A Comparative Study on Oral Environment between Smokers and Non-smokers (흡연자와 비흡연자의 구강환경 비교 연구)

  • This research had the following results after analyzing the questionnaires and the survey on 51 people experienced smoking and 51 people unexperienced smoking out of patients who participated in the practice hours of Department of Dental Hygiene to study the relevance between smoking which is one of the partial factors of oral disease and oral health. 1. 78.4% of patients smoke more while drinking, which level is still high, so it threatens the oral health. 2. 22.5 % of patients had the experience of scaling within recent 1 year, which level is still low. 3. The people who experienced smoking realized the harmfulness of smoking and during the toothbrushing, the level of self-consciousness about halitosis and bleeding gum is higher than the unexperienced. 4. The frequency of smokers' toothbrushing on the average a day is lower than non-smokers. 5. Simplified oral hygiene index of men(4.98) is higher than woman(4.00) and the people experienced smoking(4.59) is higher than the unexperienced(4.18), which means that man and the person who experienced smoking has the bad oral environment.

Subjective Oral Health Behaviors and Recognition of Childcare Teacher With and Without Oral Health Education (보육교사의 구강보건교육경험유무에 따른 구강보건행태 및 인지도)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the Influence of the experience of Childcare Teacher about oral health education on oral health behaviors. For this, Questionnairs to be self-filled up about experience of oral health education were carried out to 267 childcare teachers who are working in nurseries in Geongnam province. The date was analysed using the SPSS 12.0 program. The obtained result were as follows. Among the respondents who are not under stress of oral health. 8.1% respondents had the oral health education and 7.7% others didn't have it. For toothbrushing methods, it was found that 25.3% used manual toothbrushing with experience in dental education(up and down toothbrushing monement) and 35.4% used semi automatic toothbrushing(rotational movement). 37.1% respondents had experiences in oral health education, 69.7% respondents were instructed in the oral health at public health center, and 61.6% respondents were instructed in the oral health a theory(toothbrushing guidance). Among the respondents who answered that oral health education should be necessary, 83.4% of those have already had oral health education where as 73.8% respondents have not had the education. 67.7% of the respondents who want to participate in the oral health education is corresponding to those with experience in dental education, 66.1% respondents with no education feel the necessity of the oral health education.

  • 본 연구는 무리행동과 인지적 유용성을 중심으로, e-learning 컨텐츠 구매에 미치는 영향을 e-learning 수강경험자 집단과 경험하지 못한 잠재구매자 집단의 차이점을 경험적인 측면에서 밝히고자 시도하였다. 전체 528명의 표본을 경험자(395명)와 비경험자(133명)로 나누어 PLS(Partial Least Square)를 통하여 분석한 결과 e-learning 구매 경험자는 인지적 유용성이 구매의도에 주는 영향이 무리행동의 영향보다 큰 것으로 나타났고, 잠재 구매자는 무리행동이 구매의도에 주는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study classified the different types of service attributes being provided through cable VOD services and looked at how the key service attribute types affect the willingness to use paid VOD for each group of paid and non-experienced users. Studies have shown that for a group of non-experienced people, 'content information-oriented attributes' have the greatest impact, and for a group of experienced people, 'convenience-oriented attributes' have the greatest impact. Thus, expanding users of paid VOD services requires setting up step-by-step strategies that match their respective collective characteristics. For a group of non-experienced people, it is necessary to take a direct persuasion strategy through the provision of relevant information and an indirect approach strategy through the expansion of promotion opportunities, and for an experienced group, a strategy to expand functional convenience.

The Correlation of Dental Hygienist's Educational Experience in Infection Control with the Activity Ratio of Infection Control in Health Belief Model (건강신념모형을 적용한 치과위생사의 감염관리 교육경험에 따른 수행도와의 관련성)

  • This study examined the correlation of educational experience with practical behavior in infection control. Subjects were 152 dental hygienists in Gwangju from September 15 to October 5, 2015. The ratio of dental hygienists educated on infection control was higher in those worked in dental care with 2~4 dentist for 2~5 years and lower in those worked in dental cared with 1 dentist for 2~5 years (p<0.05, p<0.001). The dental hygienists with or without educational experience in infection control exhibited the highest activity rate in hand wash and the lowest in face protection. Barrier in health belief, was lower with the need for education in infection control among the factors affecting on the activity in infection control. The activity was higher with susceptibility and cue to action (p<0.05). Based on the results, education program on infection control should be developed, and applied periodically and obligatorily for dentist and all staffs of dental care to remove susceptibility and barrier, and to enhance cue to action. This will result the effective control of infection by elevating the health belief.

