  • UI가 디지털 상품성에 중요한 요인으로 인식되면서 사용성 향상을 위한 기업들의 노력이 커지고 있다. 특히 사용자들의 충성도를 고취시킬 수 있다는 측면에서 일관성 있는 UI개발은 중요한 전략이다. 일관성 있는 UI 개발을 위해 기업은 UI 가이드라인을 개발하여 운영한다. UI 가이드라인은 단순히 좋은 UI 설계만의 문제가 아니며 기업의 사업 전략을 반영해야 하고 기술적인 로드맵을 예상하여야 하며 독자들의 명확하게 이해할 수 있어야 하며 끝으로 배포 이후의 원할한 운영의 문제까지 고려해야 한다. 본 논문은 SK Telecom의 SK Telecom Standard User Interface Requirements 개발 사례를 통해 UI가이드라인 개발 시 고려하여야 하는 사항들에 대한 어떤 해결책을 내놓았는지에 대해서 알아본다.

  • 본 사례는 국내 최대 화장품 기업인 아모레 퍼시픽의 프리미엄 한방화장품인 설화수 브랜드의 탄생과 발전과정을 소재로 하고 있으며, 설화수의 브랜드 정체성 확립 전략과 글로벌 전략에 대해 다루고 있다. 설화수는 아모레 퍼시픽의 오랜 생약 화장품 연구의 결과로 탄생한 제품으로 현재 한방 화장품시장의 60%를 차지하고 있는 시장지배자일뿐 아니라 아모레 퍼시픽이 강력한 외국 기업들을 제치고 1위의 프리미엄 화장품 공급자로 등극하게 한 일등 공신이다. 설화수 브랜드는 시의 적절한 제품 컨셉과 탁월한 브랜드 정체성 확립으로 오늘과 같은 위치에 이를 수 있었으며, 문화 마케팅이라는 설화수의 브랜드 정체성과 잘 조화된 전략을 통해 후발 경쟁자들과의 간격을 더욱 크게 벌려 놓았다. 국내의 경쟁과 성공에 안주하지 않고, 글로벌 전략을 선택한 아모레 퍼시픽은 아시아 권을 중심으로 세계시장에서 괄목할 만한 성장을 이루었으며, 더 나아가 설화수는 아모레 퍼시픽의 프리미엄 브랜드로의 포부를 담고 2004년 홍콩에 진출한다. 잘 준비된 브랜드 구축 계획과 4P 전략으로 초기 안정된 시장안착을 달성하고 빠르게 성장하고 있는 설화수이지만, 국내와는 다른 낮은 경쟁기반과 국내에서 성공한 전략의 실행여부 등 새로운 도약을 위한 고민이 계속되고 있다.

  • This study diagnosed the innovation capability of SMEs by utilizing the VIQ(Value Innovation Quotient) and deduced the innovation strategy. VIQ is the diagnosis tool for measuring the innovation capability of the SMEs focusing on the value innovation. SMEs can utilize this tool for diagnosis and deduce the innovation strategy. This study selected the high-growth venture company- K company and analyse it and deduced the innovation strategy. Innovation strategy can be as follows; Firstly, agile strategy formulation tool such as business intelligence and scenario planning should be adopted for the flexible business planning. Secondly, speedy decision making process should be made. Thirdly, open communication and empowerment process should be made. This paper can present the method of evaluating and diagnosis of value innovation capability of SMEs and innovation strategy formulation process.

  • 오늘날 기업은 시장경쟁의 심화와 고객가치 지향의 환경변화로 고객과의 지속적인 커뮤니케이션이 필수적이며 이는 고객정보의 확인으로부터 시작된다. 이를 위해 기업은 고객의 정보를 데이터베이스로 구축하고, 분석을 통한 전략적인 활용방안을 모색하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 이와 관련한 문헌과 사례기업 분석을 통하여 고객데이터베이스 구축 및 활용과정의 문제점과 이를 해결하기 위한 방안을 각 단계별로 제시해 보았다. 성공적인 고객데이터베이스의 구축 및 활용을 위해서는 조직 전 구성원의 적극적인 지원과 참여가 필요하며, 양질의 고객정보가 기업 내에 축적되고 이를 전략적으로 활용할 수 있는 정보분석 능력과 차별적인 마케팅 전략 수립 능력이 요구된다.

