  • 6시그마''를 도입, 추진해온 LG전자 정보통신 구미사업장은 에너지절감활동 역시 ''6시그마 Tool''에 따라 진행된다. 6시그마는 생산활동에 있어서 1백만개의 제품이나 서비스 가운데 단 3.4개의 불량만을 허용하는 전사적 경영혁신 활동이다. 현재 품질경영 운동의 주류인 ''1백PPM(parts per million)''이 1백만개중 1백개의 불량을 허용하고 있으니 얼마나 높은 수준인지 알 수 있다. ''완벽 경영''에 도전하는 경영혁신활동인 셈이다. 이곳에서 지난 5월부터 약 4개월에 걸쳐 실시한 ESCO 조명교체사업은 에너지절감과 동시에 개체비용에 따른 경제적인 부담을 덜어줌으로써 매우 효과적인 6시그마 활동으로 주목받고 있다.

A Distributed Low-cost Dynamic Multicast Routing Algorithm with Delay Constraints (지연시간을 고려한 최소비용의 동적 멀티캐스트 라우팅 알고리즘)

  • Many real-time multimedia applications, such as video conferencing have stringent end-to-end delay constraints and consume large amount of network resources. In order to support these applications efficiently, multicast routing algorithms computing least cost multicast trees that satisfy a given end-to-end delay constraint are needed. However, finding such a tree is known to be computationally expensive. Therefore, we propose a heuristic distributed multicast routing algorithm that reduces a “finding multicast tree”that satisfies a given end-to-end delay constraint and minimizes the average resulting tree cost. Also, simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has much better average cost performance than other existing algorithms.

  • The object of this research is to analyze the impact of the four dimensions of on-line game attributes, challenge, social interaction, entertainment and actuality, on customer satisfaction and loyalty. At the same time, mediating effects of switching barriers, such as switching cost and attractiveness of alternatives on the relationships between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are also analyzed. The results showed that the challenge, social interaction, entertainment had significant effects on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction also effected customer loyalty. Another important result is that switching cost and attractiveness of alternatives played an intermediating role between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

  • This study explored the factors affecting the willingness to pay of OTT service users. The main results are as follows. First, the perceived usefulness of OTT service users has a positive effect on use satisfaction. Second, perceived playfulness of OTT service users has a positive effect on use satisfaction. Third, the perceived cost of OTT service users has a positive effect on use satisfaction. Fourth, the perceived usefulness of OTT service users has a positive effect on willingness to pay. Fifth, use satisfaction with OTT service has a positive effect on willingness to pay. In summary, the perceived usefulness, perceived playfulness, and perceived cost of OTT service users increase the satisfaction of use, and the perceived usefulness and satisfaction are the key factors for predicting the willingness to pay. This will be meaningful in that it has revealed a path to predict and explain the intention of paid users of OTT service users.

A Study on the Time-sharing Condominium use Behavior by Demographic Characterristics (인구통계변인에 따른 휴양콘도미니엄 이용행태 연구)

  • This paper studied condo selection attributes that affected satisfaction, recommendation and revisitation, in particular, investigated gender and age differences. Research target is the group who revisited time-sharing condominium within one year. The paper seeks to understand factors that affect and contribute to customer satisfaction and intentions for reuse. This study model was analyzed by the basic statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple analysis, using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. We found that 5 condo selection attributes that have significant affect on user satisfaction: facility, service, product, accessibility and expense. Furthermore it was evident that user satisfaction has a significant effect on condo recommendation and intentions of reuse. With regard to sex, for male users expense, accessibility and service had a significant effect on their satisfaction level, while for female users, product was most important. User satisfaction both have a significant effect on recommendation and intentions of reuse but for females this was more evident. Regarding the age, for 20~30 age band, service and product factor had a significant effect on user satisfaction in order, whereas, for the age band of over 40s, expense, product and facility factors were important. User satisfaction of both have a significant effect on recommendation and intentions of reuse. In the meantime user satisfaction of 20~30 age band had a bigger positive significant effect on recommendation and intentions of reuse than the age band over 40s.

  • This research has analyzed the influence of Yeosu Expo's service quality on emotion, perceived value and satisfaction. First of all, the Yeosu Expo's service quality scale was composed with five types of levels : exhibition contents, quality of performance, human service, approach convenience and necessary expense. As the result of influence analysis, exhibition contents, quality of performance and necessary expense had significant influence on attendee's positive emotion. Exhibition contents, necessary expense and approach convenience to approach showed significant influence in perceived value, and necessary expense related to the expo had the highest influence among the three values. Also, the attendee's positive emotion and perceived value towards service from expo was analyzed to have satisfactorily significant influence.