  • 본 논문은 최근 관심이 집중되고 있는 PC통신 및 인터넷에 의한 사이버 쇼핑행동을 이해하기 위해서 사이버 쇼핑경험자와 비경험자간의 차이를 비교하였다. 인터넷 및 PC통신 사용자를 대상으로 일대일 면접과 전자메일 설문방식을 병행하여 426명으로부터 설문응답을 얻었다. 주요설문내용은 인터넷 및 PC통신 사용실태, 사이버쇼핑 사용실태, 사이버 쇼핑에 대한 지각된 위험요인(perceived risks), 그리고 인구통계적 변수 등이었다. 응답자를 인터넷과 PC통신을 통해 제품이나 서비스를 구매한 경험이 있는 집단(182명)과 없는 집단(242명)으로 나누어 분산분석(ANOVA)과 판별분석(discriminant analysis)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 사이버 쇼핑구매 경험자와 무경험자간에는 인터넷 및 PC통신 행태, 인구통계변수, 사이버 쇼핑에 대한 지각위험, 사이버 쇼핑 중요속성 평가에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 효과적인 사이버 마케팅전략을 제시하였다.

간호사의 영양교육에 대한 인식 및 영양지식

  • 영양사들이 영양서비스에 대한 중요성을 인지하고 있으나 과중한 급식업무에 많은 시간을 할애하고 있으며, 또한 영양사 인력부족으로 인하여 환자에 대한 영양상담이나 영양교육이 제대로 이루어지지 않은 병원도 있어 간호사들이 영양교육을 실시하는 병원도 있는 형편이다. 따라서 영양사의 원활한 업무수행 및 역할 확대를 위하여서는 이에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 의사, 간호사 등 타 의료진의 영양관리에 대한 인식파악이 필요하다고 생각되어 마산시와 창원시 및 경남 함안군에 위치한 2-3차 의료기관에 종사하는 보건의료인 중 간호사(197명)와 간호조무사(94명) 291명을 대상으로 영양관리 중 영양교육에 대한 인식 및 영양지식을 조사하였다. 환자에 대한 영양교육이 ‘매우 필요하다’에 74.2%, ‘약간 필요하다’에 32.8%를 보였으며, 간호사와 전문대 졸업이상에서 간호조무사와 고졸자에 비하여 영양교육의 필요성에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났다(P < 0.001). 영양관련 과목을 이수하지 않은 자는 47.9%, 이수한 자는 52.1%이였으며, 간호조무사(60.4%)가 간호사(42.1%)에 비하여 (P < 0.01), 그리고 근무경력 2년 이상(51.5-59.4%)에서 2년 미만(34.4%)에 비하여(p < 0.05) 영양관련 과목을 이수하지 않은 율이 높게 나타났다. 영양관련 과목 이수자 중 영양지식 습득정도는58.7%가 ‘부족’한 것으로, 40.6%가 ‘보통’인 것으로 답하여 대체적으로 부족하다고 인정하고 있었으며, 학력이 낮을수록 ‘부족’하다고 답하여 학력에 따른 유의적인 차이가 있었다(P <0.05). 영양교육 연수경험이 있는 대상자는 8.6%, 없는 자는 91.4%로 간호사에게 영양교육 연수가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 영양교육 담당자의 적임자로는 영양사 69.3%, 간호사 21.3%로 답하였으며, 간호조무사는 영양교육 적임자로 영양사 82.7%, 간호사 5.8%로 답한 반면 간호사는 영양사 63.5%, 간호사 27.9%로 답하여 유의적인 차이가 있었다(p<0.001). 기회가 주어지면 영양교육에 참여하겠다는 대상자가 47.2%, 참여하지 않겠다는 자가 52.8%로 약1/2정도는 기회가 온다면 참여하겠다는 의지를 보였다. 영양교육에 참여하지 않겠다는 대상자의 43.4%가 ‘전문지식 부족’, 40.5%가 ‘전문가가 담당하는 것이 바람직하다’, 11.9%가 ‘업무량 과중’을 이유로 들었다. 환자치료 시에 영양에 대한 내용을 지도한 경험이 있는 대상자는 48.8%, 지도경험이 없는 자는 51.2%로 나타났으며, 간호사(60.9%)가 간호조무사(23.4%)에 비하여 지도경험율이 높고(p <0.001), 기혼자(57.4%)가 미혼자(44.2%)에 비하여 높으며(p < 0.05), 근무경력 2년 이상이 2년 미만에 비하여(P <0.05), 그리고 전문대 졸업 이상이 고졸에 비하여 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(p<0.001). 영양지식점수의 분포는 good group 55.3%, fair group 41.2%, Poor group이 3.4%이었으며, good group의 평균 점수는 16.1 $\pm$ 1.1점, fair group은 12.7 $\pm$ 1.4점, poor group은 6.6 $\pm$ 2.8점으로 세 군간에 유의적인 차이가 있었다(p < 0.001). 영양지식 점수의 전체평균은 20점 만점에 14.3 $\pm$ 2.5점이였다. 이상의 결과에서 환자의 영양교육 및 상담업무를 원활하게 수행하기 위하여 영양과 내에 급식관리와는 별도로 임상영양 및 영양교육을 담당하는 부서가 설치되어야 하며 영양사의 인력확보가 필요하다고 사료된다. 이상의 연구결과에서 간호사들은 영양교육이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었으나 간호사를 영양교육의 적임자로 보는 시각이 비교적 높았고 약 1/2정도는 영양교육에 참여하겠다는 의지를 가지고 있을 뿐만 아니라 실제로 영양지도를 한 경험이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 1/2 정도가 영양관련과목을 이수하지 않았으며, 91.4%가 영양교육 연수경험이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

