PANM-DB (version 1.0) was constructed as a web-based interface for the analysis and annotation of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data of Mollusca, Arthropoda, and Nematoda. The database collected the sequences of Protostomes (Mollusca, Arthropoda, and Nematoda) from the NCBI Taxonomy Browser, and the same were compiled in a multi-FASTA format and stored using the formatdb program. This improved the processing of the RNA-seq sequences in terms of speed and hit percentage. PANM-DB has been successfully used for the transcriptome annotation of butterfly, land snail, and other commercial mollusca. We have improved the database by updating the same with new sequences and version 2.0 contains a total of 7,571,246 protein sequences (two times more as compared to version 1.0). Furthermore, the updated version contains the Cephalopoda database. The constructed web interface is available that independently analyses following these updates that is an improvement of the mollusks BLAST server. The updated version of PANM-DB will be helpful for the analysis of the NGS based sequencing data of non-model species, especially Mollusca, Arthropoda, Nematoda.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of O2O industry policy for solving the conflict problems with the traditional industry stakeholder and for enhancing the regulations as new industry development is inevitable. We make use of TAIDA that is one of scenario methods to accomplish the purpose and suggest the direction of policy. First, it is needed to prepare directly by government the environment that new business models are able to emerge easily with various consulting services and information supports like public system servers and IT infra, it is practical support policy. Second, positive legal application for new business and making the law for new business are needed in legal issues situation as soon as possible. Third, the conflicts with old and new industry would be managed to the direction of "predictable" progressively. Incongruity among laws, safety and security problems, and the conflict of stakeholder are urgent. Because of the limit in this study, it is expected that O2O industry is categorized in detail aligned to the characteristics and that new policies along to the separate industry areas are developed by the following study.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the policy direction for promoting Korean grape, Shine Muscat, export to China. For this, the data were collected from 102 Chinese who live in Guangzhou province. The survey was conducted from Oct 10th to 13th 2017. PLS-SEM model is used to investigate the main factors that cause the Chinese consumers to purchase Korean grape, Shine Muscat. This study finds that the post-evaluation factor is more important to obtain final evaluation and to purchase Korean grape in the future. Thus farmers and research institutes should investigate how to improve the quality for the sweetness and the texture of the grape, reflecting the Chinese consumers' preference.

This paper investigates the causal impact of the increase in institutional distance between two geographic regions on the flow of cross-border Venture Capital (VC) between the regions. While cross-border VCs are believed to have competitive advantages at identifying and managing promising startups in a local market compared to local counterparts, the discrepancy in institutional characteristics between two markets exacerbates the difficulty of credible information exchange and negotiation, significantly increasing transaction cost related to a cross-border venture capital investment. This study conducts a difference-in-difference analysis to examine the relationship between institutional distance and the flow of cross-border VC investment using the fact that the official adoption of the Euro currency by member countries of the European Union except the UK created an institutional chasm between the UK and other EU member countries. The outcomes of the analysis suggests that UK-based VCs significantly decreased the VC investment into EU-based startups and that EU-based VCs reduced the investment into UK-based startups. The results have meaningful implications for understanding the impact of the change in institutional difference on cross-border VC investment, which seems to increasingly take place with the recent trend of de-globalization and the rise of protectionism.

