A Study on the Development of Valuation Systems for Digital Contents (디지털 콘텐츠 가치평가 시스템 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The objective of this study is to develop the prototype of valuation systems for digital contents. The valuation system developed in this study can be used to evaluate the qualitative and economic value of digital contents for planning stage, development stage, and commercialization stage of contents. Based on this valuation system, decision makers related to the commercialization of digital contents can evaluate the value of digital contents more systematically and concisely.

  • This research focuses on the part of animation production pipeline. Among the four stages in the process (development, pre-production, main production, and post-production), this research explores theoretical features of the development stage. As the development stage is not well-known and theorized in Korea, this research provides roles and values of the development stage. The development stages is very important because two works have to be proceeded in this stage. First, the story idea for making animation should be decided. Ideas have to be developed into definite synopsis. And, the bible to pitch for investors are prepared on the basis of the story. Secondly, the basic production plan has to be initiated. This production plan includes the financial budget, the production schedule, and the production team. These three elements are so crucial that the producer (or executive producer) should take into consideration from the early stage of production.

  • The necessity of specialized and systematic management has been a tendency to accomplish the goal of business efficiently according the trend of construction industry has become bigger, complicated and specialized as well as Placing an order of CM(Construction Management) Service has been Increased because it made viable and positive effect. Institutional plan is necessary CM application from planning, realistic estimation of CM service charge, converting understanding among paticipants for the business and inducing specialization through certifyizing CM qualification to develop CM. But, it makes some realistic and unexpected pro41ems in the middle of step-by-step CM management for doing its business. So we need to consider a measure. This study suggests problems in practical a)fairs and improved idea that it summarized each stage of a bid for CM, planning, construction contract. It shows direction to take root successfully and develop.

  • The quality of early cost estimates is critical to the feasibility analysis and budget allocation decisions for public capital projects. Various researches have been attempted to develop cost prediction models in the early stage of a construction project. However, existing studies are limited on its applicability to actual projects because they focus primarily on a specific phase as well as utilize restricted information while the amount of information collectable differs from one another along with the project stages. This research aims to develop two-staged cost estimation model for the schematic planning and preliminary design process of a construction projects, considering the available information of each phase. In the schematic planning stage where outlined information of a project is only available, the Case-Based Reasoning model is used for easy and rapid elicitation of a project cost based on the extensive database of more than 90 actual highway construction projects. Then, the representing quantity-based model is proposed for the preliminary design stage where more information on the quantities and unit costs are collectable based on the alternative routes and cross-sections of a highway project. Real case studies are used to demonstrate and validate the benefits of the proposed approach. Through the two-stage cost estimation system, users are able to hold a timely prospect to presume the final cost within the budge such that feasibility study as well as budget allocation decisions are made on effectively and competitively.

  • The growth of Korea's construction industry is on the decrease, and it has caused the market of remodeling to be boosted up. But it's not that long people to get interested in the business of remodeling. So, the understanding and recognition in each remodeling process are not systematically formed yet and of which study and experience are insufficient as well, which may produce lots of problem after finishing these businesses. For resolving these problems, the make-up of remodeling process in the plan of operation will help us to reasonably and efficiently construct the basis of the business of remodeling which can be a way for efficient management and corresponded to national construction surroundings. The result of this study is as follows.

  • In Korea, many mixed-used development projects(MXD) in mega project size are currently active. As these mega projects require long-term construction and execution and involve by different subjects in different fields, their completion breeds various problems, such as conflicts among project participants due to their complicated interest relationships and inaccuracy in predicting the economic performance of the projects due to inappropriate facility capacity planning. To solve these problems, it is essential to apply value engineering (VE) at the planning phase of the project, which can result in the best possible cost reduction and improvement of project performance. However, not many projects are actually implementing VE because of the lack of available information, as well as the limitations due to uncertainty in the early period of project execution. Therefore, this study aimed at proposing VE Team Building, Quality Model Performance Indexes, Space Model so as to resolve common mega project problems and overcome VE application limitations at planning stage. The result of this study is expected that the data can be utilized as basic data to apply VE at the planning phase of the large complex projects.

  • The housing redevelopment goes on smoothly, because it has problem that prevent theory and alternative policy. The conflict factors may remove to the problem before. This study has proposed that is universally applicable to the housing redevelopment and the conflict factors was supplied effective use of resources. This paper get the conclusion as a survey. first, It have a conflict solution for successful housing redevelopment business. Second, reconstruction business process categorized four stage. Third, It suggest an alternative about reconstruction business manage and systematization.

사회문제해결형 R&D 현황 및 특성 분석 : NTIS Data를 중심으로

  • 공공분야에서의 지식생산이라는 국가 R&D사업의 본연의 임무에 사회문제해결이라는 보다 구체적인 요구가 커지고 있다. 취약계층, 노인, 장애인과 같은 사회적 약자들의 삶의 질 개선에 더불어 조류 인플루엔자, 미세먼지오염 등 국민생활에 영향을 주는 사회문제의 해결에 과학기술지식이 기여하라는 사회적 요청이 커지고 있다. 그동안 산업 지원과 학문 발전을 중심으로 발전해오던 국가R&D시스템이 이제는 공공분야에서의 지식생산시스템 격상이라는 과제를 안게 되었다. 정부는 2012년 '신과학기술 프로그램 추진전략(안)'을 통해서 이러한 요구를 수용하기 시작했으며 2014년에 다(多)부처 기획을 통해 11개 사업 분야를 선정하고 사회문제해결을 위한 R&D를 다(多)부처 사업으로서 2015년부터 시작하였다. 또한 과학기술정보통신부(구 미래부)는 단일 부처사업으로서 '사회문제해결형 사업' 을 2104년부터 추진하였다. 논문이나 특허보다는 현장문제의 해결책, 솔루션 생산을 목표로 제시하였으며 현장의 사용자나 시민이 연구개발의 전 과정에 참여하는 리빙랩이라는 새로운 방법론의 적용을 사회문제해결형 R&D사업의 성격으로 제안하였다. 본 연구는 사회문제해결형 R&D라는 이 새로운 시도가 국가R&D 시스템 안에서 어떻게 시행되었는지 NTIS data를 통해서 분석해보고자 한다. 먼저 다부처 기획으로 선정되어 추진된 과제들의 특성, 즉 연구적용분야, 연구 단계 등을 분석하고 단일부처 사업으로 수행된 '사회문제해결형 사업' 및 유사 단일부처 사업 과제들의 특성을 알아본다. 연구수행주체, 연구방법론 등 사회문제해결형 R&D 기획에서 제시한 새로운 방법들의 수행 여부를 알아보고 이를 통해 공공분야 국가R&D 시스템의 발전 및 사회문제해결형 R&D 사업의 향후 발전 방안을 제안한다.

  • When planning and promoting apartment house development project, it is very important to carry on profitability in planning stage through realistic evaluation and analysis about distributability. Especially, the analysis about project feasibility through forecasting the early distribute rate is crucial stage because it could evaluate overall expecting benefit and feasibility of the project. However, researches and studies related with forecasting profitability and distributabilty of construction development project are insufficient. Also there is a big gap of the standard for evaluating early distribute rate between government and individual corporations. So it is necessary to study about the evaluating early distribute rate. In this point, this study aims to present effective evaluating standard(criteria) which is for forecasting profitability and distribute rate through analyzing various factors and weight of apartment house development projects. This study compared and analyzed examples of the real initial rate of private apartment sale based on the government estimated standard. Among estimated index, omitted items and factors to be additionally considered are combined as 33 detail appraisal contents of 4 parts 9 items by allotting them based on the data about priority of all considered factors.
