The Effect of Real Estate Information Systems Quality on System Use and User Satisfaction (부동산정보시스템품질이 시스템 활용과 이용자 만족에 미치는 영향)

  • In our country, the real estate information system is operated by public and private institutions to trade real estate effectively from the 1990s. The purposes of this study is as follows: First, this study is aimed to examine how the system quality, information quality and service quality of the real estate IS is related with the system use and user satisfaction. In addition real estate practitioners and real estate non-practitioners is to investigated how different. Regression and t-test analysis was carried out as statistical analysis and survey data was used. The result is as follows: First, in the real estate non-practitioners group, system quality has significant negative impact on the user satisfaction. Second, information quality has significant impact on the user satisfaction in the real estate non- practitioners group. One limitation of this study is that it is limited to the real estate agents among various groups that use the IS. Thus, in the future studies, the target group should be extended to other various groups and more specific IS among various ones should be studied in a more practical way.

A Convergence study on Interpersonal Relationship Skills and Job Stress among Social Welfare Residential Facility Worker: Focusing on Intervention through TSL program (사회복지생활시설 종사자의 대인관계 기술과 직무스트레스에 관한 융합 연구: TSL 프로그램 개입을 통한 의생명과학적 효과 검증)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of TSJ-JSM (Job Stress Management) program, which was developed for improving interpersonal relationship and mitigating job stress among social workers through convergence methods with biomedical and social scientific measurements. In order to achieve the purpose, utilizing quasi-experimental design with non-equivalent control group design was applied. Participants were recruited among social welfare residential facility workers with volunteer intention, and 21 participants divided into three groups randomly: experimental, comparison, and control groups consisted of 7 workers respectively. TSL-JSM program consisted of 12 sessions were implemented to experimental group, on the other hands, other employee assistant program with 12 stages was applied to comparison group. Data analysis for verification of TSL-JSM program was conducted with SPSS 25.0. Both social scientific and biomedical scientific measures show that TSL-JSM program has most strong effects on enhancing interpersonal relationship skills and allaying level of job stress by levels of increased HRV SDNN and decreased Corisol.

  • 본 연구는 광고정보 이용자들의 정보요구와 이용행태에 있어서 이용집단 사이에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 밝히려 하였다. 자료의 수집은 광고회사 자료실 이용자들에게 질문지를 배포수집하여 광고기획집단과 제작집단으로 구분하여 SPSS를 이용하여 분식하였다. 연구결과 광고기획집단은 제작집단에 비하여 통계자료, 데이터베이스의 이용도가 높지만 자료실 이용도는 낮은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 대부분의 광고정보 이용자는 당면문제의 해결과 광고관련된 새로운 정보를 입수하기 위하여 소속기관 자료실의 자료에 본인이 직접 접근하며, 입수한 자료가 불충분하다고 생각될 때 유사한 관련자료를 찾거나 자료실 직원에게 도움을 요청한다.

  • 작은 국토 면적에 비해 잦은 산불피해가 발생하는 우리나라에서 영농활동을 위한 소각은 산불의 중요한 원인이므로, 이를 방지하기 위해서는 발화원인자인 영농인들의 의식조사와 관리주체인 산불관련 담당공무원의 의식조사가 필요하다. 이를 위해 영농으로 인한 소각행위가 빈번한 지방자치단체를 대상으로 영농소각으로 인한 산불 금지와 관련된 제도에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 소각 금지법에 대해 영농종사자들은 대체로 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었으며, 공무원들도 산불예방에 효과가 있다고 인식하는 것으로 보아 소각 금지법은 산불예방을 위해 지속되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 영농종사자와 공무원 모두 공동소각이 산불예방에 효과가 있다고 답변하였으며, 이에 대한 활성화 방안이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 소각 금지 거리 100m에 대한 적정성은 영농종사자와 공무원 집단 모두 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났으며, 소각신청 허가서의 산불예방효과에 대해서도 양 집단 모두 긍정적인 인식을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 영농폐기물 소각 근절을 위해 영농종사자들은 '기간 내의 신고에 의한 합법적인 소각'을 가장 필요한 대책이라고 인식하고 있었다.

Organizational Culture Difference of Social Enterprises and Commercial Enterprises, and Impact Relations on Social and Economic Outcomes (사회적기업과 영리기업간 조직문화차이와 조직성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of study was to determine the differences in organizational culture between social enterprises and commercial enterprises and assess the impact on organizational performance in Korea. Main results are as follows. First, Social enterprises employ a lot of low-imcome women and the elderly worker. Second, rational culture is high in profit businesses, but cultural group is high in social enterprises. In commercial enterprise, productivity and efficiency, planning and goal setting, assessing goals and looking for the evaluation of the performance are important. and in social enterprise, affinity and participation, employees individual development and group morale and cohesion, emphasis on mutual cooperation and trust are important. In addition, both social performance and economic performance, social enterprises are higher than in commercial enterprises. Social enterprises are operating transparently based on workers participation and understanding is expected that economic performance is also highly recognized. Third, social performance is higher development and group culture are higher in commercial enterprises, and development, group and hierarchy culture are higher in social enterprises. Economic performance is higher reasonal culture is lower in commercial enterprises, and group culture is higher in social enterprises. Therefore, the social enterprise workers are recognizing social and economic performance are higher than commercial enterprise workers. In short, social enterprises is making discriminatory organizational culture, and this is contributing to achieving organizational performance.

