A Study on Eating Behavior of Students in Adolescents (청소년기 학생들의 섭식태도에 관한 조사)

  • To evaluate the relationship between eating behavior and neurotic trait in middle school students, the authors applied eating scale, Middlesex Hospital Questionaire and Zung's self-reting depression scale to 419 middle school students(male : 187, female : 232) in Taegu city in 1993. The results were as follows : There was no significant relationship between weight devided groups. Female middle school students showed significant high scores(p<0.05) in all scales compared to male middle school students. The correlation between eating scale and the other two scales showed significant correlationship(p<0.05). Among psychosocial factors, the items related to dissatisfaction to present and future self image(each p<0.05, p<0.05), dissatisfaction to present environmental status(p<0.05) and dissatisfaction to future attitude showed significant high score in both sex. The item related to dissatisfaction to present interpersonal relationship (p<0.05) showed significant high score in male middle school students. The items related to eat consumption rate of 61-90%(p<0.05), unsatisfied to relationship with family(p<0.05), unsatisfied to childhood family atmosphere(p<0.05), unsatisfied to past self image(p<0.05) and unsatisfied to present relationship between parent(p<0.05) showed significant high score.

A Study on the Stress of Clinical Practice, Stress Coping and Somatization for Dental Hygiene Students (치위생과 학생들의 임상실습스트레스와 스트레스대처방식 및 신체화경향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among the stress on clinical practice, stress coping method and the somatization symptom of dental hygiene students and propose strategies for effective instruction of clinical practice. The survey was performed by self-reported questionnaires for 268 dental hygiene students who have recently experienced clinical practice. Collected data were analyzed using by t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient with the SPSS Win 12.0 program. Its results are as follows. 1. In the satisfaction of clinical practice, 'Satisfaction', 'Average' and 'Unsatisfactory' were 32.5%, 42.2% and 25.4%, respectively. The reason for dissatisfaction of clinical practice were 'insufficient education of college'(29.8%), 'environment of clinical practice institute'(23,4%), 'interpersonal relationship'(21.3%) in order. 2. Somatization symptoms was positive correlation(0.307, p < 0.01) associated with stress of clinical practice. Also it was negative correlation associated with satisfaction level of the subjects and stress of clinical practice. Correlation coefficient of the interpersonal relation factor was found the most significantly high as much as 0.331, according to the analysis carried out between subordinate factors of clinical practice stress and somatization. 3. According to stress coping method. Subjects were distributed into two group of active method and passive method. Thereafter as a result of verifying the difference of somatization symptoms, there was statistically significant difference between active method group and passive method group. Based on the study results, we suggests that effective management program of clinical practice should be developed and applied to the dental hygiene students to make them cope with stress and somatic symptom during their clinical practice.

The Background of Tarski's Definition of Logical Consequence (타르스키의 논리적 귀결 정의의 역사적 배경)

  • We still do not know against what histocial/philosophical background and motivation was Tarski's definition of logical consequence introduced, even if it has had such a strong influence. In view of the centrality of the notion of logical consequence in logic and philosophy of logic, it is rather shocking. There must be various intertwined reasons to blame for this uncomfortable situation. There has been remarkable progress achieved recently on the history of analytic philosophy and modern logic. In view of the recent developments of the controversies involved, however, we will have to wait years to resolve all this uneasiness. In this gloomy situation, Douglas Patterson's recent study of Tarski's philosophy of language and logic seems to have the potential to turn out to be a ground breaking achievement. [Patterson (2012)] This article aims at reporting the state-of-the-art in this problem area, and fathoming the future directions of research by examining critically some unclear components of Patterson's study.

  • It's hard to express a lot of information within the drawings and the specifications as construction projects have gradually become large-size and complex. So, disputes are caused by that and reason that the usual practice(culture) of contract of the constructions in Korea is based on unfair rather than the fair principle between clients and contractors. However, the contractors don't try to solve this kind of things because they are worried about at their disadvantage situation. Therefore, this paper deduced the factors in the pre-dispute phase by analysing the cases of the civic counseling in the office of supply and the pre-dispute factors, and conduct analysis on the factors' importance by using AHP. The results will be used for a check-list to prevent the disputes.

