We should treat carefully the one related to human rights among a large number of decision-making in our daily lives. As it is necessary to obtain physical evidences in the process of criminal investigation for solving a certain crime based on the principle of evidence, it leads to an increase in demand for forensic science and forensic geology. Forensic geology could be regarded as a fusion discipline of geology and forensic investigation and it is principally concerned to the study on the connection of a suspect and a crime scene with soil evidence which could be experimented using geological data and methods. So these results could be used as valuable information in a court. After its academic foundation has been builded since the last 1970s, its research objects have been expanded from soil evidence like rocks, minerals, soils, sediments to sociocultural, political, military and medical objects like ancient relics, mines, corpses. Its role is expanded from the simple finding of a particular location to the examination of archaeological theories and historical facts, the testimony of the cause of environmental pollution and the chronic demonstration of geological distribution of plants and anthropological origination. And these bring this discipline promptly to accept developed geological methodologies and to satisfy various forensic geological needs. Specialized forensic investigation institutes work actively for the R&D activities of forensic geology. In Korea, national institute of scientific investigation works a small part of forensic geological activities in total activities of forensic investigation. In conclusion, we concern to the importance of systematic discussion of building in proper position of forensic geology through its R&D methods, application cases of its performance and etc. based on geological characteristics in our country by a specialized geoscience institute.

With the development of information technology, fake news is becoming a serious social problem. Individual measures to manage the problem, such as fact-checking by the media, legal regulation, or technical solutions, have not been successful. The flood of fake news has undermined not only trust in the media but also the general credibility of social institutions, and is even threatening the foundations of democracy. This is why one cannot leave fake news unchecked, though it is certainly a difficult task to accomplish. The problem of fake news is not about simply judging its veracity, as no news is completely fake or unquestionably real and there is much uncertainty. Therefore, managing fake news does not mean removing them completely. Nor can the problem be left to individuals' capacity for rational judgment. Recurring fake news can easily disrupt individual decision making, which raises the need for socio-technical measures and multidisciplinary collaboration. In this study, we introduce a new public online platform for fake news management, which incorporates a multidimensional and multidisciplinary approach based on citizen science. Our proposed platform will fundamentally redesign the existing process for collecting and analyzing fake news and engaging with user reactions. People in various fields would be able to participate in and contribute to this platform by mobilizing their own expertise and capability.

