체에서 자사 퇴직자를 활용해 개인사업 위탁화하는 방법인데 나름대로 장점이 커보인다. 국내는 음료업체가 직영하는 비중보다는 기계를 임대한 운영업체의 운영비중이 높다. 따라서 우리 현실에서는 중소 운영업체가 이 제도의 활용가치가 높아 보인다. 하지만 음료업체에서도 개인을 대상으로 이런 위탁화 사업을 확대하는 방안을 모색한다면 캔자판기 사업 확대의 새로운 전기를 맞을 수도 있을 것이다. 어떻게 이 제도를 활용하느냐에 따라 자판기 운영효율 향상의 새로운 국면을 모색할 수도 있는 것이다. 과거 일본에서 시도되었던 캔음료자판기의 개인 사업 위탁화의 한 사례를 국내 현실에 맞게 응용한다면 캔자판기 운영효율을 제고하는 대안이 나올 수 있지 않을까 생각된다.

The apartment reconstruction project is making some problems, such as delay of lack specialty, conflict between project owners and cost increasing etc. The enforcement process of project are very complicated, the term of project is long and too many project owners are participating. For this reasons. it is always in the face of uncertainty. To promote the reconstructing project successfully. we need to make risk management process to get rid of uncertain factors which occur in forwarding the reconstructing project This study has for its objects. First, suggest the best way of risk analysis to manage risk factors systematically and efficiently recognized in The Apartment reconstruction protect. Second, furnish basic data to build the risk managing system of The apartment reconstructing project.

최근 건설산업은 공공 및 민간부문의 발주물량 감소가 가시화되고 있으며, 최저가입제에 의한 사업수익율 하락 추세는 향후 건설업 붕괴위기, 건설산업 사양산업화라는 비관적 견해가 떠돌 만큼 건설업 전반이 심각한 위기를 맞고 있다. 정부는 재정 부족으로 인하여 SOC사업의 축소조정이 불가피하지만 국가경제의 악영향 해소와 신속한 경쟁력 회복을 위해 SOC사업에 대한 투자확대와 푹소범위 최소화의 필요성을 인식하고 있으며, 이에 재정부족과 SOC 확충이라는 두가지 문제를 해격하기 위해 민간투자사업이 활성화되고 있는 실정이다. 현재, 정부에 의해 주도되고 있는 민간투자사업의 제도 및 법률의 개정방향은 피간 건설업체가 주도하던 민자사업에 대하여 연기금 및 금융권으로의 전환을 예고하고 있으나, 현실적으로 금융권이 자체적으로 SOC 사업에 대한 투자를 위한 사업 타당성 분석이 어려운 실정이므로 이에 대한 대안으로 SOC 민간투자사업에 대한 노하우를 축적한 건설업체의 SOC 민간투자사업 분야에 아웃소싱 개닐념 도입, 특화하여 효율성을 극대화 시킴으로써 사업의 안정성 확보와 동시에 투자 수익 실현을 통하여 SOC 민간투자 활성화에 견인차 역학을 할 수 있는 전문운영회사의 도입에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

수자원의 관리적인 측면에서 하천에서 발생하는 재해로부터 자유롭기 위해 치수는 매우 중요하다. 특히 치수사업은 투자를 통해 주어진 제원을 알맞게 분배하고 사업의 타당성과 우선순위를 정하는 객관적인 기준이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 소하천 치수사업을 진행함에 있어 투자효율을 고려하여 치수 경제성 분석을 방법을 제시하고 연구를 수행하였다. 대상지역은 강원도 고성군에 위치한 홍수범람지구 7개 소하천으로 선정하였다. 치수사업에 따른 직접 편익을 계산하기 위해 홍수빈도와 피해액의 관계를 결정하였으며 이를 토대로 유량규모별 피해액을 산정하고 치수시설의 완성 및 유지관리에 필요한 비용을 산정하여 총 사업비를 구체화 시켰다. 경제성 평가기준인 총비용과 그 투자에 대한 총 편익을 비교하기위해 순현가(NPV), 편익/비용비(B/C), 내부수익율(IRR)의 세 가지 기법을 이용하였으며 동일치수사업에 대해서는 B/C비기준에 의한 평가로 경제성 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 연구 구간의 계획 규모를 50년으로 선정하였다.

Competition in the broadcasting market is intensifying as OTT services are spreading. And Korea is positioned as a competent international contents supply base. This can be helpful for the domestic contents production industry. However, it can result in being incorporated as a subcontractor in the global video industry. Therefore, it is necessary for Korean OTT operators to expand their market upto overseas and maintain competitiveness by linking content competitiveness to the sales expansion. This study was conducted to reduce the risk and encourage implementation through feasibility analysis of overseas business of domestic OTT operators. The North American market was selected as a region with high potential through in-depth interviews with experts and literatures review. And it was confirmed that the partnership with local platform is effective. Then, the sales and input costs were estimated, and business was evaluated using the net present value method. Totally 18 scenarios were created using multiple estimates for copyright cost, subscribers, and rate, which are highly uncertain. From the analyses, 8 scenarios were found to be acceptable. And copyright cost has the greatest impact on business success, followed by rates and subscribers.

Most old apartment housing have been replaced with new ones by means of the reconstruction. But with the change of the construction environment, remodeling is introduced as a new alternative for the replacement. Remodeling is expected to reduce national loss owing to the early reconstruction of old apartments resulted from economical and functional deterioration. But there still remains a lot of problems to be first solved for Remodeling. One of those is to figure out how to perform an economic feasibility analysis effectively. The researches of remodeling done under the rally stage are not sufficient in economic feasibility for apartment housing. Therefore, this paper suggests an effective method for the economic evaluation of remodeling projects focusing on a rental high-rise apartment.
