The objective of this study is to analyze the relationships among support for farm village development work, farm village's brand equity and social and economic performance. The questionnaire was performed for 380 villagers in Jeollabuk-do Province. The surveyed data was analyzed by structural equation model analysis and Sobel test. Support for farm village development work such as living environment improvement project, income foundation creation project, rural tourism facilities project, and regional competency education project showed statistically significant positive effects on the farm village's brand equity. The farm village's brand equity also showed a statistically significant positive effect on the social and economic performance. The support for farm village development work such as living environment improvement project, village landscape improvement project, income foundation creation project, rural tourism facilities project, and regional competency education project showed no statistically significant effects on the social and economic performance. But, they showed statistically significant effects on the social and economic performance in indirect manner with the mediating effect of the farm village's brand equity. In this study, the effect factors on the farm village's brand equity and social and economic performance was verified in farm village development strategy, and then, it is meaningful to present the role and importance of support for farm village development work.

본 논문에서는 공공사업의 예비타당성을 평가하기 위하여 한국개발연구원에서 예비타당성조사 수행을 위한 일반지침을 참고하여 H시의 공공사업에 대해 평가요인별 가중치산출 및 사업 시행여부에 대한 대안의 평가를 실시하였다. 구체적인 평가의 방법으로는 AHP를 이용하였으며, 한국개발연구원에서 제시한 평가시 고려사항을 참조하여 평자체계 및 설문지 등을 구조화 하였고, 해당 공공사업에 대해 예비타당성 분석을 실시하여 객관적인 기준에 의한 평가가 필요한 공공사업에 대해 합리적인 의사결정을 내려 보았다.

현재 대부분의 국내외 종합통신사업자들은 외부적인 통신산업의 경쟁 격화 및 새로운산업 트렌드 변화로 인해 매출과 영업이익이 정체되는 위기상황에 처해 있으며, 이를 타개하기 위해 미래 통신산업의 mega trend에 대응하여 사업구조를 재편하고 신규 수익모델을 창출하는 등 사업포트폴리오를 변화시키고 있다. 국내외 수많은 종합통신사업자들 중에서 일부는 미래 통신산업 mega trend 변화에 적극적으로 대응하여 다양한 전략적 옵션들을 취함으로써 성공적으로 변모해가고 있는 반면, 다른 일부는 소극적으로 대처하거나 또는 아무런 인식이 없이 본업에만 안주하여 스스로 위기를 자초하고 있는 듯 하다. 이에 본 고에서는 새로운 패러다임 변화에 적극적으로 대처하고 있는BT와 NTT 그룹의 사업포트폴리오 변화 사례 분석을 통해 국내 종합통신사업자에게 미래 서비스 사업구조 개선 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

Natural disaster has been hard to prevent the occurrence of itself, thus in order to reduce the economic damages and loss casualties, it is important to be prepared in cases that the disasters should occur in advance. Interest of the related project to prevent various natural disasters has been grown along with an investment in Korea. Along with this movement, when investments related to natural disaster prevention projects were built on, the post evaluation that can verify the ripple effects of those investments on the community should be emerging as an essential task. For evaluating the effects of public investment projects such as natural disaster prevention projects in this study, the related researches would continue through qualitative analyses, for example, cost-benefit analysis. Even the qualitative analysis alone cannot fully explain the effects of those projects, the diverse methods of analyzing and evaluating those effects might not have been presented in those fields. For the post evaluation of natural disaster prevention projects through the qualitative analysis, this study derived subjects that had effects on the post evaluation of natural disaster prevention projects. Also, employing the structural equation modeling (SEM), the causation between post evaluation subjects and the effects of projects were quantitatively analyzed, and the weighting factors of evaluation items were calculated respectively. Based on these results, post evaluation index formula was proposed for the natural disaster prevention projects in Korea.

Many construction companies have been trying to extend their businesses to the development projects after IMF. Project financing was introduced to the construction market and has been popular with construction companies which can not furnish funds for project by themselves. But, there are so many problems that project financing has not been activated in the construction field. One of the main factors that disturb activation of project financing is distrust about construction management among participants. This distrust is caused by the lack of speciality, objectivity, clearness about CM. So, to process business successfully, they need specialty and objectivity for the construction management. In this research, I analyzed the role and duty of the main participants about CM in the development project ana suggested an advanced management structure in order to activate project financing in the development projects.

The Kyoto Mechanisms allows a supplementary means for compliance, CDM(Clean Development Mechanism) and JI(Joint Implementation) projects. The investment in CDM projects is increasing rapidly as the first implementation period began in 2008. This paper seeks to determine factors affecting the price of primary CER using UNFCCC CDM Project Development Document(PDD) data. This study employs the Cluster analysis and the GLS(Generalized Least Squares) method.

In the past, the United States has been engaged in large-scale urban development projects as a tool for urban regeneration to revitalize distressed urban areas. On the other hand, large-scale urban development projects have been stalled or discontinued globally since the 2008 economic crisis. Despite this, the Hudson Yard development, which is the subject of this study, has resumed smoothly due to the characteristics of its development structure and rational negotiation process. Most domestic developments depend on the economic circumstances, and the problems that are exposed in a privately led development are repeated; the Yongsan International Business District Development is a representative failure case. This study examined the characteristics of the business structure and the nature of the negotiation process in the Hudson Yard development project in New York City.

This study is to reveal structural causal relationship of individual factors influencing association member's substantive payment in the economic view which is a critical factor of project implementation and identify its influence through simulation and actual proof analysis. As the results of analysis, the first, association member's substantive payment is decided to allow for the difference between special price for association members and general price and the profit arising between the time of approval of disposal plan and moving in. The second, on analysis of sensitivity of individual factors influencing association member's substantive payment, floor area ratio applied to project has the biggest influence. Association member's payment is also greatly influenced by the subject of cost allocation for establishing infrastructure in project area. The third, this study set up a structure model based on causal relationship among the factors deciding association member's payment and empirically examined influence and path of influence which the individual factors exercise. The result indicates that control elements and regional characteristic elements influence association member's payment through the medium of plan elements.

Feasibility analysis is a crucial key to success or failure of housing project. Existing feasibility analysis in construction company is based on intuitive approach rather than systematic approach. Usually feasibility analysis in a narrow sense is a financial analysis of project. Feasibility analysis focused in this study is confined to the matter of finance. So, the purpose of this study is to analyze the sensitivity of financial analysis item about profit rate by means of monte carlo simulation and this will improve accuracy of feasibility analysis and decision making.