컴퓨터는 인간의 모든 꿈과 희망을 실현시켜 줄 수 있는 마법상자는 아니다. 정보화 시대라고 일컫는 현재, 정보의 가치를 더해주는 컴퓨터의 중요성은 날로 커지고 있는 반면 인간의 존엄성은 경시되고 있다. 많은 사람들은 요즘 사회가 커다란 도덕적 위기에 빠졌다고 걱정하지만 컴퓨터 사용과 관련된 윤리적 문제에 대해서는 심각하게 느끼지 못하고 있는 것 같다. 정보통신 기술의 발달에 따라 새로운 교육의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 기존의 전통적인 교육방식에서 사이버 윤리 교육은 교과서 중심의 단편적인 교육이었기 때문에 학습자의 흥미를 유발하지 못하였으며, 교육자와 학습자의 상호작용이 부족하여 사이버 윤리 교육의 효과가 미흡하였다. 정보통신 기술의 발달에 따라 새로운 교육의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 기존의 전통적인 교육방식에서 사이버 윤리 교육은 교과서 중심의 단편적인 교육이었기 때문에 학습자의 흥미를 유발하지 못하였으며, 교육자와 학습자의 상호작용이 부족하여 사이버 윤리 교육의 효과가 미흡하였다. 이런 관점에서 본 논문은 정보통신 시대가 수반하고 있는 사회적 영향력과 윤리적 이슈들에 대하여 좀더 교육적인 측면으로 접근해 윤리교육의 현황과 문제점, 그리고 체계적인 확산방안에 대해 살펴보았다. 본 논문에서는 사이버공간에서 윤리 교육을 받는 청소년들을 중심으로 그들에게 새로운 윤리교육의 한 형태인 사이버공간에서 관련된 문제들을 교육적인 측면으로 해결할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 그러나, 무엇보다 우리가 명심해야 할 것은 인간의 존엄성은 그 어떤 이유를 막론하고 존중되어야 한다는 사실이다. 검증되지 않은 스토리 보드에 의한 저작 단계로 바로 돌입하고 있는 것이 한국의 실정이라 하겠다. 따라서 본 프로젝트에 의해 개발 된 교수 설계 도구는 교육/학습 컨텐츠의 품질 보증을 위한 방법론인 교육 공학의 체제적 교수 설계 이론 Model (Instructional System Design Model), 특히 그 중에서도 이 분야의 사실상의 표준 이론(de facto standard)인 Dick & Carey 교수와 Gagne 교수의 인지주의 ISD Model을 기반으로 정교한 교수 설계와 코스 맵 설계를 가능하게 함으로써 학습 컨텐츠의 품질 보증 활동을 지원 할 수 있는 도구로 개발하였다. 특히 Linux 기반에서 PHP로 개발 함으로써 Platform에 구애받지 않은 사용 환경을 구현 하였으며 향후 많은 e-Learning Platform에 교수 설계 모듈로 장착 함으로써 기존의 e-Learning Platform들의 가치를 높일 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 생각한다.실징후를 파악하는데 그치지 않고 부실의 원인을 파악하고 이에 대한 대응 전략을 수립하며 그 결과를 측정하는데 활용될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 부도예측 정보 중 현금흐름정보를 통하여 '인터넷기업의 미래 현금흐름측정, 부도예측신호효과, 부실원인파악, 비즈니스 모델의 성격규정 등을 할 수 있는가'를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(

Korean movies with a great variety of styles have recently succeeded in drawing people's attention Rule number one is "the more entertainment, the more audiences". On the top of box offices are always the movies that have a number of spectacular scenes, pounding sounds and big budget characters. Hong Sang Su movies, however, receive attention from the public without above noted descriptions. One of his effective methods of expression is "realism" He has illustrated the trivial episodes with his own wits and ways. Not only has his style become famous and popular but he has many followers. He enjoys using ordinary emotion and sentiment that are likely to happen to everyone. This paper uses two tools. One is the traditional analysis of realism. The other is how he can approach the public meaningfully by listing common elements he frequently uses in his movies. Nevertheless, we can't fully understand his realism by explaining how he shows our everyday life and how much his movie looks like it. Though admitting there are so many preceding papers on his works but this paper will try to look deep into his realism through the analysis of Mise-en-Sc$\grave{e}$ne.

As the field of film aesthetics expands, the concept of classical the mise-en-scene expands too its scope. This paper examines the concept of mise-en-scene through spatial connections. The primary goals of this study are understanding the relation between the frame and the shot, the continuity between the scene and the sequence, and the aesthetic dimension to the plan-sequence. In modern cinema theory, the elements of mise-en-scene are more emphasized in terms of efficiency, but this study is concerned that the classical aesthetic system is still important. To this end, we examine the concept of plan-sequence, which was called the best technique of past visual realism aesthetics, is utilized in digital cinema. Finding significance for the modern use of plan-sequences is a secondary goal of this paper and we expect it to be a stepping stone to search for the aesthetics of digital cinema. The plan-sequence is one of the important factors that can be evaluated in the preparation and application of the event for the movie director. In the real world where the film itself is used commercially, digital film will have a conceptual tool that can utilize allegorics of 'geopolitical unconsciousness' through plan-sequences.

