  • 본 논문은 선박의 축계마력 측정방법 및 측정시스템의 개발방법에 대해 논의한다. 엔진 축계에서의 정확한 출력은 선박의 사용목적, 관련추진축계의 제작 및 설치비용 등과 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있다. 본 연구에서는 동력 전달측과 부하측사이의 축상에 두 개의 기어휠을 설치하고 각각의 기어휠에 비접촉식 검출기를 부착하여 위상을 계측한다. 동력이 가해질 경우 두 지점에서는 비틀림 각에 의한 위상차가 발생하게 되고, 발생된 위상차를 전압신호로 검출하여 축에서의 마력을 계산하게 된다.

  • The aim of this study is to find the best cutting conditions as analyzing cutting process of paper shredder and shape of cutter. The test has been done variation of torque and cutting velocity according to load. When shape of cutter and distance between cutter and shaft are changed, The variation of cutting force according to cutting angle and load is geometrically analyzed. The result of geometrical analysis is presented that the radius and array of cutter is the method to improve torque of paper shredder. In this paper it is presented as basic method of design to improve cutting performance of paper shredder.

비틀림각 검출방식을 이용한 토크미터의 해석과 개발 (Analysis and development of the angular twist type torque-meter)

  • In this study, the angular twist type torque-meter was designed and manufactured with STS 304 and fiber-reinforced composite materials to improve the dynamic properties of the existing torque-meter. From the Experimental and analytical results, it was found that the dynamic characteristics of co-cured bonded torque-meter rotating shaft were better than those of the adhesively and unreinforced torque-meter rotating shaft. For the torque-meter rotating shaft manufactured by co-cured bonded with the glass fiber-epoxy composite and with a stacking sequence of $[$\pm$30$^{\circ}$/STS304]_{2s}$, the natural frequency and the radial spring constant were increased by 64% and 137% compared to those of the unreinforced torque-meter rotating shaft.

  • This roport explain the basic theory of desinging the accelerating durability test road and the role of each factors contributing to test road surface profile. Also this road is designed by considering the charactors of vehicle suspension system and condition of driving.   • 풍력발전용 회전날개의 구조설계 요구조건은 크게 제한 강도 요구조건(Limit strength requirement), 강성도 요구조건(Stiffness requirement), 피로수명 요구조건(Fatigue life requirement)의 세 가지를 들 수 있다. 첫째로 제한 강도 요구조건은 운용기간 중에 발생할 수 있는 최대하중에 견딜 수 있어야 하며, 폭풍이나 돌풍의 상황에 대한 안전성을 의미한다. 둘째로 강성도 요구조건은 운용 중 공진을 피하기 위한 고유진동 수확보, 타워와의 충돌을 피하기 위한 변위의 제한, 공력성능의 변화를 피하기 위한 비틀림각의 제한등이 있다 셋째로 피로수명에 대한 요구조건은 요구피로수명 동안에 예상되는 반복하중에 견딜 수 있어야 한다.

  • An analytical procedure on the base of the substructure synthesis and assumed modes method is developed to investigate the flexibility effect of bladed disk assembly on vibrational modes of flexible rotor system. In modeling the system, Coriolis forces, gyroscopic moments, and centrifugal stiffening effects are taken into account. The coupled vibrations between the shaft and bladed disk are then extensively investigated through the numerical simulation of simplified models, with varying the shaft rotational speed and the prewist and stagger angles of the blade. It is found that the Coriolis and inertia forces and the inertia torque, which are induced by the one nodal diameter modes of the bladed disk and vary depending upon the stagger and prewist angles, lead to the coupled motions of the shaft and the bladed disk.

  • The transfer matrix method is used to determine the dynamic characteristics(natural frequencies and mode shapes) by rotational speed of wind turbine blade. The problems treated on this study is coupled flapwise bending and chordwise bending of pre-twisted nonuniform wind turbine blade. The orthogonality relations that exist between the vibrational modes is derived and the algorithm for determination of the natural vibrational characteristics is suggested.

  • 무인 표적기에 탑재될 추진시스템인 프로펠러를 설계하였다. 프로펠러 설계 방법으로 vortex theory 을 적용하였다. 압축성 효과는 배제하였고, 레이놀즈수는 일정하다고 가정하였다. 설계 변수는 반경 방향에 따른 코드 길이와 비틀림각이며, 최적 설계 목표는 효율의 최대화이다. 설계된 프로펠러의 성능을 해석하였다.

  • The present work analyzed the effect of mixing vane shape on the flow structure and heat transfer downstream of mixing vane in a subchannel of fuel assembly, by obtaining velocity and pressure fields, turbulent intensity, flow-mixing factors, heat transfer coefficient and friction factor using three-dimensional RANS analysis. NJl5, NJ25, NJ35, NJ45, which were designed by the authors, were tested to evaluate the performances in enhancing the heat transfer. Standard $\kappa-\epsilon$ model is used as a turbulence closure model, and, periodic and symmetry conditions are set as boundary conditions. The flow blockage ratio is kept constant, but the twist angle of mixing vane is changed. The results with three turbulence models( $\kappa-\epsilon$, $\kappa-\omega$, RSM) were compared with experimental data.
