  • 머리의 자세 및 움직임 추적은 응시추적 및 시각운율 연구에서 필수적이다. 일반적으로 머리자세를 추정하는 방법은 보정된 카메라를 통해 추출된 얼굴의 특징점 정보를 이용한다. 그러나 실제 응용 분야에서는 보정되지 않은 카메라를 통한 머리 움직임을 추정해야 할 경우가 발생한다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 보정되지 않은 하나의 카메라를 이용, 단일특징점 정보를 이용한 머리 자세 추정 방법을 확장하여 최적화 기법을 도입한 다특징점 정보 기반 머리 자세 추정방법에 대하여 논하였다.

A Study on the Two-Dimensional Scheduling for Minimization of Moving Distance on the Remote Controllable Web-Camera (원격조정 가능한 웹 카메라의 이동거리 최소화를 위한 이차원 스케줄링에 관한 연구)

  • In case of the remote controllable web-camera that was took notice especially in internet real-time broadcasting systems, a great many clients connect the server of web-camera to request the service. So, the scheduling methods are important. Web-camera systems have used to the traditional FIFO(First In First Out) or SDF(Shortest Distance First) scheduling method. But they does not satisfy both the minimization of moving distance on the web-camera and the fairness on the users. In this paper, We propose the 2D scheduling method, As a result, the moving distance of the web-camera decreases compared with FIFO scheduling method. And the starvation state on the user's request does not happen compared with SDF scheduling method. Thus, if the remote controllable web-camera systems use the 2D scheduling method, they are satisfied with the minimization of moving distance on the remote controllable web-camera and the fairness on the users simultaneously. Therefore the user's satisfaction and the performance of the systems are improved.

Study on the Effect of Emissivity for Estimation of the Surface Temperature from Drone-based Thermal Images (드론 열화상 화소값의 타겟 온도변환을 위한 방사율 영향 분석)

  • Recently interests on the application of thermal cameras have increased with the advance of image analysis technology. Aside from a simple image acquisition, applications such as digital twin and thermal image management systems have gained popularity. To this end, we studied the effect of emissivity on the DN (Digital Number) value in the process of derivation of a relational expression for converting DN to an actual surface temperature. The DN value is a number representing the spectral band value of the thermal image, and is an important element constituting the thermal image data. However, the DN value is not a temperature value indicating the actual surface temperature, but a brightness value indicating high and low heat as brightness, and has a non-linear relationship with the actual surface temperature. The reliable relationship between DN and the actual surface temperature is critical for a thermal image processing. We tested the relationship between the actual surface temperature and the DN value of the thermal image, and then the radiation adjustment was performed to better estimate actual surface temperatures. As a result, the relation graph between the actual surface temperature and the DN value similarly show linear pattern with the relation graph between the radiation-controlled non-contact thermometer and the DN value. And the non-contact temperature after adjusting the emissivity was closer to the actual surface temperature than before adjusting the emissivity.

  • To steer a camera is done based on system parameters of the vision system. However, the system parameters when they are used might be different from those when they were measured. As one method to compensate for this problem, this research proposes a gaze-steering method based on LMI(Linear Matrix Inequality) that is robust to variations in the system parameters of the vision system. Simulation results show that the proposed method produces less gaze-tracking error than a contemporary linear method and more stable gaze-tracking error than a contemporary nonlinear method. Moreover, the proposed method is fast enough for realtime processing.

  • As most structures need all sided analysis, development of precise and ideal analytical techniques are required. In non-metric camera alone or metric and non-metric camera can be used for the purpose of measurement, the object will be analyzied economically and quickely. The purposes of this study are to suggest possibility of analysis of circular strip by means of Bundle Adjustment and to investigate efficiency of analytical method by combination of metric and non-metric camera. For these purposes, cylindrical structure was taken as the object and multiple convergent photographs changing ${\omega}$ and ${\phi}$, by which circular strip was formed, were analysed.

  • 본 연구는 전기전자기기를 비접촉 ON/OFF제어와 기기의 수명연장을 개선 시키기위해 전기전자기기에 다용도로 활용되는 제어컨트롤러 모듈인 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)의 입력측에 마이크로컨트롤러와 AI 비젼카메라를 설치하여, 비접촉 ON/OFF 제어에 관한 아이디어 제시하고, 이를 기반으로 구현하였다. 구현 결과 단순 I,O 신호에 의한 제어와는 다르게 이미지 인식을 구체적으로 구분하여 센싱하고, 다양한 인식 구분을 위해 머신러닝 기반으로 AI 비젼카메라를 학습시킨 결과 물체 및 색깔 구분에 따라서 전기전자기기를 제어 할 수 있었으며, 접촉이 아닌 비접촉 ON/OFF 제어가 간단하게 구현되어, 전기전자기기 수명연장도 기대 할 수 있게 되었다..

Analysis of 3D Accuracy According to Determination of Calibration Initial Value in Close-Range Digital Photogrammetry Using VLBI Antenna and Mobile Phone Camera (VLBI 안테나와 모바일폰 카메라를 활용한 근접수치사진측량의 캘리브레이션 초기값 결정에 따른 3차원 정확도 분석)

  • This study had been aimed to conduct the camera calibration on VLBI antenna in the Space Geodetic Observation Center of Sejong City with a low-cost digital camera, which embedded in a mobile phone to determine the three-dimension position coordinates of the VLBI antenna, based on stereo images. The initial values for the camera calibration have been obtained by utilizing the Direct Linear Transformation algorithm and the commercial digital photogrammetry system, PhotoModeler $Scanner^{(R)}$ ver. 6.0, respectively. The accuracy of camera calibration results was compared with that the camera calibration results, acquired by a bundle adjustment with nonlinear collinearity condition equation. Although two methods showed significant differences in the initial value, the final calibration demonstrated the consistent results whichever methods had been performed for obtaining the initial value. Furthermore, those three-dimensional coordinates of feature points of the VLBI antenna were respectively calculated using the camera calibration by the two methods to be compared with the reference coordinates obtained from a total station. In fact, both methods have resulted out a same standard deviation of $X=0.004{\pm}0.010m$, $Y=0.001{\pm}0.015m$, $Z=0.009{\pm}0.017m$, that of showing a high degree of accuracy in centimeters. From the result, we can conclude that a mobile phone camera opens up the way for a variety of image processing studies, such as 3D reconstruction from images captured.

  • This paper shows the possibility to have a accurate record and analysis of all data of pre/post-environmental impact assessment. For the experimental test, a surveying was carried with aerial photos by non-metric camera of remote controlled model airplene, aeial camera, LANDSAT data. The three approaches are briefly described. Finally, author suggest an environmental impact assessment method using aerial photogrammetric method. This will lead to more accurate and effective method in the environmental impact assessment.

  • 국가지정연구실 사업인 "인공위성 및 지구접근천체 감시연구"에서는 2003월 한국천문연구원 전파연구동에 60cm 광시야 망원경을 설치하여 시험가동중이다. 이 광시야 망원경의 광학계는 초점비 F/2.92로 직초점 방식이며 3개의 보정렌즈를 이용하여 보정된 초점면의 시야는 2.7도가 되도록 설계되었다. 독일에서 제작하였으며 광학계를 구동할 마운트는 국내 제작하였다. Apogee사 AP10, FingerLake 사 2K CCD 카메라, Pentax 67사진 카메라와 같은 다양한 관측기기를 이용하여 광학계의 성능을 검사하고 광축조정을 하고 있으며 발생한 문제점을 파악하여 해결하고 있다. (중략)