The objective of this thesis is to unfold Latin American trends overlapping with Korean contemporary novels as an interesting scene in the circle of Korea literature at the beginning of the 21st century. This study was conducted largely in two directions. One is examining how long novel A Guest of Seok-yeong HWANG, a representative realist writer in Korea, and another long novel One Hundred Years Motel (Baeknyeon Motel) of Cheol-woo IM, a writer who has expressed Korean shamanic flowering as his fictitious characteristic since the 1980s, meet and interact with the world of magic realism in long novel One Hundred Years of Solitude of G. G. Marquez born in Colombia, Latin America, and the other is discussing the fictional techniques of H. L. Borges overlapping with short stories in novel collections The Age of Twenty and Fictions of Midnight by, respectively, young writers Yeon-soo KIM and PARK Hyeong-seo who displayed a unique world of fictions in the 2000s. For these purposes, we developed the points of discussion from the viewpoint of 'the meeting of two essences' for Seok-yeong HWANG and Marquez, of 'the meeting of two 'hundred years'' for Cheol-woo IM and Marquez, of 'novel writing as the finding of the original' for Yeon-soo KIM and Borges, and of 'novel writing surrounding fictions' for Hyeong-seo PARK and Borges. Around 2000, the trend of Latin American novels emerged as a phenomenon in Korean novels. It was probably a natural consequence of contemporary writers' struggling with genres and post-genres, the overturn of the center and the periphery, and blurred boundaries. Seok-yeong HWANG, Cheol-woo IM, Yeon-soo KIM, and PARK Hyeong-seo borrowed the contents and techniques of Latin American novels, but further research is required on how continuously their works internalized the characteristic properties of Marquez-style, Borges-style or polyphonic Latin American novels and, by doing so, how much they expanded or determined their own line. This is why this study has been performed productively out of vital importance. In every age throughout history, there have been the phenomena of encountering and sympathizing, and overlapping and spreading with foreign novels. This study is meaningful in that it illuminated the aspects of Korean contemporary novels in the flow of world literature through tracing the origin and reality of the trend of Latin American novels emerging conspicuously through overlapping particularly with Korean novels published in the 2000s.

첨두홍수량 자료는 홍수예경보 및 치수계획수립 등 하천관리에 있어서 매우 중요한 요소이다. 그러나 대규모 홍수가 발생 시 악천후가 동반된 기상상황이나, 현장 접근이 어려운 환경적 조건과 예산 및 인력 부족 등에 의한 불가피한 문제로 첨두홍수량을 측정하는데 어려움 있다. 따라서 일반적으로 수위-유량관계곡선식을 이용하여 첨두홍수량을 산정하지만 단순 고수위 외삽 추정을 통해 개발된 곡선식을 이용한 첨두홍수량 산정에 있어서는 주의가 필요하다. 이러한 경우 홍수가 지나간 후 현장조사를 통해 획득한 위치, 표고, 횡단면적 등 홍수흔적(flood marks)을 가지고 경사면적법(slope-area method)과 같은 간접적인 방법으로 첨두홍수량을 추정할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 2018년 큰 호우사상이 발생한 내성천의 지류인 서천의 영주시(월호교) 지점과 남강의 산청군(하촌리) 지점에서 홍수흔적 조사를 통해 지점별 두 개의 단면을 선정하였다. 영주시(월호교) 지점의 두 단면 간 거리는 약 90m, 높이차는 약 0.21m로 조사되었고, 산청군(하촌리) 지점의 두 단면 간 거리는 약 330m, 높이차는 약 0.47m로 조사되었다. 경사면적법을 이용한 첨두 홍수량 추정에 적용된 조도계수는 '서천 하천기본계획(2014)', '남강 하천기본계획(2013)'에서 계획 홍수량 산정에 적용된 조도계수 0.029와 0.025를 적용하였다. 영주시(월호교) 지점은 2018년 9월 4일 발생한 호우사상의 첨두수위 5.59m에서 수위-유량관계곡선식을 이용하여 산정된 유량은 $1,127.8m^3/s$이고 경사면적법을 이용하여 추정된 유량은 $1,105.9m^3/s$로 약 -1.98%의 편차율이 발생하였다. 산청군(하촌리) 지점은 2018년 8월 26일 발생한 호우사상의 첨두수위 6.75m에서 수위-유량관계곡선식을 이용하여 산정된 유량은 $3,435.0m^3/s$이고 경사면적법을 이용하여 추정된 유량은 $3,233.3m^3/s$로 약 -6.24%의 편차율이 발생하였다. 경사면적법을 이용하여 추정된 첨두홍수량은 수위-유량관계곡선식을 이용하여 산정된 유량과 편차율이 지점별 ${\pm}10%$ 이내의 근사한 범위로 산정되었다. 따라서 경사면적법을 이용한 첨두홍수량 추정 방법의 적용에 있어서 적절한 것으로 판단된다.

