A Study on the DGPS Radiobeacon Propagation Measurement of Domestic Ferry Lines (우리나라 선박 항로구간의 DGPS 전파 특성에 관한 연구)

  • Starting with maritime DGPS base stations of Palmido, Ochongdo which have been operated since 1999, truly our nation has become the most powerful country possessed with total of 17 DGNSS base stations in the field of DGNSS operation infrastructure. This paper examines into the country's DGNSS services as measuring the service range of the maritime DGPS base stations in the domestic ferry lines which sections are from Jeju to Incheon, from Busan to Jeju, from Jeju to Nokdong, the propagation characteristics of the radio waves of 300 kHz bands on sea and land path. As a result of identifying the service range of the DGPS in the sea routes of the southern sea and the western sea, the measured results of the DGPS signals are confirmed more than 100 NM(recommended service range). It can be possible to practical use the position information, which is safe navigation and various marine traffic management systems. It will be useful an expansion of maritime DGPS reference station in the near future.

  • AIS ship position transmitted from ships has been used position data generated by GPS, whose range of error is approximately 30nm. However, precision enhancement of the ship's position could be possible using DGPS correction information. More precise and accurate AIS ship position could be obtained broadcasting DGNSS Message(AIS Message 17) from ships without high-priced DGPS Beacon Receivers.

  • 최근 GPS의 이상 현상에 대한 대비 핀 독자 항법 시스템을 구축하기 위해 유럽의 갈릴레오 일본의 QZSS 등 세계 선진각국의 GPS에 독립적인 위성항법시스템을 구축하고 있으며 GPS의 백업 용도로 지상항법 시스템인 Loran의 현대화 작업 등이 진행되고 있다. 국내에서도 독자항법에 대한 필요성이 거론되었고 해양수산부는 해상 밀 국내 전 지역을 커버할 수 있는 신호 영역을 가진 DGPS 신호의 대체항법 및 시각동기 인프라로서의 활용성에 대해 정책적으로 접근하고 있다. GPS 보정 정보를 방송하는 DGPS 비콘 신호는 중파 대역으로 지표를 따라 전파되는 특성이 있다. 지표를 따라 전파되는 지표파는 지형의 전도율과 고도에 의해 전파의 전파시 추가 지연이 발생하고 이 추가 지연은 항법 린 시각동기에 오차를 유발하게 된다. 본 논문은 DGPS 신호가 지형의 특성에 따라 지연되는 전파 특성 및 전파지연모델을 소개하고 해당 전파지연모델 구현 결과를 기존 연구결과와 비교$\cdot$검증하여 그 결과를 제시한다.

  • This paper describes the positioning accuracy of GPS moduls (KGP9800C, KiRyung) which need to record the operating position of fishing boat as realtime processing in order to develope auto recording system of fishing boat's operating information, and then it's positioning accuracy for DGPS receiver (MGP-100D, Shin-A) and DGPS beacon (GP-36, Furuno) were analyzed. Futhermore, it was examined the positioning error of the GPS module with processing algorithm to minimize the effect of the signal fluctuations. The results indicate that the positioning error is able to decrease 5m as 2drms, and such improvement of positioning performance for GPS module (KGP9800C) can be provide the basic design data in the development of the auto recording system of fishing boat's operating information.

  • In order to perform scientific evaluation of dredge results, it is needed to construct the system which is able to manage and evaluate the work process by monitoring in real-time the dredge process such as dredge ship position, dredge depth and dredge volume. This research aims to develop the hydrographic dredge surveying system adding water depth measurement method to both precise positioning and navigation methods using GPS, which allows a high rate of measurement and long distances between the control point and dredging points, operate in all weather conditions, and does not require line of sight to points. We constructed Beacon DGPS-based hydrographic dredger guidance and position management system and developed the operation program which makes the dredge operation perform as monitoring work situation in real-time. It is expected that this developed system will be able to contributes to reducing ultimately the cost in hydrographic dredging or hydrographic construction industries.

