  • Digital Ecosystem is a new word for dynamic IT business environments. Digital Ecosystem can consist of various enterprise federations such as competing, collaborating and stable or unstable ones. They make it difficult to implement identity management for the environment. Existing solutions are either too restricting and inflexible to support the dynamic nature of ecosystems since they are too complex and difficult to adopt. This paper is to propose an distributed identity management model for automated processing of identity information between ecosystems. It is featured with being practical, clear and easy to deploy. And it is based on the new OASIS SAML3.0 standard to provide interoperability between existing identity technologies. This paper presents the basic and extended identity model for single service and multiple services. The model presented in this paper can be applied to enterprise context easily.

  • Recently, with the growing of social network sites, people's choice is also getting more and more. So the notion of loyalty has become an important construct within the Social Network framework because of member is easy switching on the social networking sites. Despite the increasing importance of social network sites loyalty question, there's very little research in this area. In electronic commerce, the website loyalty development process is based on both website satisfaction and website trust toward the net-enabled business. But how to target the members with high or low loyalty in the social network sites is still a question. In this paper we propose one improved RFM model to evaluate the member loyalty to find the potential members for improving the service quality of the social network site. In addition, an empirical case study is performed to demonstrate how this procedure works. Moreover, further applications of this research are provided for improved social network sites experiences and how to use the model to practice.

  • As UAE has witnessed tremendous growth and diversification in its economy, logistics in particular has had great success as one of the first logistics clusters and hub to develop global business competitiveness but a few data and practical study related with logistics business competitiveness have existed due to lack of the openness in the region. In this sense, the purpose of this study was to carry out competitive analysis between UAE and not only major Middle East countries and but also Global countries using Porter's Diamond model. As a result of analysis with Middle East Countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE gained the highest score in factor conditions followed by logistics conditions, supported industries and demand conditions. UAE also is required to reduce cost and time of logistics process and get higher ease of international shipment, logistics competency and logistics timeliness. The logistics data set released from international and reputable bodies like WEF, OECD and IMD will assist to analyses logistics competitiveness among hub countries in future studies.

  • The free-trade-zone system has been implemented in industrial-complex-type free-trade zones with a focus on the manufacturing industry since 1970, and was intended to attract foreign investment and increase trade by providing benefits such as tax reduction and deregulation to tenant companies. However, foreign investment in these industrial-complex-type free trade zones has decreased significantly. On the other hand, port-type free-trade zones have great potential to attract foreign investment for development due to the increase in port traffic. The developmental trends in the free-trade-zone system have been studied primarily in the manufacturing industry, and those studies must be extended. In this paper, the role and operation of free-trade zones are examined and problems highlighted. We analyzed a business model specialized in port-type free-trade zones to identify problems, propose measures to improve the system for re-exporting domestic goods to the customs area for storage, and upgrade overall operations. The effects of our measures were analyzed by simple simulation. These proposed improvements in the operation of port-type free-trade zones will help attract foreign companies to these international logistics hubs and global delivery centers.

  • Research should explore techniques that will allow disposal of the dead to help the living by providing public space, protecting the environment, and contributing to economic development. Its design might bring a cemetery back into community life and make a present of a park. This new design for a cemetery can provide a structural solution for limited burial sites on the metropolitan area of Korea. It is based on the shared sense of a cemetery, a joint ownership or co-ownership of the space of a cemetery. FBS model by Gero[1] is used for engineering a cemetery design development. This framework contains a dynamic character of the context where such design takes place among its function, behavior and structure. This study suggests a new cemetery concept rather than a simple civil engineering work for a cemetery. It aims for people to have a new perspective on a cemetery and contribute to the society through an eco-friendly business model, so FBS may be an adequate model for such design. It can be one of the innovative business models and designs for engineering cemeteries, implementing sustainable environment and changing the design from a cemetery to a natural park.

  • When constructing housing, various factors affect the housing purchase price. These factors are considered in the whole process of construction, and the feasibility of a project is then studied based on these factors. Recently, Highest-end Housing in Gangnam has a large market ofpotential and fixed clients in the Korean construction business. However, there has been a lack of research related to the Highest-end Housing market thus far. Therefore, this paper focuseson the factors affecting the Highest-end Housing price, and the level of the effect. Ultimately, the results of this research could be used as basic information for enhancing the competitiveness between the construction companies that build villa apartments,and support the business model.

  • This research aimed to design and develop a mobile-website mixed business model and smartphone based mobile application for the purpose of mobile fashion content distribution. We have implemented a mobile interface and trading system supporting self production of content, use, share, and user's self-up. And we proposed its market access strategy for the expansion of fashion contents transactions. To do this, the existing status of research and benchmarking for mobile app of fashion contents related were studied. As a result of the study, Android, iOS-based mobile applications were developed, but there are some business problems such as low awareness, low entry barriers, and the poor fashion content compared to the size of industry. Because this system provide the fashion contents of affiliated companies to users, it needs to expand cooperation and to promote the partnership with fashion blog, cafes, and fashion magazines.

  • Recently, the role of the contact center for business-to-consumer (B2C) operations is becoming more and more important as the customer contact point. In particular, an Internet Protocol (IP)-based contact center system is made up of a complicated information system in order to accommodate various customer channels, in addition to the telephone, and to respond in real time. However, until now, evaluations of contact centers have focused on customer service-based research from inbound contact centers. We used the contact center as a measure of performance, focusing on indicators that have traditionally influenced customer satisfaction, such as response rates and service levels. There is insufficient research on the characteristics of the services that a contact center should have and on the evaluation models for information systems. The role of information systems is becoming important as the latest contact center, which has moved from the TDM-driven digital phone system center to the IP-based contact center, accommodates a variety of digital channels other than voice phones. In particular, as offline branches decrease due to the development of the Internet and mobile phones, non-facing responses to customers are important, so the contact center has influenced the enterprise. Therefore, we developed an evaluation model not only in terms of customer service, but also from information system and business aspects, using the AHP and verifying the evaluation model through empirical cases. In particular, content analysis was used to ensure objectivity of AHP evaluation items.

  • It is important to integrate an enterprise application for automating of the business process, which is responded by a flow of market environment. There are two categories of method that integrate enterprise applications. One is Synchronous Integration, and the other is Asynchronous Integration. EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) and Web service which of the asynchronous integration is focused in the automating method of the business process. After we construct the application integration for automating of the business process, we have to concern about managing of the business transaction. Many Organizations have proposed the process method of business transaction based on 2-phase commit protocol. But this method can't supply the phase that classify the transaction by transaction weight. In this paper, we propose an efficient method of transaction process for business transactions, which is composed by "Classify Phase" that classify transactions. We called this model "3-Phase Commit Method Applied by Classify Phase, " we design this model to manage an resource of enterprise efficiently. The proposed method is compared by the method based on 2-Phase commit that could be a problem of management the resource of enterprise, and the advantage of this method is certified to propose the solution of that problem.ion of that problem.

  • Social dating contents that transformed from online dating service needs understanding about the market status, magnitude, business concept and related area, and its development process. Nowadays the field of dating service had expanded from off-line to on-line, and then started to be changed to social dating services with the development of the highest smart phone penetration rate. Therefore, we investigated about the market, business concept and its functions of social dating application, and then classified the typology of those social dating applications according to feature with utilization rate of user. We had described about its partial deficits and improvements on the social dating application through comparative analysis and business model analysis about successful case. As conclusions, we suggested future strategies of competition and directivity with an improving way about concrete plan for industry development of social dating application.