This paper studies the recent surge in the number of faith-based films in Hollywood, with the aim to explore the context and implications of this new trend. By using the theoretical framework of the study of the Tilich and Van der Leeuw, who have explored the relationship between religion, culture and art, this article discusses the meaning of the spiritual theme in the film. A couple of common points can be found among the faith-based films that have been produced since the 2010s. While these films attempt a universal approach to the fundamental theme of spirituality through popular narratives familiar to the audience, they also stress 'historical truthfulness and credibility' by representing the reality, such as a featuring real person or a true story in the film. The main characters are depicted as "victorious losers" that are distinguished from the typical Hollywood superhero and the films repeatedly show the human being constantly 'asking' questions to God. By analyzing these characteristics, the paper demonstrates that recent Hollywood faith-based films have successfully differentiated themselves from existing religious films while symbolizing the universal beliefs and values beyond the religious message so as to attract more audiences to this field. The paper also suggests that despite the advances in modern science and knowledge, the public will always yearn for a spiritual recovery and salvation through the film medium, serving as a potential source that provides an outlet for spiritual experience.

The present work aims to analyze the concept of space in $Jes{\acute{u}}s$ $Fern{\acute{a}}ndez$ Santos' work Los bravos. Throughout its pages, one can observe the multidimensional possibilities of space in literature. Throughout time, the concept of literary space has developed and it has been modified constantly in order to meet the needs required for the evolution of narratology. In the past, Aristotle stated that space is the place where characters and physical objects happen to exist. This remained almost unchanged until the Renaissance. In the $19^{th}$ century, space stopped being considered just a mere scene where the action takes place as it was given more importance by romantic authors in their works. Realism intensified the spaces as the interior of the house. In fact, the descriptions of space became more important. In this article, I focus on the various meanings of space in the novel Los bravos. First, I analyze the dichotomy between real and ideal spaces, and continue with the cathartic dimension of the fictional space. Then, I present and analyze the opposition between urban and rustic spaces in this novel, and, finally, I show the confrontation between the spaces of men and women. Through this analysis, we can observe that characters have a space where they feel more comfortable and how, occasionally, they leave their "usual space of action" to reach their "ideal place". Women want to stay in their kitchen to chat with each other, while men prefer to leave the house to visit a cafe with their colleagues. The door and the window divide the border of the worlds of men and women. However, that line is not only dividing the structure of the house, but it is also of a psychological house.

In this article we tried to discover the predilection of the Goncourt brothers for the noble culture of the eighteenth century. It is well known that two brothers sought to bring forth the aristocratic world formerly reigned by Louis XV and Louis XVI. The favorite themes of the Goncourts included rococo, rocaille, Kings' mistresses, and antiques. Were the brothers fascinated by the culture of the eighteenth century only because they were themselves in the lineage of an aristocratic family? Are there any other reasons behind their predilection for the eighteenth century? This research started from these questions, because we believe that, in their preoccupation with such culture, there must be other reasons beyond their aesthetic predilection. We first studied ideological grounds to answer these questions. Our attention was particularly drawn to the relationship between their attachment to aristocratic culture and their rejection of bourgeois culture in their time. We then attempted to discern the meaning of their studies on the French Revolution, in the wake of the revolution of 1848. By means of this approach, we found that they overestimated the vibrant and energetic culture of the eighteenth century, and they wanted to propose such culture to their contemporaries, in an effort to forget the terrible memory of the year 1848. We can therefore say that the Goncourt brothers proposed a remedy for the psychological torment of their time.