  • Nowadays IT service users meet various new IT services and are considering a switch into a new IT service. IT service providers are also developing the strategies to retain and expand their customer base. Studies on switching intention have been one of the most interesting topics in the on-line and off-line markets. In this paper we investigate the factors influencing the IT service switching intention. Our research model includes the relationship between 'switching intention' and 'habit', 'alternative attractiveness', 'present service satisfaction'. In addition, we try to find the effect that 'habit' and 'alternative attractiveness' give to 'switching intention' through 'present service satisfaction'. Finally, the moderating effects of 'switching cost' are examined. This empirical paper proves that 'habit' and 'present service satisfaction' give effects to 'switching intention', and 'alternative attractiveness' give the indirect effects to 'switching intention'. In addition, 'switching cost' has the moderating effects between 'switching intention' and 'habit'.

Development of Rehabilitation and Management Techniques for Old Water Distribution Systems (기존 상수도 노후관망의 개량 및 관리 기법의 개발)

  • Flow carrying capacity of water distribution systems is getting reduced by deterioration of pipes in the systems. The objective of this study is to develop a managerial decision-making model for the rehabilitation of water distribution systems with a minimum cost. The decisions made by the model also satisfy the requirements for the discharge and pressure at demanding nodes in the system. The replacement cost, pipe break repair cost, and pumping cost are considered in the economic evaluation of the decision along with the break ratio and interest ratio to determine the optimal replacement time for each pipe. Then, the hydraulic integrity of the water distribution system is checked for the decision by a pipe network simulator, KYPIPE, if the discharge and pressure requirements, the decision made for the optimal replacement time is revised until the requirements are satisfied. The model is applied to an existing water distribution system, the Metropolita Water Supply Project (1st Phase). The result shows that the decisions for the replacement time determined by the economix analysis are accepted as optimal and the hydraulic integrity of the system is in good condition.

  • 웹이라는 환경은 다양한 정보원천을 생성해냈고, 온라인 소비자는 시간과 노력의 비용을 줄여 보다 합리적인 의사결정을 하기 위하여 웹 정보탐색을 한다. 특히 인터넷 환경은 정보를 획득하는 비용을 낮춤으로써 유용한 정보원천의 역할을 수행하고 있다(Bakos, 1997; Bar-Ilan, 2001). 그러나 너무 많은 정보는 오히려 소비자들의 의사결정을 방해할 수 있는데, 이때 소비자들은 정보원천에 대한 인지경향, 즉 신념수준을 가지고 자신에게 필요한 정보를 취사선택하게 된다(Schuman and Johnson, 1976). 이러한 관점에서 온라인상에서의 구매의사결정과 관련해서 주요하게 참조되는 정보원천을 파악하는 것은 의미있는 일이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사전조사를 통해 온라인 주요 정보원천으로 온라인 구매경험, 온라인 구전정보, 판매자 정보를 도출하였다. 그리고 이러한 정보원천이 제품만족, 정보만족에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보고, 이어서 정보만족과 제품만족이 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 대한 소비자의 전반적인 만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 온라인 정보원천의 모든 변수들이 정보만족에 유의한 영향관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났으며, 제품만족과의 관계에서는 판매자 제공정보가 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 또한 정보만족과 제품만족 모두 소비자의 전반적인 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 온라인상에서의 정보의 중요성을 입증하는 것으로, 온라인 소비자의 정보원천에 대한 이용과 평가를 이해하는데 새로운 시각을 제공해주고, 정보원천에 대한 관리와 활용에 관한 실무적 시사점을 제시해 줄 것으로 기대된다.

비용과 최소요구충족율을 고려한 수리가능제품의 최적여유부품수준의 결정기법

  • 본 논문에서는 고가의 수리가능제품의 최적여유재고 수준을 결정하는 효율적인 방법을 제안한다. 고려하는 시스템은 각 기지창과 중앙창에서 한정된 수리능력을 가지며 중앙창에서 수리가 끝난 후 수리된 제품은 원래의 기지창으로 되돌아가서 재고에 포함되는 형태이다. 제안한 방법은 최소비용의 재고수준을 결정하는 방법 및 최소요구충족율을 가장 적은 비용으로 만족시키는 여유재고수준을 결정하는 최적해법이다. 제안한 방법을 실제시스템에 적용하면 최소의 비용으로 장비나 무기를 원하는 수준으로 가동시킬 수 있으므로 국방비의 효율적인 사용 및 절감에 도움이 될 것이다.