일반적으로 알려져 있는 소에 있어서의 제각은 화학적인 소락제, 송아지 제각기 (tube calf dehorner), 전기인두, 톱 및 선거(線鋸; wire saw) 등을 이용하고 있으나, 제각 처치시 소에 많은 스트레스를 주고 있는 실정에 있다. 2001년도에 일본의 요우카이치시(四日市) 소재 냉동 및 냉장창고업을 하는 일신냉장고(주)에 근무하는 직원이 현내의 비육농장에서 제각하는 것을 보고, 생산자나 소비자로부터 이야기를 나누던 중, 점차적으로 소 사육농장에서 다두사육화가 되면서 우군 무리중에서 순위싸움으로 인해 외상을 입거나, 경쟁에 밀린 소는 사료를 제대로 먹지 못하여 스트레스를 받는 다는 것에 착안하여, 끝이 뾰쪽한 뿔에 복싱 글러브(boxing glove)와 같은 커버를 장착하면 제각을 하지 않고 소 본래의 자연체형을 유지한 체로 안심, 안전, 위험방지가 가능한 소의 뿔 커버를 연구개발하게 되었다. 최초로 제작된 소의 뿔 커버는 고무 특유의 수축작용을 이용해서 소의 뿔에 장착하였으나, 소의 큰 압력에 눌려 하루도 못가 각상피(角上皮)와 같이 탈락하였으며, 그 후 약 3년간은 실패를 거듭한 끝에 4년째인 2005년 봄에 의외의 장소에서 힌트를 얻었는 데, 귀가시 가족중 우연히 이가 빠졌는 것을 보고, 소의 각돌기(角突起)의 각첨부(角尖部)에 고정하는 방법을 생각하게 되었다. 연구를 시작하면서부터 NOSAI 수의사들, JA 동일본조합사료 수의사, 전농축산 서비스 등의 도움을 받았으며, 이후 오리온기업육성기술개발지원사업에 채택되어 4년여간의 연구를 한 끝에 약 30초의 부착시간이 걸리는 1회성의 영구적인 소의 뿔 커버를 특허개발(2005년)하여 2008년도부터 판매하기 시작하여 거세 화우, 교잡종 화우암소, 화우 암소 등에 일본 전역에서 보급되어 시술되고 있다. 최근 수개월전에 제가 아는 지인이 일본서 뿔 커버 2두분을 직접 구입하여 왔는 바, 직접 한우 경산우 암소 2두에 극히 간편하고 쉽게 시술하였기에 소개하여 도움을 주고 저 한다.

The beauty industry continued to develop despite the difficult social environment, and in the process, small-scale beauty businesses grew rapidly into large-scale beauty franchises. Therefore, this study was conducted because it was considered that various internal marketing is necessary for workers in the beauty industry. In order to find out what kind of internal marketing has a great effect on job immersion for workers, from February 1, 2021 to March 2021 By the 31st, 220copies out of 250 questionnaires were collected and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed with spss 22.0. Satisfying internal marketing was a reward system and it was found that it had the greatest influence on job commitment. Therefore, it is considered that the actual internal marketing that workers want should be planned.

This study is aimed at investigating optimum level of payments in the direct payment program for aquaculture extruded pellets both theoretically and practically by analyzing the effects on production and income in accordance with Green Box conditions of WTO Agreement on Agriculture. In particular, by analyzing both effects on production and income, it evaluates and compares payments affecting to the level of production and income, respectively. Analysis results indicate that the optimum level of payments in the direct payment program for aquaculture extruded pellets is determined by the growth rate of farmed fish, farming period, price and volume of extruded pellets, and additional amount of cost increase and decrease. Suppose that growth rates of farmed fish by extruded pellets(EP) and raw fish - based moist pellets(MP) are the same, it reveals the optimum level of payment should be lowered from the current level of payment. However, when the growth rate of farmed fish by EP is lower than that by MP, the optimum level of payment should be raised from the current level and total amount of payments by area should be increased as well.

General customer uses internet, SMS(Short Message Service), ATM(Automated Teller Machine), DM(Direct Mail), and telephony services, etc, for service of big businesses and small and medium enterprises, securities, financial institutions, bank. In particular, the case of Fire insurance & Securities, financial institutions, banks must meet Real-Time constrain control through QoS(Quality of Service) ensure. In this paper, we design and implement a system model about Fault-Tolerance IVR(Interactive Voice Response) of Multi Channel Service based on CRM(Customer Relationship Management) environment for the first inbound position of customer. The proposed model can be widely used in Large-scale Customer Response service.

In this study, we investigated the actual conditions of illumination environment of study rooms in detached houses. From the results, fluorescent lamp as a lighting source and direct lighting method were mainly used. The additional use of local lighting was 48.2[%], and it was not efficient for detailed work. The average illuminance of general lighting and local lighting were 131.41[lx] and 322.57[lx], respectively, and these level were only 54[%] of the lowest illumination standard. This indicates that the lighting levels and the environment are so poor. The satisfaction level of users, however, was relatively high, suggesting insufficient recognition of importancy of lighting for efficient work.

Faster, safer and cheaper mailing of the postal matter is essential for surviving in the competitive market of home-delivery service. The Steiner tree connects points minimally in geometrical way and has been used in the distribution system optimization and optimal routing of the transmission lines of the electric power system. This paper proposes a method to select the optimal location of mail distribution center that minimally connect the local mail center of some major cities using the Steiner tree theorem.