  • The study proposed a strategy for supporting North Korea's SOC construction in the future by reviewing domestic and foreign cases. According to the literatureanalysis, we developed a candidate list of technology for SOC of North Korea in terms of Construction Management / economy sectors. The category is North Korea SOC construction support, and the sub-category is North Korea SOC construction support program. The implementation procedures included the following six steps: Preparation, Support for Establishing Construction Industry Base, Support for Establishing Business Management Base, Support for HR Management Base, Business Model Establishment/Expansion, and Monitoring of Management Result. Lastly, we developed twenty-five candidates of detailed technology. In the future, it is necessary to decide a methodology for project implementation by each scenario after selecting a study area, and to develop a more specified scenario.

  • After the financial crisis, what has been the rapidly growth of large supermarkets, stores, and restaurants linked to concerns that have already reached saturation point, but the new opening large supermarkets is expected to continue into the future. The major supermarkets are continue to grow outward but growth slowed. And that is expected to continue differentiation of the product, acceptance the customer needs, acquiring high margin of sales products. Then the ongoing development of PB brand is to be positioned effective marketing strategy for overcoming the period of slow growth. In addition, big three local supermarkets continue to launch a clothing PB brand, expansion and operation strategy for the situation and based on this study and the success of the domestic large-Mart's PB and PB identifying problem and the need for differentiation and profit for the successful strategy is to discuss in this study. This research looks at the concept of major market's private brand, the strategy, the success example and the prospects, and views the globally rapid-growing private brands, not only having the limited role of distributing the products as retailers, but also having a control of the distribution channel as a manufacturing company. World's major advanced distribution companies, to differentiate their companies' products and increase the profitability, are putting a lot of efforts into private brand products, and there are many good examples that are globalizing, externally expanding, and creating high financial results. In this research, we presented three major domestic discount stores as examples to show that there is a need for a differentiated private brand management strategy in the saturated discount store industry in Korea. Also, we aim to provide a new product strategy for the future that has been saturated with discount stores to the limit, by providing suggestions that private brand products can be used as weapons with the strongest competiveness in the retail industry through pursuing store differentiations from thorough market analysis and product researches, meeting the customers' needs, and obtaining high margins. PB products, particularly clothing design, a thorough market analysis and product development trends and customer needs to reflect the acquisition of High margin differentiated powerful products and sustainable growth through the stores, large supermarkets, congested, a new breakthrough that can give a good opportunity to provide implications discount stores, new product strategy based on ways to limit proposed. This study discount the major three companies studied, the less strain is a generalization. In the future, domestic and local discount store brand PB, SPA brand that the multinational comparative analysis of the value of the PB expansion strategy centered on clothing, additional studies will be needed.

  • Recently, much attention in building smart factory have been dramatically increased. Despite the growing interest in smart factory, few guidelines exist how to successfully build smart factory. The purpose of this study is to investigate successful cases in building smart factory in Korea. Drawing on the analysis of successful cases, we suggest the valuable guidelines and directions toward success of smart factory. As a result, in the case of large-size firms, it is an effective strategy that expanding from a model factory to whole factory for successful smart factory building. In addition, in the case of medium and small-size firms, it is an effective strategy that upgrading from low-level step to high-level step for successful smart factory building. Therefore, this study provides companies and government with specific and practical success strategies as well as industrial policy improvements.

  • This research focused on the strategy formulation for the development of the innovation cluster in Gyeonggi Province - 'Pankyo & Gwanggyo Technovalley'. The study was performed based on both theoretical study and quantitative & qualitative study approaches. Particularly, questionnaire survey was used for the diagnosis of the developmental stages of the innovation clusters. The major determinants for the development of the innovation cluster in Gyeonggi Province can be summarized as follows; the establishment of S&T based host institution, the gradual enlargement of the role of host institution and the enhancement of the network capability of innovation clusters. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the strategy for the development of the innovation clusters is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D organizations and technology cluster participants in coming years.