  • In order to evaluate dredging results scientifically the system which can manage and estimate working process by monitoring dredging process in real-time needs to be constructed. We constructed real-time dredging management system for guidance of a dredging vessel and for survey of dredging construction. This system was designed to have functions of dredger location by GPS, ship direction measurement by GPS/Gyroscope combination, Grab position measurement, dredging depth measurement and correction. In addition, we developed the programs for controlling and operating the constructed system. The system could induce the vessel to accurate position and conduct dredging according to plan and the effectiveness of the system was evaluated through the results of application to actual dredging construction site.

  • 본 연구에서는 웹기반의 화물차량위치추적시스템의 개발과 관련된 문제를 다루고 있다. 화물위치추적 시스템이란 이동하는 화물차량으로부터 위치데이터 및 관련 정보를 수신하여 중앙관제센터에서 이 정보를 데이터베이스에 저장하여 두고 화물위치 정보를 지도 위에 표시하는 시스템으로 화주, 운송회사 등 육상물류관련 기관에서 화물위치추적, 공동수배송, 화물차량 통제 등 다양한 목적으로 사용될 수 있다. 화물차량위치추적시스템은 AVLS(Automatic Vehicle Location System)라 불리우면서 산업계에서 활용되고 있으며 위치획득 방법의 종류에 따라 다양한 유형의 AVLS모델이 등장하고 있다. 예를 들면 전통적인 GPS(Global Positioning System) 위성 수신, DGPS(Differential GPS) 기지국, PCS(Personal Communication System) Cell, 도로기반 시설에 포함되는 비콘 등의 방법에 의해 AVLS는 구현되고 있다. AVLS는 정보통신 요소 기술과 정보통신 기반 시설로 구성되는데, 정보통신 요소기술로는 위치획측의 매개체인 AVL단말기와 관제시스템 S/W. 그리고 GIS(Geographic Information System)가 있고, 정보통신 기반 시설로는 차량의 단말기와 관제시스템 사이의 데이터 중계를 담당하는 네트워크가 있다. 화물차량위치추적시스템을 구성하기 위한 구비요건으로 중계망의 안정성과 신뢰성, 획득한 위치데이터의 정확성, 관제시스템의 완성도와 AVL단말기의 사용자 인터페이스, GIS S/W개발을 위한 Map API(Application Program Interface)등을 들 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 PCS Cell 방식에 의한 위치결정방식을 채택하였는데, 이것은 PCS망을 기반으로 데이터를 주고받이며 인터넷 단말기로 확장 가능한 PCS 단말기를 사용해서 위치추적을 하는 시스템이다. 이러한 시스템을 선정하게된 배경은 단말기아 망 이용료의 가격이 저렴하여 현실적으로 트럭이 쉽게 부착할 수 있다는 장점이 있으며 나아가 인터넷 단말기를 활용하여 차량과 관제센터사이에 메시지 전송 등 부가적인 서비스가 가능하기 때문이다.

  • With the recent increase in dementia patients due to aging, measures to prevent their wandering behavior and disappearance are urgently needed. To solve this problem, various authentication methods and location detection techniques have been introduced, but the security problem of personal authentication and a system that can check indoor and outdoor overall was lacking. In order to solve this problem, various authentication methods and location detection techniques have been introduced, but it was difficult to find a system that can check the security problem of personal authentication and indoor/outdoor overall. In this study, we intend to propose a system that can identify personal authentication, basic health status, and overall location indoors and outdoors by using wristband-type wearable devices in a private blockchain environment. In this system, personal authentication uses ECG, which is difficult to forge and highly personally identifiable, Bluetooth beacon that is easy to use with low power, non-contact and automatic transmission and reception indoors, and DGPS that corrects the pseudorange error of GPS satellites outdoors. It is intended to detect wandering behavior and abnormal signs by locating the patient. Through this, it is intended to contribute to the prompt response and prevention of disappearance in case of wandering behavior and abnormal symptoms of dementia patients living at home or in nursing homes.
