  • 은행의 경영환경은 급변하고 금융시장에서의 경쟁은 심화되고 있는 가운데 은행의 경쟁력 확보는 상품의 시장 진입 속도에 달려있으나, 상품 개발의 지연으로 시장 점유율의 확대 기회를 놓치고 있는 실정이다. 이에 국내 은행들은 시장 선점을 위해 IT기반의 금융 신상품 개발에 많은 투자를 하고 있다. 본 연구는 신속한 금융 신상품 개발을 위해 상품 조건들을 레고 블록처럼 조립하면 쉽고 빠르게 상품이 만들어 지는 IT기반의 상품 팩토리의 아키텍처와 상품 생성 관계도를 정의하며, 변동금리와 층화(Tier) 계층의 상품 생성에 효율적인 매트릭스 조건의 이율형을 제시한다. 아울러 이러한 기반을 활용한 시스템의 개발 생산성과 프로젝트의 특성 및 효과 등을 검증한다.

Polymeric Micelle Using Poly((R)-3-hydroxybutyric acid)/Poly(ethylene glycol) Amphiphilic Block Copolymer for Drug Delivery System (Poly((R)-3-hydroxybutyric acid)/Poly(ethylene glycol) 양친성 블록 공중합체를 이용한 약물전달체용 고분자 미셀)

  • A biodegradable polymer poly((R) -3-hydroxybutyric acid) (PHB) was conjugated with a hydrophilic polymer poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) by the ttansesterification reaction to form the amphiphilic block copolymer. PHB with low molecular weight ($3000{\sim}30000$) was appropriated for the drug delivery materials. High molecular weight PHB was hydrolyzed by an acid-catalyst to produce the low molecular weight one. Amphiphilic block copolymer was formed the self-assembled polymeric micelle system in the aqueous solution that the hydrophillic PEG was wraped the hydrophobic PHB. Generally, polymeric micelle forms the small particle between $10{\sim}200nm$. These polymeric micelle systems have been widely used for the drug delivery systems because they were biodegradable, biocompatible, non-toxic and patient compliant. The hydroxyl group of PEG was substituted with carboxyl group which has the reactivity to the ester group of PHB. Amphiphilic block copolymer was conjugated between PHB, and modified PEG at $176^{\circ}C$ which was higher than the melting point of PHB. Transesterification reaction was verified with DSC, FTIR, $^1H-NMR$. In the aqueous solution, critical micelle concentration (CMC) of the mPEG-co-PHB copolymer measured by the fluororescence scanning spectrometer was $5{\times}10^{-5}g/L$. The shape and size of the nanoparticle was taken by dynamic light scattering and atomic force microscopy. The size of the nanoparticle was about 130 nm and the shape was spherical. Our polymeric micelle system can be used as the passive targeting drug delivery system.

  • Industrial robots have been usually controlled using text-based programming languages provided by each manufacturer with its button-based TP(Teaching Pendent) terminal. Unfortunately, when we consider that people who manipulate TPs in manufacturing sites are mostly unskilled with no background knowledge about computer programming, these text-based programming languages using button-based interaction on manufacturing sites are too difficult for them to learn and use. In order to overcome the weaknesses of the text-based programming language, we propose a visual programming language that can be easily used on gesture-enabled devices. Especially, in our visual programming environment, each command is represented as a block and robots are controlled by stacking those blocks using drag-and-drop gestures, which is easily learnable even by beginners. In this paper, we utilize a widely-spread device, Tablet PC as the gesture-enabled TP. Considering that Tablet PC has limited display space in contrast to PC environments, we designed different kinds of sets of command blocks and conducted user tests. Based on the experiment results, we propose an effective set of command blocks for Tablet PC environment.

Design of Integrated Process-Based Model for Large Assembly Blocks Considering Resource Constraints in Shipbuilding (자원제약을 고려한 조선 대조립 공정의 통합 프로세스 기반 모델 설계)

  • Because shipbuilding is single-product production with limited resources, production management technology is essential to manage the resources effectively and maximize the productivity of ship-process. Therefore, many shipbuilding companies are conducting research on ship production plan and process considering various constraints in the field by applying modeling and simulation. However, it is difficult to provide accurate production plan on sudden schedule and process changes, and to understand the interconnectivity between the processes that produce blocks in existing research. In addition, there are many differences between the production planning and field planning because detailed processes and quantity of blocks can not be considered. In this research, we propose the integrated process-based modeling method considering process-operation sequences, BOM(Bill of materials) and resource constraints of all the scheduled blocks in the indoor system. Through the integrated process-based model, it is easy for the user to grasp the assembly relationship, workspace and preliminary relationship of assembly process between the blocks in indoor system. Also, it is possible to obtain the overall production plan that maximizes resource efficiency without the separate simulation and resource modeling procedures because resource balancing that considers the amount of resource quantity shared in the indoor system is carried out.