고객만족의 핵심 성공요인 도출에 관한 연구;말콤 볼드리지 국가 품질상 수상 기업 사례를 중심으로;

  • 본 연구의 목적은 경영학 분야에서 끊임없이 화두로 제시되고 있는 고객만족에 대한 핵심 성공요인을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 말콤 볼드리지 국가 품질상 수상 기업에 대한 사례 연구를 수행하여 고객만족을 위한 5개의 요인을 도출하였으며, 도출된 각각이 요인과 관계가 깊은 국내 기업을 선정하여 설문을 통해 도출된 요인과 고객만족과의 상관관계에 대해 검토하였다. 분석방법은 가설 검증에 앞서 측정 변수들에 대한 신뢰성 분석(Regression Analysis)을 수행하였고, 가설 검증을 위해 상관 분석(Correlation Analysis)을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실증 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 고객 중심 사고와 고객만족은 높은 양의 상관관계를 가진다. 두 번째, 고객 및 시장 세분화와 고객만족은 높은 양의 상관관계를 갖는다. 세 번째, 종업원의 만족과 고객만족은 높은 양의 상관관계를 갖는다. 네 번째, 고객 접점 강화와 고객만족은 매우 높은 양의 상관관계를 갖는다. 다섯 번째, 고객 불만 해결과 고객만족은 높은 양의 상관관계를 갖는다. 본 연구의 이론적 공헌 및 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 말콤 볼드리지 국가 품질상의 심사기준에 근거하여 고객만족에 대한 연구를 국내 최초로 수행하여, 고객만족을 '경영품질'이라는 전체적 구조 속에서 바라볼 수 있는 기틀을 제시하였다. 두 번째, 말콤 볼드리지 국가 품질상 수상 기업에 대한 사례 연구를 통해 도출된 공통점과 관련이 깊은 국내 기업의 사례 연구 및 설문 조사를 진행함으로써, 국내 기업으로 하여금 현재 자사의 고객만족을 위한 전략의 수준을 확인하고, 개선의 기회를 발견하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 계기를 마련하는 등 고객만족의 향상을 위한 새로운 방향을 제시하였다. 세 번째, 고객만족 전략을 수립하는데 있어 과학적이고, 체계적이며, 기업의 전체적인 구조와 조화를 이룰 수 있는 전략을 수립하는데 어려움을 겪었던 기업들에게 본 연구는 유용한 정보의 제공 및 활용을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • Korea's labor productivity in construction sites is dependent on experience and act in accordance with the human element of the construction workers. In order to increase the work productivity of the construction site that requires a strategic management to potentially hindrance factors of labor productivity. However, without considering the potential problems, management of labor productivity in prior studies is focused only on the immediate problems. The purpose of this study is to compare the site-specific analysis of labor productivity impediments using easy IPA to identify potential causes. As a result of the analysis was to identify the realistic problems of job insecurity and poor working conditions as well as economic problems. It is expected that it is possible to provide the basic data to strategy suggestions for long-term labor productivity improvement of the construction site.

  • Intermittent pneumatic compression is frequently used for prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis, however there is a lot of complains by frequent adverse event. In this paper, we analyzed the cause of adverse event and we tried to improve for the cause of machine, nurses, patients, system by diverse strategy. And we could improve the index of each cause, the rate of error was decreased finally. The proactive activity of quality improvement for medical device can contribute to decrease the error, that will improve the quality of medical service and achieve the safe medial culture.

The Study of Structural Relationship among the Customers' Service Recovery of Complaint and After Behavioral Intention in the Service Industry (서비스 산업에서 고객 서비스 불평 회복과 사후행동의 구조적 관계 연구)

