Since the government-owned land is the national property, the country is responsible for the management. Although one can see the recent activities of government to efficiently manage and maintain the government-owned land, its characteristics are not well reflected on the current managing methods. Obviously, efficient and prefer methods for the field survey is necessary for efficient management. In this study, the current management methods focused on the site srvey are analyzed and problems are deduced. Basically the current methods depending on the graphic information and cadastral survey results are compared with real illegal occupancy case. The investigation clearly shows the necessity of the cadastral survey and proved the current method is not sufficient to detect illegal occupancy on government-owned land. It is expected that this study contributes on establishing an efficient management methods for the government-owned land.

인터넷 사용의 발달로 디지털 미디어 영상에 대한 불법 복제, 불법 배포 등의 문제가 완연해짐에 따라 영상의 제작자의 소유권과 저작권을 보호할 수 있는 워터마크 기법이 많이 연구되고 있다. 워터마크 시스템은 워터마크 삽입 후, 삽입정보를 알 수 없어야하는 비가시성 특성과 여러 공격에도 훼손되지 않고 추출될 수 있는 강인함을 가지고 있어야 한다. 이에 본 논문은 이산 웨이블릿 변환(DWT)으로 생성되는 부대역의 점유 주파수대역 특성과 공격이 이 부대역들에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이를 사용하여 디지털 워터마킹을 수행하였을 때 추출률을 최고로 하기 위해서는 변환된 부대역이 특정 범위내의 해상도를 가져야 한다는 것을 보인다. 본 연구는 실험적 방법으로 모든 부분연구는 실험에 의해서 결정된다.

The current distribution structure in Korea film industry is in the multiplex chain. As a result, most small or medium-sized theaters have been excluded from the market, and all the multiplex chain have gradually been formed into the vertical integration structure. The strike by multiplex theaters in Chuncheon who did not screen for one month led to the problem of the vertical integration, which resulted in many effects. Particularly, it caused considerable effect on the cultural desire and instigated movie-goers to turn to illegal content. This study surveys the process in which Korean multiplex theaters in vertical integration structure took over the Korean film market, and consequently, small theaters collapsed, and the theaters in vertical integration structure kick out small theaters in horizontal integration structure, and conducts a survey on the effect of the one-month strike by Chuncheon CGV from September 27 to October 30, 2008 in Chuncheon where said processes had completed so as to determine the effect of and impact of the problem of the vertical integration, monopoly structure. When major consumers of the film industry, i.e., people in their 20s, see their access to newly released films limited due to closing of multiplex theaters, they feel the impulse to access illegal contents. If they miss viewing the newly released films, they prefer to view illegal contents or films on recording media rather than visiting theaters showing those films. They are also influenced by timing of film release. Specifically, methods of illegal access to newly released films, permanent accessibility to them via recording media, and timing of film release influence their viewing patterns.

This study aims to provide guidelines for the selection of on-street parking spot on local streets considering conditions of surrounding area and characteristics of traffic generation. This guideline provides the method which determine required roadway width for planning and design of local streets. It is necessary to identify factors for the location selection analysis. This research team selects 12 case study areas to investigate traffic environment on the sites for this analysis. Most of factors which influence on-street parking are found to have a qualitative data format except traffic volume and pedestrian movement data. Quantification theory II which is known to be suitable for qualitative analysis has been applied to identify the meaningful variables for dependent variable. In addition, discriminant analysis has performed to verify the correlation for each variable with hit ratio. Road width, traffic volume, street traders and their heavy packages, and illegally parked vehicle are found to be most significant factors for selection of on-street parking location. Therefore, it is necessary to consider traffic volume generated from massive residential complex and traffic volume for outside and above-mentioned factors for installation of on-street parking facility in the case of new road construction or road width widen.

P2P(Peer To Peer) system, a most attractive file sharing system, is the largest channel of contents distribution and it takes 50% of network traffic. But P2P systems are infamous for used to illegal contents distribution channel not only in music industry, but also in movie industry. But, DRM(Digital Right Management) enabled P2P models are not suggested until now that interrupting illegal contents distribution and keeping advantage of P2P. So in this paper, we suggest a DRM enabled P2P model that can support distributed processing ability and high scalability with no modification in exist P2P model or architecture.

