정부는 그동안 건설업계에 부담으로 작용해 오던 규제인 '주기적 신고제도'를 폐지하고, 건설업 분야의 공정한 거래 질서 확립을 위해 공공 발주기관의 경우 하도급대금 및 건설기계 대여대금 지급보증서의 발급 여부 확인을 의무화 했으며, 추정 및 발주자 등의 불이익 행위 금지 제도를 도입했다. 한편 지난해 8월 11일 개정된 법률의 후속조치로 추가 변경공사 시 원도급자 서면요구 방법 결정 및 하자담보책임기간 설정 방법 결정 등의 시행령을 개정했으며, 시공능력평가 시 신인도평가액 산정방법 조정에 대한 시행규칙을 개정했다.

온라인 게임 시장에는 현금거래가 꾸준히 이루어지고 있다. 현금거래는 게임 회사에게 불이익을 주는 존재이며, 일부 유저들에게도 피해를 주고 있기 때문에 많은 게임 회사에서 현금 거래를 방지하기 위해 노력을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유저들 사이에 일어나는 현금거래에 대해 분석하고 이를 토대로 현금거래를 방지하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

World aviation market has been expanded every year caused by improvement of economic level quality of individual life, increase of the development of tourist industry. Aviation companies have compete to develpe the service program for the maintaining of sustainable choice by customer and develop the market share. This study aims to suggest customer service strategy which is based on the relations between satisfaction by providing a differentiated service quality. This paper is focusing on the investigation with the mediating role of commitments on customer satisfaction in Aviation company. For this purpose, we do literature reviews, develop research model and conduct an empirical research. The literature review covers theoretical discussion on customer satisfaction and core variables for hypothesis setting. This analysis shows the airline service factors have a positive effect on the customers' satisfaction and re-choice intention. And it is necessary to improve airlines' systematic management and strategic development on airline service factors for better airlines' customer service.

The purpose of the study is to identify the barriers to using mobile health applications based on the Diffusion of Innovations Theory. The study employed a purposive sampling to recruit college students who were non-adopters or rejecters. The study participants were a total of 44 students, who consist of 32 males and 12 females, and paper-based interviews were conducted. The findings of the study indicated that attributes such as relative advantages, complexity, trialability and observability were not considerable factors of impeding the adoption or continuous use of health applications, whereas relative disadvantages and compatibility were. The study suggests that health application developers and service providers minimize relative disadvantages and enhance compatibility of the innovation with consumers' life styles, rather than try to improve relative advantages and complexity, to more effectively encourage non-adopters to try and maintain using the innovation.

Korea enacted the Protection of Public Interest Reporters Act in March 2011 to protect whistleblowers from acts of infringement of public interest in the private sector. Most acts of infringement of the public interest are carried out secretly within the organization, which is known to the outside world by reports from members of the organization who are well aware of the problems within the organization. However, whistleblowers are at a disadvantage due to reporting and are reluctant to report. In addition, measures are needed to strengthen institutional mechanisms such as confidentiality, protection of personal information, responsibility, and prohibition of disadvantageous measures to effectively protect reporters due to lack of practical protective measures. Therefore, practical protection measures for whistleblowers are needed in line with the purpose of protecting whistleblowers, and measures to expand the corresponding compensation system will also be needed. Therefore, in this study, we would like to review the main contents of the current system for protecting whistleblowers in Korea and suggest reasonable improvement measures for protecting whistleblowers.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the structural relationships of work-family culture, work-family balance and organizational commitment among Korean hotel employees. In order to achieve the study goal, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and covariance structure analysis were undertaken using SPSS(18.0) and AMOS(18.0). The results showed that 'managerial support' had a significantly positive effect on work-family balance, and 'fewer negative career consequences' had a significantly positive effect on affective organizational commitment. In addition, work-family balance had a significantly positive effect on affective organizational commitment, Hence, in order to enhance employees' affective organizational commitment, the atmosphere in which employees can take advantage of family-friendly policies without any worry about the future disadvantages should be built. Also, management has to consider employees' work-family balance to be important and needs to develop various policies to keep employees' work and family stability.

