Ontology and Text Mining-based Advanced Historical People Finding Service (온톨로지와 텍스트 마이닝 기반 지능형 역사인물 검색 서비스)

  • Semantic web is utilized to construct advanced information service by using semantic relationships between entities. Text mining can be applied to generate semantic relationships from unstructured data resources. In this study, ontology schema guideline, ontology instance generation, disambiguation of same name by text mining and advanced historical people finding service by reasoning have been proposed. Various relationships between historical event, organization, people, which are created by domain experts, are linked to literatures of National Institute of Korean History (NIKH). It improves the effectiveness of user access and proposes advanced people finding service based on relationships. In order to distinguish between people with the same name, we compares the structure and edge, nodes of personal social network. To provide additional information, external resources including thesaurus and web are linked to all of internal related resources as well.

  • 판례는 일반인 또는 법률 전문가가 사건에 참조하기 위해 가장 먼저 참고할 수 있는 재판의 선례이다. 하지만 이러한 판례의 유용성에도 불구하고 현 대법원 판례 검색 시스템은 판례 검색에 용이하지 않다. 왜냐하면 법률 전문 지식이 없는 일반인은 검색 의도에 부합하는 검색 결과를 정확히 도출하는 데 어려움이 있으며, 법률 전문가는 검색에 많은 시간과 비용이 들게 되기 때문이다. 이미 해외에서는 유사 케이스 매칭 데이터셋을 구축하여 일반인과 전문가로 하여금 유사 판례 검색을 용이하게 할 뿐만 아니라 여러 자연어 처리 태스크에도 활용하고 있다. 하지만 국내에는 법률 AI와 관련하여 오직 법률과 관련한 세부 태스크 수행에 초점을 맞춘 연구가 많으며, 리소스로서의 유사 케이스 매칭 데이터셋은 구축되어 있지 않다. 이에 본 논문에서는 리소스로서의 판례 데이터셋을 위해 딥러닝 알고리즘 중 문서의 의미를 반영할 수 있는 Doc2Vec 임베딩 모델과 SBERT 임베딩 모델을 적용하여 판례 문서 간 유사도를 측정·비교하였다. 그 결과 SBERT 모델을 통해 도출된 유사 판례가 문서 간 내용적 유사성이 높게 나타났으며, 이를 통해 SBERT 모델을 이용하여 유사 판례 매칭 기초 데이터셋을 구축하였다.

  • Recently, an increasing in quantity of multimedia data have brought a new problem that expected data should be retrieved fast and exactly. The adequate representation for the multimedia data is the key element for efficient retrieval. For this reason, MPEG-7 standard was established for description of multimedia data. In this paper, we propose a new approach to metadata production. The user can decompose a given content into units and easily annotate each unit by adding basic Information such as time, place, etc. as well as classification information such as event, relationship, etc. according to the MPEG-7 standard. The objective is to build automatically a pure semantic description; the nodes are the events and the links are the graphs which describe the relationships among the events. Finally, we have implemented an annotation tool(SMAT) for semantic description based on proposed technique and assess some of the experiment results. In conclusion, we ran say that the proposod annotation tool is characterized by two important proprieties : reusability and extendibility.

Construct lastingness recording administration system after a performance experiment and a chase experiment that is applied in spot that attach 900MHz important duty's RFID tag. After construction practice, create link sex with connection system, security analysis and Forensic data and analyze improvement effect. Is going to contribute Ubiquitous information technology application and Forensic technology development in country documental administration through. research of this treatise.

  • Web browser is essential application for using internet. If suspect use a web browser for crime, evidence related crime is stored in log file. Therefore, we obtain the useful information related crime as investigating web browser log file. In this paper, we look at the related work and tools for web browser log file. And we introduce analysis methodology of web browser log file focus on the digital forensics. In addition, we apply to our tool at real case.

  • Cyber forensics is used the process and technology of digital forensics as a criminal investigation in cyber space. Cyber crime is classified into cyber terror and general cyber crime, and those two classes are connected with each other. The investigation of cyber terror requires high technology, system environment and experts, and general cyber crime is connected with general crime by evidence from digital data in cyber space. Accordingly, it is difficult to determine relational crime types, collect evidence and the legal admissibility of evidence. Therefore, we considered the classifications of cyber crime, the collection of evidence in cyber space and the application of laws to cyber crime. In order to efficiently investigate cyber crime, it is necessary to integrate those concepts for each cyber crime-case. In this paper, we constructed a cyber forensics domain ontology for cyber criminal investigation using the concepts, relations and properties, according to categories of cyber crime, laws, evidence, and information of criminals and crime-cases. This ontology can be used in the process of investigating of cyber crime-cases, and for data mining of cyber crime; classification, clustering, association and detection of crime types, crime cases, evidences and criminals.