With rapid development of communication industry, the kinds of communication service vary. According to the increasing use of radio waves, the intelligent and effective radio monitoring system needs to be developed, which is replaced for previous radio monitoring system. Next-generation intelligent radio monitoring system based on ITU-R, Rule of wireless facilities, and Radio Waves Act is used, and which can accurately and effectively function as effective radio monitoring system through spectrum analysis of channel power, frequency deviation, offset, and an occupied frequency bandwidth(99% or x-dB), about the analog and digital signal in On-Air of V/UHF bandwidth. Main function of the system has an radio quality measurement, unwanted electromagnetic signals (spurious, harmonic) measurement, high-speed spectrum measurement, frequency usage efficiency investigation, illegal radio exploration, working monitoring, In this paper, we proposes radio quality measurement, high-speed spectrum measurement of next-generation intelligent radio monitoring system.

Nationals Assembly have experiencing unbalance between capacities and demand of parking facilities because of increasing parking demand, free parking policy, long term parking and passenger car use of workers, usage of neighborhood office workers and visitors. The lack of parking facilities cause illegal parking on the street inside and outside of National Assembly which result in the disorder of parking culture. To solve these parking problems, this study suggest parking management system to enter the National Assembly for the short term and charging parking fee, operation by private company, constructing parking building by abrogation of upper limit and construction of ground park, and so on. The study, also, suggested to strengthen weekday or 10 day shift system, to increase shuttle bus and commuting bus, to activation of Han River waterside parking area, public transportation with those new parking management system. For the conclusion, the parking problems of National Assembly should be focused more on parking management than the parking facilities supply.

One of the traffic problems has been caused by the illegal parking because of the lack of parking space. Especially, the illegal occupancy of the road near an intersection makes an serious reduction of road capacity. The current illegal parking and stop-prohibited areas have been designated for less than 5 meters from the edge or the corner of the 4-leg intersection. However, in reality, the cars parked at the place over 5 meters have had a significant impact on the intersection traffic. In addition, many variables such as intersection type, size, and service levels should be considered as factors which influence on the traffic condition at the intersection. It was assumed that through and right-turn traffic rate have a significant impact on the 4-leg intersection with the illegal parking or stop near it. This study tried to verify the impact through the simulation implementation with MOE and LOS. It shows a guideline to designate the parking or stop-prohibited area near the 4-leg intersection under various traffic conditions.

Since the Promotion Committee was established on March 25, 2021, urging the enactment of the Detective Business Act, many opinions and attention from all walks of life have been gathered. The Detective Business system, which is also one of the presidential pledges of the current 19th President Moon Jae In, is expected to be significant in that it can promote the development of a welfare state as well as efficient parts such as meeting the demand for security reinforcement services, improving the judicial system, and enhancing internationalization. In accordance with the consensus of the nine judges of the Constitutional Court that the lower part of Article 40 of the "Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information" which prohibits the use of similar names such as investigating the general life of certain people does not violate the Constitution, detective work became possible regardless of the general life investigation. In particular, the detective job officially appeared on August 5, 2020, and it will be able to provide effective work services to the public by competing with prosecutors, police, and lawyers who have occupied exclusive positions in the field of a criminal investigations. However, although the role of detectives is gradually expanding and society is rapidly changing, illegal activities are prevalent throughout society, and more than 1,600 companies are currently operating suspiciously using the only name of "detectives", but the police are virtually letting go of the situation saying that they are "unauthorized.", and the damage is only going to the people, so at this point, the most worrisome thing is the absence of the law. Meanwhile, amid concerns over institutions overseeing illegal activities caused by the emergence of the detective industry, private security and detectives are similar to each other as in the United States, and it is expected to be able to gain public trust by entrusting the police in charge of managing and supervising private security companies. Therefore, at this time when most OECD countries except Korea legislate the Detective Business Act, prematurely allowing only the detective industry without enacting industry-related laws and systems can further fuel social confusion and hinder the detective industry along with the new fourth industry.
