  • This paper deals with the implementation of electronic voting system using permissioned block chain technology. Cases studies have recently been under way in many industrial areas to review the application of the blockchain based electronic voting system. The existing electronic voting system was easily exposed by hacking because of its centralized characteristics, making it difficult to ensure the reliability and transparency of the voting system itself. In this study, we proposed key considerations and concepts to ensure the reliability and transparency of voters and voting stakeholder by utilizing a hyperledger fabric which is nowadays widely used as a permissioned blockchain.

  • Bitcoin, which appeared in 2008, was merely a conceptual virtual currency, but it now enjoys the status as actual money. Bitcoin is an electronic money system that can be traded directly without a central trust institution. Thanks to the popularization of Bitcoin, blockchain technology has become a widespread concern. That technology is expanding not only the currency mechanism, but also a variety of other services. The possibility of a blockchain in relation to actual currency is ongoing. This paper investigates the technological characteristics and social construction of the blockchain by comparing the cases of Bitcoin, Namecoin, and MediBloc among blockchain applications. Namecoin emerged in 2013 is an attempt to replace the centralized Internet Domain Name System(DNS). There has been controversy over that current system for a long time, but replacing the already established system is not easy. Nevertheless, Namecoin has potential as an alternative. Meanwhile, MediBloc is an application that involves distributed management of medical data in South Korea. MediBloc claims that the key producers of medical data are patients themselves. This is to challenge to the question who is a knowledge producer of medical data. Through these three cases, it has discussed that blockchain technology does supports to form more democratic decision-making or simply provide a technical solution as automation. As a citizen, we can intervene in the realization of blockchains by presenting social agenda. This will be a method of the social construction of technology.

  • In this paper, we present a healthcare data integration management and sharing platform based on a permissioned blockchain-based system called the Hyperledger fabric. The Hyperledger fabric allows patients to easily access their data, share the data with agencies that need it, and also reward participants. The healthcare data is stored in the blockchain by a de-identification process. Privacy is protected by setting detailed access rights to the stored data. The proposed model provides higher security than other models using a public blockchain. This study confirms that patient data can be stored more securely, by comparing the data stored in the blockchain with that from existing information storage methods.

  • Along with the rise in the value of cryptocurrency, the interest of the blockchain is very high. However, most people do not understand cryptocurrency and blockchain very well. In addition, due to this lack of understanding of the technology, ideas about how blockchain technology can be applied in the food industry may not come up. Therefore, this content describes the advantages of blockchain technology in terms of security, starting with the understanding and operation method of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, and briefly describes the development of a blockchain system. And simple examples of how this blockchain technology can be applied to other industries are summarized, and examples used in the food industry are summarized. Finally, it was insisted that using such a blockchain technology can provide safe food to consumers.

  • Blockchain is a technology that secures integrity and transparency by distributing and storing transaction details within multiple node networks. Recently, research is being conducted to secure integrity by applying blockchain to Bill of Lading (B/L documents) of monetary value. In this paper, we study a blockchain-based bill of lading system to improve usability. The shippers register the issued bill of lading on the blockchain, and banks in each country read it to conduct L/C transactions. The consignees receive the goods after completing certification with a quick response code (QR) containing the bill of lading information. Through this, shippers enjoy merits in that they can shorten the time and cost of sending shipping documents by mail and prove the integrity of the documents. The consignees have the advantage of being able to check the documents at the same time as they are registered and trust the transaction. Finally, on the bank side, the security of shipping documents is ensured and verification can be done quickly.

  • The National Housing Bond Information Relay System is a representative financial information relay system in which institutions are connected with center system. A centralized structure is expensive to construct and operate center, and there is a problem that all networks are disconnected when a failure occurs in the center system. In this paper, we propose the national housing bond information relay system model based on Blockchain technology that can process information safely and efficiently. The proposed model constructs a Blockchain network so that each institution that processes the national housing bond information can transmit information safely, and each institution manages the same distributed ledge by a smart contract. The proposed model can reduce the cost because it can process complicated national housing bond transaction information without a relay center, and a network usage and disk usage decreased by 1.7% and 8.53%.

  • Starting from 2010, blockchain technology, along with the development of artificial intelligence, has been in the spotlight as the latest technology to lead the 4th industrial revolution. Furthermore, previous research regarding blockchain's technological applications has been ongoing ever since. However, few studies have been examined the standards for classifying the blockchain economic ecosystem from a capital market perspective. Our study is classified into a collection of interviews of software developers, entrepreneurs, market participants and experts who use blockchain technology to utilize the blockchain economic ecosystem from a capital market perspective for investing in stocks, and case study methodologies of blockchain economic ecosystem according to application fields of blockchain technology. Additionally, as a way that can be used in connection with equity investment in the capital market, the blockchain economic ecosystem classification methodology was established to form an investment universe consisting of global blue-chip stocks. It also helped construct an intelligent portfolio through quantitative and qualitative analysis that are based on quant and artificial intelligence strategies and evaluate its performances. Lastly, it presented a successful investment strategy according to the growth of blockchain economic ecosystem. This study not only classifies and analyzes blockchain standardization as a blockchain economic ecosystem from a capital market, rather than a technical, point of view, but also constructs a portfolio that targets global blue-chip stocks while also developing strategies to achieve superior performances. This study provides insights that are fused with global equity investment from the perspectives of investment theory and the economy. Therefore, it has practical implications that can contribute to the development of capital markets.

  • With the spread of COVID-19 infections, the need for next-generation learning management system for undact education is rapidly increasing, and the Ministry of Education is planning future education through the establishment of fourth-generation NEIS. If the fourth-generation NEIS System is well utilized, there are advantages such as providing personalized education services and activating the use of educational data, but a solution to the illegal access problem in an access control environment where strict authorization is difficult due to various user rights. In this paper, we propose a blockchain-based access control audit system for next-generation learning management. Sensitive personal information is encrypted and stored using the proposed system, and when the auditor performs an audit later, a secret key for decryption is issued to ensure auditing. In addition, in order to prevent modification and deletion of stored log information, log information was stored in the blockchain to ensure stability. In this paper, a hierarchical ID-based encryption and a private blockchain are used so that higher-level institutions such as the Ministry of Education can hierarchically manage the access rights of each institution.