Metadata Design and Machine Learning-Based Automatic Indexing for Efficient Data Management of Image Archives of Local Governments in South Korea (국내 지자체 사진 기록물의 효율적 관리를 위한 메타데이터 설계 및 기계학습 기반 자동 인덱싱 방법 연구)

  • Many local governments in Korea provide online services for people to easily access the audio-visual archives of events occurring in the area. However, the current method of managing these archives of the local governments has several problems in terms of compatibility with other organizations and convenience for searching of the archives because of the lack of standard metadata and the low utilization of image information. To solve these problems, we propose the metadata design and machine learning-based automatic indexing technology for the efficient management of the image archives of local governments in Korea. Moreover, we design metadata items specialized for the image archives of local governments to improve the compatibility and include the elements that can represent the basic information and characteristics of images into the metadata items, enabling efficient management. In addition, the text and objects in images, which include pieces of information that reflect events and categories, are automatically indexed based on the machine learning technology, enhancing users' search convenience. Lastly, we developed the program that automatically extracts text and objects from image archives using the proposed method, and stores the extracted contents and basic information in the metadata items we designed.

  • 기술이 발전함에 따라 컴퓨터 범죄는 점차 증가하고 있으며, 용의자는 사건의 증거가 될 수 있는 파일들에 대해 패스워드 기능을 제공하는 응용프로그램을 활용하여 증거물에 대해 의도적인 접근을 막고 있다. 이로 인해 수사관은 암호화된 파일들에 대해 접근이 매우 어려운 상황이며, 해결 방안으로써 패스워드 복구 프로그램이 대안이 될 수 있다. 하지만 대다수의 패스워드 복구 프로그램들은 단순한 전수조사 공격 방식을 지원하거나 국가별 특징을 고려하지 않은 영문용 사전파일을 적용하여 복구하고 있기 때문에, 국내수사 환경에서 패스워드 검색에 한계가 따르고 있다. 따라서 수사관이 암호화된 파일에 대해 효율적으로 검색할 수 있는 방안이 필요하며, 이를 통해 빠른 시간 내에 증거물을 복구할 수 있는 방안이 강구되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 최근 국내외 사전구축 사례 및 동향을 조사함으로써 효율적인 패스워드 사전 파일을 구축할 수 있는 방안을 제시하며, 이와 함께 용의자의 개인적인 정보를 이용하여 최적화된 사전파일을 생성할 수 있는 방안에 대해 설명한다.

Semantic Ontology Speech Recognition Performance Improvement using ERB Filter (ERB 필터를 이용한 시맨틱 온톨로지 음성 인식 성능 향상)

  • Existing speech recognition algorithm have a problem with not distinguish the order of vocabulary, and the voice detection is not the accurate of noise in accordance with recognized environmental changes, and retrieval system, mismatches to user's request are problems because of the various meanings of keywords. In this article, we proposed to event based semantic ontology inference model, and proposed system have a model to extract the speech recognition feature extract using ERB filter. The proposed model was used to evaluate the performance of the train station, train noise. Noise environment of the SNR-10dB, -5dB in the signal was performed to remove the noise. Distortion measure results confirmed the improved performance of 2.17dB, 1.31dB.

Search Frequency in Internet Portal Site and the Expected Stock Returns (포털사이트에서의 피검색빈도와 주식수익률)

  • NAVER provides search frequency data of search terms via its DataLab service (http://datalab.naver.com/). Using this data, this paper examines the relation between the search frequency of firm's name and its future stock returns. Our results show that the search frequency of firm's name is a new investor attention measure, which is different from previously explored attention measures such as extreme returns, turnover, etc. Firms that go through higher search frequency this week tend to have higher returns in the next week. We do not find return reversal in the long run for the firms with higher search frequency. Furthermore, the extent to which search frequency affects stock returns becomes more pronounced following market-wide attention grabbing events. Our results indicate that search frequency incorporates information for future stock returns.