  • This study is directed to examine the most useful restoration strategies for turning the customers' dissatisfaction caused by unsuccessful spa service to the satisfaction through each fair factors and tries to suggest the practical schemes to cope with complaints and dissatisfaction of spa service customers by establishing the system dealing with customers' complaints. And this verifies the relationship between the alternative attraction and the intention of conversion as the action after the restoration from the unsuccessful services. Moreover, it analyzes the mediation effect that a formation of reliance through the restoration of unsuccessful services has. To achieve the purpose of this study, the subject got decided as women who are customers of private spa facilities situated in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do region for the purpose of skin care in 1 year recently. After understanding their experiences of complaining about the services, this study investigates the alternative attraction and the intention of conversion as the next action and the perception of fairness and trust in the efforts of Spa service business for recovery. As the result of verifying hypothesis, it is shown that the recovery satisfaction increases when the 3 points of the distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice, which are the fairness factors of the effort to restore services according to the quality of service, are more positive. In the relation among recovery satisfaction, trust, the alternative attraction, and the intention of conversion, the result was that recovery satisfaction affects trust in positive way and alternative attraction in negative way. However, the positive and meaningful result came out in contrast with the hypothesis which predicted the negative effect of recovery satisfaction on the intention of conversion. Furthermore, it means that indirect effectiveness which carries trust and alternative attraction should be considered instead of the direct effectiveness that the recovery satisfaction affects on the intention of conversion. In this study, it can be interpreted that the combined increase of the trust and the alternative attraction makes the intention of conversion higher rather than the higher intention of conversion following the decrease of the recovery satisfaction in view of the result that the indirect effectiveness is high between the recovery effort and the intention of conversion. In the relation among the intention of conversion, trust, and alternative attraction, the intention of conversion got influenced in positive way and negative way by trust and alternative attraction respectively and trust influenced the alternative attraction negatively as well. It means the high quality of services or the recovery of services has a direct causation which carries conviction to the customers' intention of action.

  • 경사의 사선방향으로 절단하여 봉제된 바이어 컷 직물로 제조된 의류는 일반 의류와 달리 우아한 외관을 타나낸다. 이 직물의 단점은 형태안정성이 나빠서 완전제품의 형태가 패턴의 형의 형태와 다른 모양을 나타내는 경우가 많으며, 특히 밑단 부분이 불균일하게 쳐지므로, 가지런히 절단하는 트리밍공정을 부가적으로 거치게 된다. 현재의 봉제 공정에서는 트리밍 단계를 모두 숙련공들의 수작업에 의존한 평면 커팅 방법으로 수행하기 때문에 작업자의 피로도에 따라 불량품이 양산되고 그에 따른 소비자들의 불만 요인도 높아지므로, 본 연구에서는 치수 조절 마네킹을 제조하여 실제 의복 착용 상태를 그대로 재현 한 후, 회전시키면서 스스로 회전하는 자동 커터에 의해서 공간상에서 트리밍 하는 3-D 입체 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템에 의하여 제조된 의류는 트리밍 라인이 균일하고 매끄러우며, 안감이 밖으로 밀려나오는 경우가 없어 외관상 품위가 있는 외관을 나타내었다. 또한 수작업에 비하여 제조 속도가 훨씬 빠르므로 봉제 후공정에서의 의류 제조 시간을 획기적으로 단축하는 신속 생산 시스템의 요소로서 충분히 사용될 수 있는 가능성을 나타낸다.

  • 최근 도서관에서는 실업률 증가와 지역사회 정신보건 문제 등 총체적인 사회적 현상과 맞물려서 도서관 서비스에 불만을 품거나 이상행동을 하는 이용자들이 도서관으로 유입되면서 많은 문제행동을 일으키고 있다. 일부 이용자의 문제행동은 다른 이용자의 이용만족에 있어서 가장 중요한 역할을 하는 도서관직원에게 부정적 영향을 미치고, 이는 결국 서비스의 불만족과 이로 인한 도서관 조직에 악영향을 끼치며 전반적인 도서관 서비스의 질적 저하를 유발하는 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구는 도서관서비스에 대한 이용자 만족도를 제고하고, 친절하고 품위 있는 공공서비스 문화의 선진화를 촉진하기 위여 국가 및 공공도서관 직원을 대상으로 도서관 응대서비스 문제점 및 문제이용자 현황과 응대서비스 매뉴얼 개발에 관련된 요구사항을 분석하여 일반이용자 및 문제이용자 응대서비스 매뉴얼을 개발하였다.