Effects of North Korea Defectors' Living Experiences in South Korea on Their Self-perceptions and Perceptions of South Korea (남한사회에서의 생활경험이 탈북자에게 미치는 영향: 남한과 자신에 대한 인식을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of North Korea defectors' living experiences in South Korea on their self-perceptions and perceptions of South Korea. For this purpose, a questionnaire was distributed to 66 defectors with no living experiences at all and 99 defectors with living experiences of an average of 2.7 years in South Korea. They were asked to rate their own as well as South Koreans' values, personality, attitudes toward sexual misbehavior, gender stereotypes. Also, they evaluated the society of South Korea and its political control. The results indicated that those defectors with living experiences tended to perceive more negatively their own and South Koreans as well, and yet that they were less negative for sexual misbehavior and weaker for gender stereotypes. Also, results suggested that living experiences led defectors to perceive South Korea in a more negative way. Those findings were discussed in terms of changes in culture.

A Study on Intention to Use Personal Cloud Services: Focusing on Value Comparison (개인용 클라우드 서비스 사용 의도 연구: 가치 비교를 중심으로)

  • Cloud computing technology is expanding its services to individual consumers through storage and applications. This study aims to compare the predisposing factors that affect the perceived value and the intention to use between users who have used or experienced services and those who have never experienced services from the perspective of benefit and sacrifice based on the value-based acceptance model. The results showed that the sacrifice factor (perceived cost) had a significant effect on perceived value and perceived value had a significant effect on intention to use, but showed a difference in perceived benefit. Perceived usefulness, ubiquity, and network effects had significant impact for experienced users' perceived value, but for inexperienced users, ubiquity did not have significant impact. In addition, usefulness was the most significant factor for experienced users while network effect was the same for inexperienced users. The results of this study suggest that consumers' intention to use personal cloud service is evaluated as a benefit and sacrifice point and a new attempt to re-examine the role of previous experience.

The Effect of Motives for Using Facebook on Facebook Advertising Diffusion Behavior (페이스북 이용동기가 페이스북 광고 확산 행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study attempts to understand the Facebook advertising diffusion behavior in the situation of increasing consumer activeness. Especially, this study focuses on the influence of motives for using Facebook on Facebook advertising diffusion behavior. -Survey for 243 university students was executed after preliminary interview for extracting question items of motives for using Facebook.- This study finds that the experiencer of Facebook advertising diffusion behavior shows stronger motives for using Facebook than non-experiencer of Facebook advertising diffusion behavior. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to find out the impact of verified variables on Facebook advertising diffusion behavior. It was found that 'self-expression motive' influences on the all Facebook advertising diffusion behavior significantly. Based on the results, academic and practical implications are discussed.
