Also the ANOVA showed a significant interaction effect between service experience and brand reputation, which represents that people more intend to make WOM for high-reputed(low-reputed) brand than low-reputed(high-reputed) brand when they encounter negative(positive) services.

In order to compare the sizes of infants;brands, the apparel size #70 and #80, #90 were surveyed, while upper body lengths, bust circumferences and waists, hip circumferences, shoulder length, sleeve length, neck circumferences of infants' underwears were examined. As a result, it was found that upper body lengths, chest circumferences and lower body lengths of infants' underwears differed more or by $2.0{\sim}3.0cm$ among brands than other sizes. In case of underwear size #70, the average upper body length was 32.8cm; the upper body size of "c" brand was longest or 33.5cm, while that of "e" brand was shortest or 32.0cm. Advancements in technology and the proliferation of digital services have highlighted the importance of luxury brands in service environments. Based on the social exchange theory, this study investigated the interaction between customers and luxury brands in a traditional offline service encounter and a digital online service encounter. The interaction area was classified into three parts: human-human, human-digital, and human-physical environments. We qualitatively investigated the practitioners' working experiences with luxury brands. The study determined that both online and offline service encounter interactions between luxury brands and customers have become diverse. First, forming a special relationship with customers and frontline employees in traditional service encounters is important. Second, luxury brands should focus on the interaction among customers. Third, various digital tools should be considered to provide information about the brand to customers. Fourth, the exclusive benefits of offline service encounters should be maximized to stimulate positive experiences. The findings provide valuable insight to scholars and marketers on the new interaction phase between customers and luxury brands in the digital age.

The fashion industry has been placing great importance on establishing and communicating brand identity in response to the rapidly changing landscape of consumer preference and media development. This study aimed to explore effective communication methodologies for building a strong brand identity for domestic designer fashion brands. To achieve this, trends in the domestic fashion industry were categorized, and key words were derived to develop three new communication methodologies through an analysis of 10 domestic brand cases. This study confirmed that a strategy that focuses on forming emotional relationships with consumers is essential for establishing brand identity. To this end, the proposed communication methodologies include the following: First, delivering sustainable messages through emotional storytelling, which is a key approach for building emotional bonds with consumers. Second, expanding the brand experience to elicit positive responses from consumers by immersing them in special situations to experience brand identity. Third, brands can enhance consumer brand loyalty by fostering continuous relationships with consumers and cultivating brand culture through omnichannel strategies that encompass both offline and online channels. Consequently, this study presents practical strategies for various fashion brands along with theoretical contributions to domestic fashion brand startups and brand identity construction. With these strategies, it is anticipated that brands will establish clear and specific content and build a stronger brand identity by engaging in diverse communication methods that offer consumers sustainable values and brand experiences.