In the knowledge and information society, there is an increasing importance of information, being unable to access this information becomes a huge disadvantage. Blind and visually impaired users who are using assistant equipment such as screen readers are the very class that is having trouble accessing the web content that public libraries provide. In this research 10% of each region's libraries were picked as a research sample. Most of the web content that the public libraries provided did not meet the Internet web content accessibility guidelines as a Korean standard. Also evaluation into web accessibility by the visually impaired was also low. This research suggests some solutions for libraries to reduce the disadvantages that are put upon visually impaired people from various views such as perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

The purpose of this study was to compare the elements of anti-discrimination laws on disability in major OECD countries. This study used the analysis framework for the elements of the anti-discrimination law on disability presented in the national report of Chopin et al.,(2018). In addition, It was analyzed including the Anti-Discrimination Act on Disability, the General Anti-Discrimination Act including Disability, the Equality Act in the UK, and the Human Rights Act in Canada. The research results were as follows. In Austria, Belgium, France and Sweden, it were found that the countrys satisfied all of the provisions of the Act on 'Direct discrimination', 'Indirect discrimination', 'Harassment', 'Legal standing to act on behalf of victims', 'Legal standing to act in support of victims' and 'Prohibition of victimisation'. In particular, in Korea, 'Legal standing to act on behalf of victims' and 'Legal standing to act in support of victims' were not included. However, it was a country that satisfied the provisions of the Act on 'Direct discrimination', 'Indirect discrimination', 'Harassment' and 'Prohibition of victimisation'. Finally, this study suggested legal and institutional supplementation.

최근에 매립에 의한 도시 쓰레기 처리방법이 한계에 도달해감에 따라 이를 좀더 감량화하고 안 정적으로 처리할 수 있는 소각처리기술의 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있다. 정부에서도 2001년까지 국내 생활쓰레기의 25%를 소각 처리하는 것을 목표로 투자 계획을 세워놓고 있으며 이를 달 성하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 소각기술 및 소각 플랜트 기술의 자립이 급선무이다. 현재 우리나 라의 소각로 기술은 초보적인 단계에 머물러 있으며, 그 동안 대부분의 소각로를 외국 기업으 로부터의 기술 도입을 통하여 건설하여 왔다. 이와 같은 방법은 기술적으로나 경제적으로 많은 불이익이 있으며 특히 소각로 설계 기술의 자립과 국산화라는 근본적인 목표 달성이 지연되는 문제가 있다. 이러한 기술상의 한계성을 극복하기 위해서는 무었보다도 선진 원본기술에 대한 심도있는 분석 연구와 정부 및 산.학.연간의 협조에 의한 연구 개발노력과 투자가 지속되어야 한다. 또한 소각로의 안전성과 신뢰성향상을 위한 꾸준한 기술개발이 이루어져야 하며 지역 주 민들에 대한 적극적인 홍보를 통하여 현재 문제가 되고 있는 소각로 기피현상을 조속히 타개해야 할 것이다.

최근의 인터넷의 폭발적인 인기로 인해 인터넷 객체의 캐슁 기법이 매우 중요한 문제가 되 었다. 인터넷에서의 캐슁은 전통적인 캐슁 기법과 여러 면에서 다르다. 특히 일반적인 캐슁 알고리즘은 인터넷에 적합하지 못한데, 이는 크기가 서로 다른 객체들을 함께 처리함으로써 발생하는 작은 객체들의 불이익에서 기인한다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 캐슁을 위해 설계된 기존의 기법들을 살펴보고 우리의 새로운 알고리즘을 제안한다. 그리고, 여러 가변 길이 대 체 알고리즘에 대한 모의 실험의 결과를 제시하고, 객체들을 크기에 따라 구분하여 처리함 으로써 바이트 적중률을 향상시키는 방안을 도출한다.