  • Alignment of the main plates during the tack welding is essential to block assembly since most of the curved blocks and outfitting parts are assembled on the jigs and fixtures. Tact welding of main plates is the initial process of the curved hull block assembly. Due to the heavy weight of the main plates it is difficult to locate the plate on the accurate position of the jig and fixtures before welding. The conventional masonry process requires much time and manual work in order to achieve the accurate alignment. This labour-intensive process results in relatively high errors and correction works. Due to their larger dimensions and heavier weights, these hull blocks are not ergonomically desirable and, therefore, various mechanical devices such as hydraulic balancers or hydraulic jigs are used for the plate alignment. In this study, the position-sensing scheme implemented by sensors is presented in order to align the main plates on the accurate position during the hull block assembly. Integrating the Infrared photo sensors and micro processor unit, a small scaled prototype of the position-sensing module is developed to determine the alignment of main plates.

  • In this paper, a design of planar microwave bias-tee using lumped elements was presented. The bias-tee is composed of 2 blocks; DC block and RF choke. For this design of the bias-tee, a wideband capacitor was used for DC block. For a RF choke, a series connection of inductors which have different SRFs is used for a RF choke. In the RF choke, a series connection of resistor and capacitor was added in shunt to eliminate a loss from a series resonance. The designed bias-tee was implemented by using 1608 SMT chip components. The fabricated bias-tee was measured using Anritsu 3680K fixture which enables to remove an effect of a connector. The fabricated bias-tee presented -15 dB of return loss and -1.5 dB insertion loss at 10 MHz~18 GHz.

  • Nano-scopic holes which are distributed densely and uniformly were fabricated on $SiO_2$ surface. Self-assembling resists were used to produce a layer of uniformly distributed parallel poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) cylinders in a polystyrene (PS) matrix. The PMMA cylinders were degraded and removed by acetic acid rinsing. Subsequently, PS nanotemplates were fabricated. The patterned holes of PS template were approximately $8{\sim}30\;nm$ wide, 40 nm deep, and 60 nm apart. The porous PS template was used as a dry etching mask to transfer the pattern of PS template into the silicon oxide thin film during reactive ion etching (RIE) process. The sizes of the patterned holes on $SiO_2$ layer were $9{\sim}33\;nm$. After pattern transfer by RIE, uniformly distributed holes of which size were in the range of $6{\sim}22\;nm$ were fabricated on Si substrate. Sizes of the patterned holes were controllable by PMMA molecular weight.

  • In this paper, we apply the learning of the mobile robot insect augmented reality Digilog Book. In the era of electronic, book written in paper space just have moved to virtual reality space. The virtual reality, constraints spatial and physical, in the real world, it is a technique that enables to experience indirectly situation not experienced directly as user immersive experience type interface. Applied to the learning robot Digilog Book that allows the fusion of paper analog and digital content, using the augmented reality technology, to experience various interactions. Apply critical elements moving, three-dimensional images and animation to enrich the learning, for easier block assembly, designed to grasp more easily rank order between the blocks. Anywhere at any time, is capable of learning of the robot in Digilog Book to be executed by the mobile phone in particular.

Modeling and Simulation of Ship Panel-block Assembly Line Using Petri Nets (Petri Nets을 이용한 조선소 패널 블록 조립 라인의 모델링과 시뮬레이션)

  • This paper proposes a modeling and simulation process of a panel production line (PPL) in a shipyard. The panel production line is an assembly process to produce a main panel of a flat block and a curved block. In this paper, its activity analysis is carried out using expression of IDEF0, and its process is qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed and modeled by Petri Nets. A commercial discrete event simulation tool, $QUEST^{TM}$, is used for virtual PPL and simulation. The modeling results by Petri Net are mapped to elements of the simulation tool. Finally, an integrated simulation environment of PPL is implemented in order to efficiently utilize the virtual PPL model. With the help of IDEF0 and Petri Nets, we could systematically analyze and describe the PPL process that are characterized as being concurrent, asynchronous, distributed, parallel, nondeterministic, and/or stochastic. Also, the dynamic and concurrent activities of a PPL system were able to be simulated. A timing concept can be included into the Petri nets model to evaluate performance and dependability issues of the system.
