  • 본 논문은 계통연계형 인버터의 위상추종기법인 SRF-PLL을 모델링하고, FPGA에 구현하기 위해 System Generator를 이용하여 설계하였다. SRF-PLL의 비례-적분 이득은 소신호 해석을 하여 일반화를 통해 입력전압의 크기에 관계없이 적용가능하며, 주파수 응답에서 65도 위상여유를 갖는 안정한 이득을 산정하였다. FPGA 구현을 위해 MATLAB/SIMULINK와 연동 가능한 System Generator를 이용하여 SRF-PLL을 모델링하였으며, MATLAB 기반의 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여 위상추종 특성을 분석하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 인버터 시스템의 가격을 줄이기 위해 3-레벨 NPC 인버터의 중성단에 하나의 션트 저항을 삽입함으로써 AC 전동기의 3상 전류를 획득하는 방법을 제안한다. 션트 저항으로부터 정확한 상 전류를 획득하기 위해서는 최소한의 시간이 필요하며 때문에 측정불가영역이 존재하게 된다. 기존의 측정불가영역으로 부터 상 전류를 복원하는 방법은 스위칭 패턴을 이동시키거나 공간 벡터 전압 변조 기법(SVPWM) 이외의 변조 기법을 이용하였는데 이러한 방법은 전류에 고조파를 증가시켜 효율을 떨어뜨리고 소음을 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 동기 좌표계 d-q축 비례적분제어기와 전동기 시스템의 전달함수를 이용하여 지령 전류로부터 실제 전류와 같은 전류를 얻는 방법을 통해 기존의 문제점들을 개선하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 시뮬레이션을 통해 증명하였다.

  • 본 논문은 계통연계형 태양광 발전 시스템에서 유효, 무효전력 주입 시 성능개선을 위한 슬라이딩 모드가 적용된 직접전력제어 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 제어 기법은 공간벡터변조 방식이 적용된 직접전력제어에서 적합한 비례-적분제어기의 모델링을 함으로 적절한 제어기의 이득을 설정한다. 직접전력 제어의 우수한 응답특성을 유지하기 위하여 가변구조제어의 한종류인 슬라이딩 모드제어를 적용한다. 제안하는 알고리즘의 검증을 위하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 제안하는 제어기법의 타당성을 확인 한다.

Development of An Engine Modeling and an Engine Control Module for an LPG Engine (LPG 엔진 모델링 및 ECM 설계에 관한 연구)

  • Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) has been widely used for commercial light-duty vehicles worldwide. Since LPG has a higher octane number and a lower maximum combustion temperature than gasoline , it becomes more popular fuel for reducing exhaust emissions. In tihs study, mathematical models of air intake and fuel delivery system are presented, and a PI-controller is designed for air-fuel ratio control. Hardware and software of an engine control module (ECM) are designed for an LPG engine. The ECM is built using a Motorola MC68HC05. In order to control the air-fuel ratio at stoichiometry, the PI-control algorithm is implemented in the ECM. The experiment results show the proto LPG ECM and its control scheme perform well to meet the stoichiometric air-duel ratio requirement.

  • The purpose of this study is to design the adaptive speed control system of a marine diesel engine by combining the Model Matching Method and the Nominal Model Tracking Method. The authors proposed already a new method to determine efficiently the PID control Parameters by the Model Matching Method. typically taking a marine diesel engine as a non-oscillatory second-order system. But. actually it is very difficult to find out the exact model of a diesel engine. Therefore, when diesel engine model and actual diesel engine are unmatched as an another approach to promote the speed control characteristics of a marine diesel engine, this paper Proposes a Model Reference Adaptive Speed Control system of a diesel engine, in which PID control system for the model of a diesel engine is adopted as the nominal model and Fuzzy controller and derivative operator are adopted as the adaptive controller.

  • In this paper, we design output feedback nonlinear dynamic control law by using state feedback nonlinear dynamic compensator and PI observer and show that the controller can stabilize globally and asymptotically a class of nonlinear systems with mismatched uncertainties. We also show that it is possible for a nonlinear system to use the output of PI observer in place of state variables in case that the nonlinear dynamic control law is used, similarly as in the linear system. The effectiveness of the proposed control law is demonstrated by a numerical simulation.

  • In the present work a finite element formulation using dynamic explicit time integration scheme is used for numerical analysis of auto-body panel stamping processes. The lumping scheme is employed for the diagonal mass matrix and linearizing dynamic formulation. A contact scheme is developed by combining the skew boundary condition and direct trial-and-error method. In this work, for economic analysis the faster punch velocity and the mass scaling method are introduced. To investigate the effects of punch velocity and mass scaling, the various values of punch velocity and the various mass scalings are used for numerical analysis. Computations are carried out for analysis of complicated auto-body panel stamping processes such as forming of an oil pan and a fuel tank.

  • In this paper, the control strategy of the tension and speed based a prototype bio-wrap winding machine is developed. The decentralized control strategy using PID control algorithm applied for each subsystem is proposed to control the each system's desired outputs, because the tension of each subsystem effects that of next roll system. The computer simulations and the experiment results are presented to show that the proposed control scheme is feasible for a prototype bio-wrap winding machine.

Controller Design for Stable Engine Idle Mode (안정한 엔진 공회전 모드를 위한 제어기 설계)

  • The engine idle speed mode becomes worse as one drives a vehicle for several years. This is due to ageing of engine and power-train parts. In this case, unstable idle conditions such as engine stall and droop are frequently experienced when the engine gets heavy torque loads due to power steering pump and air conditioning compressor. The objective of this paper is to study on the idle speed control using PID controller under load disturbances. The input of the PID controller is an error of rpm. The output of the PID controller is an ISCV duty cycle. The dSPACE Controller Boards are used to interface with engine. The on-vehicle test is realized using by SIMULINK and BLOCKSETS tools. The real time interface control panel supplied by Control Desk S/W is designed to have good results in engine idle speed control.