Effect on Aged Care Facility Workers' Acceptance Attitude Toward Sex in the Elderly Depending on Their Sexual Awareness (노인복지시설 종사자의 노인에 대한 성인식이 성수용 태도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study's purpose is to look into whether there is a difference in acceptance attitude toward sex according to the level of sexual awareness and to investigate how the level of sexual awareness affects acceptance attitude toward sex aimed at workers in welfare facilities for the aged. Furthermore, the study seeks ways to practice and intervene in sex-related service for the aged. The analysis revealed that there were significant differences in acceptance attitude toward sex according to the level of sexual awareness of facility workers. In other words, high level of sexual awareness group was more open to acceptance attitude toward sex than other groups. Moreover, it was demonstrated that sexual awareness affects acceptance attitude toward sex and also it was revealed that the more liberal the level of sexual awareness, the more open the acceptance attitude toward sex. Through discussion based on the study results, intervention plan was proposed for social welfare practice and development of sex education program for welfare facility workers.

Comparison of Droplet Infection Prevention Activity and Knowledge of Cough Etiquette among Nursing Hospital Workers (요양병원 종사자들의 비말감염 예방 활동과 기침예절 지식 비교)

  • This study examined and compared the droplet infection prevention activity and cough etiquette knowledge among nursing hospital workers. Data were collected from March 4 to 29, 2019, through personal interviews using a questionnaire in 177 nursing hospital workers (health care provider: n=61, non-health care provider: n=116). The data were analyzed using a x2-test, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test, and ANOVA. The general characteristics were statistically significant between the two groups in terms of sex and age. The prevention activities of droplet infection showed statistically significant differences between the two groups in usually carrying a tissue, usually carrying a handkerchief, usually carrying a mask, carrying a handkerchief at respiratory symptoms, hand washing frequency, and cough etiquette compliance. Knowledge of cough etiquette showed significant differences between the two groups. The knowledge of cough etiquette, according to the non-health provider's prevention activities of droplet infection, was statistically significant in usually carrying a mask and cough etiquette education. Therefore, it is necessary to raise the knowledge about cough etiquette and develop strategies for habitual cough etiquette for each nursing hospital worker.

Studies on the Hand Hygiene Practices of Food-Service Workers: A Comparison of Fast Food Restaurant Workers and Full-service Restaurant Workers (조리종사자의 손 위생관리에 관한 연구 - 패스트푸드점 및 일반음식점 종사자의 비교 -)

  • This study was performed to investigate hygienic behavior of food workers on the awareness of hand-washing, and the microbial load of their hands. This study focused on the comparison of fast food restaurant workers and full-service restaurant workers. A questionnaire survey and microbiological analysis were carried out for thirty fast food restaurant workers and forty full-service restaurant workers. Samples for microbiological analysis were collected through the glove-juice method from the hands of the food workers, and were analyzed for the presence of aerobic plate counts, total coliforms, fecal coliforms, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Salmonella spp. Microbiological analysis was done according to the Food Code of Korea. In the survey, significant differences (p < 0.05) were found between the fast food restaurant workers and full-service restaurant workers in the use of hand washing tools and method of turning off water. More full-service restaurant workers responded to wash their hands after touching face, hair, or clothes; after handling raw food materials, and more fast food restaurant workers periodically (p < 0.05). Aerobic plate counts were higher in fast food restaurant workers while total coliforms were higher in full-service restaurant workers (p < 0.05). No remarkable difference was found between the two groups in the load of fecal coliforms, E. coli, S. aureus, and Salmonella spp. Poor hand hygiene practices were indicated by the positive results for E. coli, S. aureus, and Salmonella spp. on the hands of some food workers in both groups. The findings of this study emphasize the need for strict adherence to hand hygiene compliance among the food workers.

Stress, Depressive Symptom, and Utilization of Professional Consultation according by Occupation Classification and Employment Status (직업분류 및 고용분류에 따른 스트레스, 우울증상, 의료기관 이용률)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the level of stress and depressive symptom and to assess the utilization of professional consultation. Data extracted from Community Health Survey (CHS), conducted by Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The subjects were 174,975 (19-65 years). In result, 'Managers', 'Professionals and related workers', 'Clerks', 'Service workers', and 'Sales workers', 'Equipment, machine operating assembling workers', and 'Armed forces' were more in risk of stress. However, theses groups were less in probability of utilization for stress consultation. Based on these findings, mental health screening program for detecting risk group among occupation classification and employment status will be essential. It may be necessary to have sustainable strategies for utilizing mental health service to reduce the level of stress and depressive symptom of workers.
