  • These day in the Quality Assurance System, it required that computer system is able to utilize SQC and ISO 9000 series, just then. However. because SQC is necessary to special branch of statistical experience, it is very hard to use and have a bound in that apply to practical business. Therefor in this paper, we proposed the software system which is control, at the same time, SQC and ISO 9000 series, in addition to avail without statistical knowledge. For the shake of this point, the substance of this study is largely separated dual part that ISO 9000 system for which is limited to use design of basic system, test, experiment, tracking incongruent part, analysis condemned goofs, and SQC system for which is to limited to use control chart, estimate, statistical testing, design of experiment(DOE) which used to commonly in Quality Control System. Expected efficiency of this paper is to set Qualify Management System, transfer qualify consciousness, satisfy the customer, increase reliability, in particular, it is expected that it is very useful to minor enterprises of manufacturing-centered.

These results identified that dining out culture and dietary lifestyle are closely linked. Second, as the result of difference in dining out consumption attitudes on eating habit of silver generation, consumers who have better eating behaviors tended to consider the physical environment, variety of menu, and service quality when they choose a restaurant. Third, as the result of analysis on changes in dining out consumption behavior based on eating behavior of silver consumers, groups differences were found from only the source for information on dining out business and standard variable in selection of dining out business. Fourth, physical environment, variety of menu, business quality, and service were indicated as significant selection attributes of dining out among silver peoples. Fifth, dining out consumption behaviors of silver consumers were developed through newspapers, magazines, and previous visiting experiences. In conclusion, the results of present study showed that silver consumers tend to select a restaurant based on word-of-mouth and various factors related to experiences. Hence, various promotional activities are necessary for the business succession.

  • This study was conducted to investigate the influence of laminaran from Eisenia bicyclis on serum lipid composition of rats fed high fat and cholesterol diets. Fourty male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing $70{\pm}2.5g$ of 4 weeks old were fed experimental diets for 6 weeks with high fat diet consisting of basal diet plus cholesterol (1%) and lard (10%) for the inducement of hyperlipidemia. The effect of laminaran supplements via drinking waters on serum lipid composition of rat were investigated for 5 weeks by administration of experimental diet group fed basal diet only as normal group, control group fed high fat diet, LL group fed high fat diet plus 0.25% laminaran containing water, and LH group fed high fat diet plus 0.5% laminaran containing water, respectively. As a results of experiments, it was found that LL and LH groups showed significant (p<0.05) decrease in body weight gain and liver weight as compared with control and it may caused by decreased FER. The weight of cecum and adipose tissue (EFP) of LL group showed a significantly (p<0.05) decreased patterns compared with control. It was also found that LL and LH diet groups affects the intestinal length and transit time of rat as significantly (p<0.05) increased in length of intestine and decreased in transit time. In addition, LL and LH diet groups showed a dramatic decrease in triglyceride, total and LDL-cholesterol, and significant increase in HDL-cholesterol compared with control diet group, by which results in decreased in AI. These results indicate that crude laminaran from Eisenia bicyclis has a strong hyperlipidemic and hypercholesterolemic activities in rat fed high fat and cholesterol diet.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate dietary habits, food intakes, nutrient intakes, and diet quality of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in a health screening and promotion center. Methods: The total number of study subjects was 10,111 adults, where 3087 subjects (30.5%) were diagnosed as NAFLD. The dietary intakes were obtained using a food frequency questionnaire. They were then compared with the dietary reference intakes could be used in the future for development of diet and nutrition guidelines s (KDRIs). Results: Mean age of subjects in the normal group was $52.9{\pm}10.3yrs$ and body mass index (BMI) was $22.4{\pm}2.6kg/m^2$, and those of the NAFLD group were $55.1{\pm}9.2yrs$ and $25.4{\pm}2.9kg/m^2$. BMI, blood pressure of the NAFLD group were significantly higher than those of the normal group. The rates of skipping breakfast, overeating, and eating out were significantly could be used in the future for development of diet and nutrition guidelines er in the NAFLD group (p < 0.05, p < 0.000, p < 0.000 respectively). The speed of eating was fast in the NAFLD group (p < 0.000). The NAFLD group consumed significantly higher amounts of grains, meats, fish, seaweeds, kimchies, sugars, sweets, coffee, teas, and oils compared to the normal group (p < 0.05). Meanwhile, intakes of starch products, fruits, milk, and milk products were significantly lower in the NAFLD group compared with those of the normal group (p < 0.05). Riboflavin, calcium, and dietary fiber nutrient adequacy ratio (NAR) of the NAFLD group were significantly lower than those of the normal group. The Korean's dietary diversity score (KDDS) of the NAFLD group was lower than that of the normal group. Conclusion: In conclusion, we suggest that diet guidelines, such as increasing the intake of calcium and dietary fiber, reducing the intake of energy, fat, and simple carbohydrates, are necessary to improvement of NAFLD. The results could be used in the future for development of diet and nutrition guidelines for NAFLD.
