자동차 산업 인프라의 발달로 자동차 사용 인구는 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따른 자동차 사고도 매년 증가하고 있다. 자동차 사고는 개인 및 사회의 비용손실과 즉결되므로 많은 운전자들이 자동차용 블랙박스(사고영상기록장치)를 구입하여 장착하고 있다. 이런 자동차용 블랙박스는 교통사고 시점의 영상을 저장 재생 하므로 정확한 사고원인을 규명하는데 활용되고 교통사고를 예방하는 효과가 있다. 그러나 그 이면에 자동차용 블랙박스는 자동차가 운행될 때 마다 영상을 촬영하고 저장되기 때문에 의도되지 않은 개인의 사생활이 노출 될 수 있으며 또한 저장된 사고영상 데이터를 의도적으로 조작하여 교통사고의 원인규명을 방해하는 문제가 발생 하기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 국내 관련 동향을 알아보고 보안기술을 적용 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

건설 안전관리는 건설업을 행하는 과정에서 발생하는 사고 나 재해의 발생 원인과 예방을 위한 관리 대책을 수립하여 인명과 재산을 보호하기 위한 모든 활동을 말한다건설현장의 안전사고는 근로자에게는 육체적 8정신적 고통과 노동력의 상실에 따른 경제적 부담이 발생하며 기업 입장에서는 생산력의 저하와 비용의 증가=국가로서도 사회 경제적 손실이 발생함으로 효율적이고 실질적인 안전관리 대책이 반드시 필요하다건설공사가 대형화=복잡화=고층화 및 대규모 지하 굴착과 같은 고난도의 작업이 많아짐에 따라 작업 환경의 특수성과 작업 환경상 높은 위험을 갖게 되었다.

사이버 위협이 고도화, 지능화되면서 사이버보안 사고로 비롯한 유무형 손실이 점차 증가추세에 있으며, 이러한 피해를 최소화 하기 위해 사이버보안에 대한 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 기업에서는 각종 규제와 법률에 근거하여, 또는 신뢰할 수 있는 서비스를 고객에게 제공하기 위해서 보안 솔루션, 보안 서비스, 보안 컨설팅 등 다양한 방면에서 보안에 대한 투자를 늘리고 있다. 기업의 보안에 대해 투자는 비용과 효과를 분석하여야 효율적이고 효율적인 투자일 것이나, 아직은 이에 적합한 방안이 제시되지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 사이버보안 환경에 적합한 비용/효과 분석 방안으로 CMU SQUARE 팀의 비용효과분석 프레임워크를 선택하였고, SQUARE의 프레임워크를 기반으로 사이버보안 투자에 적합한 비용/효과 측정 방안을 제시하였다. 특히 기존의 금전적 효과에만 치중되어 연구가 부족했던 정성적 효과를 고려하여, 사이버보안 투자에서 발생되는 효과를 종합적으로 측정할 수 있도록 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 사이버보안과 관련된 투자의 비용/효과를 산출함으로써 기업의 보안 투자 방안 추진의 기준이 될 것이다.

현재 국내 항만에서의 작업은 대부분 수작업으로 진행되기 때문에 다양한 안전사고 발생과 시간 및 비용 등의 손실이 우려된다. 이를 해소하고자 최적경로 알고리즘을 이용한 AGV 차량 및 자동화 크레인으로 무인 스마트 항만을 제안한다. RFID 인식으로 컨테이너의 정보를 확인하고, 각 경로의 노드 정보가 담긴 QR 코드 인식을 통해 최적으로 목적지에 달성하는 것이 핵심이다. 본 논문은 이러한 기능으로 시간 및 비용 절감, 효율 상승과 인명피해 및 안전사고 예방을 목표로 한다.

The VE/LCC study on the existing multi-utility tunnel examined the economical feasibility of the collective area through the cost-benefit analysis of the ten major routes of Seoul for the benefit (7 items) and the cost (5 items) through quantitative methods. In this paper, we analyzed the economic efficiency of 61 sectors by adding 3 items (reduced traffic accident, reduced vehicle noise, social-economic loss). The reduced traffic accident item is an improvement of the traffic accident cost that can be saved by the implementation of the project, and the reduced vehicle noise item is an indicator of the amount of noise change caused by the implement of the business. Finally, the social-economic loss items represent the impact on the local economy due to the construction of the multi-utility tunnel. The amounts of the additional items were compared and items added in the open type and tunnel type multi-utility tunnel were analyzed for each analysis. Result on the analysis, it analyzed the items applied to the basic and detail models in the economic evaluation of the multi-utility tunnel design, and makes it possible to evaluate the economic efficiency more efficiently. The economic evaluation of the basic and detailed models including the items presented in this study will be often used in the design of the multi-utility tunnel design.

An increase in patients' medical expenses for their injury. accident and intoxication is a major challenge to improve the sustain-ability of a national health security system, and increasing medical expenses need be suppressed through improving relevant systems and/or efficiently operating and managing the health insurance. At this juncture, in Korea which has a high rate of injury incidence and mortality, it is necessary to estimate social and/or economic costs for injuries with a focus on their social effects. This research has examined the results of a Korea medical panel investigation conducted in 2008, which largely surveyed of the actual conditions of outpatients' medical use for their injury, accident and/or intoxication and investigated relevant medical expenses, with a view to estimating the directly incurred costs when the patients use medical services and the production loss costs caused by an production decline and others, so that social and/or economic costs for injuries may be ultimately aggregated.

The this study analyzed a matter asked f3r basic requirements and continuous development of ISO14001, OHSAS18001, PSM, Responsible Care operating in petro-chemical industries basically, and developed a LCMCI(the Loss Control Management system for Continuous Improvement of the Petro-chemical Industries) fer continuous development of petro-chemical companies in order to be able to continuously manage a loss.

Recently, the risk of security incidents has been increased due to change of IT environment and development of new hacking methods. Event study methodology that measures the effect of a specific security incident on the stock price is widely adopted to analyze the damage cost of security incidents on market value. However, analysis of company's temporary stock price change is limited to immediate practical implication, and reputation loss should be considered as a collateral damage caused by security incidents. We analyzed 52 security incidents of listed Korean companies in the last decade; by refining the criteria presented by Tobin's q, we quantitatively showed that the companies has significantly higher reputation loss due to security loss than the other companies. Our research findings can be used in order that the companies can efficiently allocate its resource and investment for information security.
