The effect of Internal Marketing on Job Commitment of Workers in the Beauty Franchise Industry (뷰티 프렌차이즈 산업에서 내부마케팅이 종사자들의 직무몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The beauty industry continued to develop despite the difficult social environment, and in the process, small-scale beauty businesses grew rapidly into large-scale beauty franchises. Therefore, this study was conducted because it was considered that various internal marketing is necessary for workers in the beauty industry. In order to find out what kind of internal marketing has a great effect on job immersion for workers, from February 1, 2021 to March 2021 By the 31st, 220copies out of 250 questionnaires were collected and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed with spss 22.0. Satisfying internal marketing was a reward system and it was found that it had the greatest influence on job commitment. Therefore, it is considered that the actual internal marketing that workers want should be planned.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between job stress, job autonomy, employee support evaluation, and the turnover intentions of workers in the beauty and cosmetics industry. This study assessed 570 workers with 3 months or more of experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Data processing was achieved through analyses of frequency, descriptive statistics, exploratory factors, reliability, correlation, and confirmatory factors, as well as the verification of the structural equation model. The results of the study are as follows: first, employee support evaluation in the beauty and cosmetics industry workers was negatively correlated to job stress. Second, employee support evaluation showed a negative relationship with turnover intentions. Third, job stress was found to have a positive relationship with turnover intention.This study suggests that, in order to reduce the turnover intentions of beauty and cosmetics industry workers, it is necessary for employers to make efforts to manage employees' job autonomy, support evaluation, and stress levels.

  • The study analyzes the relationship between job stress, organizational trust, and the job change intentions of beauty industry workers. Three-hundred sixty-nine workers in the beauty industry with longer than three months of working experience were chosen as this study. The study used to perform frequency analysis, exploratory factor and reliability, correlation, confirmation, and structural equation model verification. The following results are as follows. First, job stress had a positive influence. Second, stress related to fairness had a negative effect on organizational trust. Third, organizational trust had a negative effects. In conclusion, organizational trust and stress related to fairness are the important variables. Furthermore, this study suggests that each organization needs to make an effort to increase organizational trust and to relieve stress related to fairness in order to reduce the job change intentions.

The purpose of this study is to find out the strategic implications for attracting male beauty workers to male beauty practitioners through the influence of the service quality of male sales workers of cosmetics road shop among the growing beauty industry and increasing male beauty practitioners. I want to provide you with basic data. As a result, the service quality of male sales personnel of cosmetics road shop had a positive effect on the purchasing intention. As a result, male sales workers of cosmetics road shop seemed to have a well - It is necessary to provide continuous product education and education to provide prompt and accurate service.

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically research the effect of jaycustomers behavior perception on emotional dissonance, job enthusiasm, and management performance. The sample was 327 beauty workers. The research methods were conducted by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis. First, the study shows it was confirmed that the perception of jaycustomers behavior causes emotional dissonance and loss of job enthusiasm for beauty professionals. Second, it was confirmed that the perception of the behavior of jaycustomers had a statistically significant effect on emotional dissonance. Third, the perception of the behavior of jaycustomers had a statistically significant effect on management performance. Fourth, emotional dissonance had a statistically significant effect on job enthusiasm. Fifth, it was confirmed that management performance had a statistically significant effect on job enthusiasm. Therefore, it is believed the perception of jaycustomers behavior negatively affects beauty professionals.

The Structural Relationships between Job-Engagement, Self-Esteem, Positive Thinking on Image-Making Efficacy of Beauty Professionals (뷰티 종사자의 이미지메이킹 효능감에 의한 긍정적 사고, 자아존중감 및 직무몰입의 구조적 관계)

  • The image of beauty professionals who have wide contact with consumers is an important factor that can increase satisfaction and loyalty in consumers by exerting a positive influence on them. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of, and relationships among, self-esteem, positive thinking, and job commitment on image-making efficacy in beauty professionals. The method and scope of this study were carried out by theoretical research related to image-making efficacy, positive thinking, self-esteem, job engagement, and survey research with beauty professionals located in Seoul and the Gyeonggi-do area. We used SPSS v. 23.0 and Amos v. 23.0 to analyze demographic characteristics, the coefficient of internal consistency of the survey items, descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and the Sobel Test. The results of the study show that the image-making efficacy of beauty professionals had a positive (+) effect on self-esteem, positive thinking, and job commitment. Second, self-esteem in beauty professionals was found to exert a positive effect (+) on their positive thinking and job commitment. Third, positive thinking by beauty professionals contributed to a positive effect (+) on job commitment. Fourth, the study found that self-esteem and positive thinking mediated the relationship between beauty professionals' image-making efficacy and job commitment.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of beauty workers' fun factors on job enthusiasm and self-efficacy. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 324 beauty workers in Seoul and Gyeonggi region were selected as the study subjects. The data processing to identify the purpose of the study was to analyze the frequency of the demographic variables of the study subject, verify the reliability of each factor, and analyze the factors, and the correlation analysis between the fun factor, job enthusiasm and self-efficacy was used. Multi-regression was conducted to find out the effect of the variables, and the following research results were derived through such a research procedure. First, the fun factor of beauty workers was crazy about job enthusiasm. Second, the fun factor of beauty workers influenced self-efficacy, and third, job enthusiasm had an effect on self-efficacy.

The Effects of Self-Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Turnover Intention in Beauty Salon Employees (뷰티살롱 종사자의 셀프 리더십이 조직시민행동과 이직의사에 미치는 영향)

  • This study attempted to investigate the effects of self-leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention among beauty salon employees and analyze the moderating effects of job satisfaction. For this purpose, data were collected for 330 people working in beauty salons and analyzed using SPSS v. 21.0. According to multiple regression analysis, self-leadership revealed a statistically significant positive effect on the OCB and urnover intention Therefore, it was shown that self-leadership is a critical factor. To determine if self-leadership having an influence on the OCB and turnover intention is moderated by job satisfaction, variables were applied to the following models, and hierarchical regression was performed: self-leadershipto model I, job satisfaction to model II, self-leadership and job satisfaction to model III. The results found a statistically significant positive influence in all three models. Therefore, this shows that job satisfaction has a moderating effect on self-leadership, OCB and turnover intention. Self-development education as well as technical training should be strengthened to enhance self-leadership, which leads beauty salon employees' thoughts and behavior in the right direction.
