This study conducted a meta-analysis on the variables related with case management performance in Korea. In order to do a meta-analysis, a total of 27 journals, theses and dissertations published between 1998 and 2020 were reviewed systematically. Through this process, this study calculated average effect size of each variable and explored moderator variables. This study results were as follows. First, this study identified a total of 14 individual, enviroment of institution, population variables related with case management performance. Second, the results indicated that case management performance variables which showed large effect sizes included professional capability, supervision, network, case management significance recognition, manual, agency support. Third, variables with medium effect sizes included self-efficacy, case management education, autonomy, motivation, number of conference and variables with small effect sizes included work experience, academic ability, age. Fourth, Moderator effects were identified in the field, target, publication of case management. Finally, the implications of the study findings were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of case management in child welfare facilities to determine what the inhibiting factors as well as complementary factors are. For this purpose, data from 181 workers in community children's centers and 96 workers in child protection agencies and foster care centers were analyzed, the analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 program. In the case of community children's center interpersonal skills, case management guidelines, super vision, and network utilization were the influential factors while in other child welfare facilities, personal inhibitory factors, social welfare work experience, case management experience, and network utilization were the affecting factors. The implications reveal that social welfare practice should enhance the interpersonal skills of the workers, strengthen the supervision system, and provide a clear case management guideline. It is also important to set up a network of all local child welfare facilities and strengthen cooperation and mutual support among the institutions within the network.

The study was conducted to examine the characteristics of case management in psychiatric rehabilitation facilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and performance of case management activities, and 114 cases managers in the psychiatric rehabilitation facilities in Seoul participated in the study. The study analysed the importance and performance of each case management through IPA and Paired T-test. As a result of the study, Assessment stage showed the highest performance and importance, and the performance was conducted as much as the importance. Except assessment, performance in all stages were significant lower than the importance. IPA analysis showed that most case management activities belonged to the quadrant I(high importance-high performance) and the quadrant III (low importance-low performance), but the T-test analysis showed lower performance than importance. Participation of Service users and Cooperation of community resource were lower than those of importance. Participation of Service users showed high importance and performance, but performance was relatively lower than importance. On the other hand, cooperation of community resource was low in overall importance and performance, moreover, performance was very low. It is considered that various efforts should be made to activate them.

This study aims to develop the case management activities inventory relevant to community-based mental health settings. The comprehensive literature review was conducted to define the concepts and activities for the case management process. After the content analysis from the professional scholar and the mental health-related worker, 83 items were constructed. A survey was conducted to 265 case managers in community mental health centers. Through exploratory factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, finally 8 factors and 43 items were identified.

This study attempts to identify the professional competency of local children's centers' workers, and examine their impact on case management performance. To achieve the purpose of this study, 189 children's centers' workers with 2 or more years of experiences in Busan and Gyeongnam areas participated in the research. The results showed that the professional skills and capabilities of workers have substantial impact on case management performance. Moreover, the study also proved that social work values have a moderating effect in the practice. This study suggested that for the purpose of improving the competency and professional practice in local children's centers, it is necessary to equip workers with specified education programs and effective law manuals.

The purpose of this study is to develop case management activities inventory and analyze the perception on case management practice using importance-performance analysis(IPA) in community welfare centers. The comprehensive literature review and the content analysis from the professional scholar and social workers produced 89 items of case management activities items. A survey was conducted to 277 case managers in community welfare centers. The exploratory factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis developed the case management activities inventory comprised of 11 factors and 61 items. Suggestions were made to improve case management practice in community welfare centers.

최근 해외시장에서는 Single Point Responsibility 개념의 선호와 프로세스사업관리능력의 중요성으로 건설사업관리 (Construction Management: 이하 CM)방식이 프로젝트 조달의 중요한 방안으로 사용되며 국내에서도 최근 CM 발주량의 획기적인 증가추세로 사업수행능력 향상을 위한 도구 개발이 절실하다. 가장 유용한 도구로는 국내${\cdot}$외 CM 수행사례 분석을 통해 이에 저해되는 요인과 모범사례 등을 파악하여 산업계로 하여금 체계적 점검과 벤치마킹을 통해 수행능력을 제고할 수 있는 핵심성공요인과 Best Practice의 보급 발간이다. 따라서 본 논문은 최근 감사원에 의해 모범선행사례로 선정된 무주 하천 1,2급 수해복구 건설사업관리 용역에 대한 CM성과를 분석하여 핵심성공요인과 Best Practice를 제공하는 것을 주요 목표로 한다. 본 CM용역에서는 무엇보다도 무주군내 수해복구공사에 CM 사업방식을 도입한 것은 현명하고 진취적이며 시기 적절한 일이라고 판단되며 이러한 선도적 기자체의 의욕적인 시도가 지방에서 수행되는 공공공사의 수준을 한 차원 높이는 계기가 됨은 물론 항구적인 복구공사기법의 하나로 정착하기를 기대한다. 또한 산업계는 CM관련 중심기관을 통하여 이러한 모범사례의 연속적인 분석과 보급을 통해 산업계 전반적인 CM수준을, 제고하여 국내외 CM확대 적용의 기반을 조속히 조성할 수 있기를 바란다.

The objective of the CM model projects is to achieve gradually the development of Domestic Construction, Industry with function, effects, problems and improvement which are the results after assessing tills finished project on the basis of CM Plan. The result is very useful of being activated CM and giving good orders continuously. Therefore this study describes work scope, organization, performance and management process for Baekseok-Cheonan 2BL project and picks out practical problems about CM and then suggests CM technical development directions and institutional improvements.

중국심천 삼성코닝 프로젝트 (SSG Expansion Project)는 전문적인 건설인력이 없는 발주처를 대신하여 설계단계에서 최종 턴 오버(turn over)까지 건설 전 과정에 대하여 CM을 수행한 사례로서 한국기업이 중국에서의 CM 업무를 성공적으로 수행한 대표적인 사례이며, 대규모 공장건설에 있어 건설과 생산설비의 설치에 대한 종합적인 공정관리와 설계, 시공을 동시에 수행하는 Fast Track 방식에서 범할 수 있는 설계오류 및 풀질저하에 대한 사전 예측관리, 현지의 건설특성에 적합한 각종 공법 및 요소기술의 제시를 통한 시공성 향상, 원가절감, 공기단축에 기여로 유사 프로젝트 대비 4개월 이상 단축하여 성공적으로 제품을 생산하는 성과를 달성한 사례이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 프로젝트의 각 단계별 주요 CM업무 수행현황 및 중국건설의 특징을 고찰하고, 한국기업의 중국 CM시장 진출 가능성과 진출을 위한 사전준비에 필요한 사업 단계별 유의사항에 대한 검토를 목적으로 한다. 국내 건설경기가 침체되어 있는 현재 본 연구를 통하여 중국 건설현황에 대한 올바른 이해와 중국 CM시장의 진출 및 성공에 밑거름이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.
