長期豫測의 問題點

  • 미래를 알고자하는 인간의 욕망은 항상 존재하고 있다. 이러한 욕망을 예전에는 예언가들이 충족시켰으나 지금에는 과학자들에 의하여 많이 행하여지고 있다. 특히 미래의 경제적 현상에 대한 정확한 지식에 관한 욕망은 보다 크다. 사회현상의 예측 가능성에 대한 의견은 일치하고 있지 않다. 예를 들면 유명한 경제학자인 Hayek (1974)는 사회현상은 자연현상과는 달라 그 복잡성 때문에 예측이 불가능하다고 주장한다. 물론 사회적 경제적 현상의 예측은 여러점으로 보아 어려운 것은 사실이나 불가능하다고 볼수는 없으며, 어려우나 예측이 필요하므로 가능한한 정확한 예측을 하도록 노력해야 한다. 본 논고를 통하여 경제현상의 예측방법 특히 장기예측 방법과 그 문제점들을 간단히 다루려 한다. 장기예측은 가장 쉽고도 가장 어려운 예측이다. 10년내지 20년후의 현상에 관한 예측은 그 진위성이 쉽게 판단이 될 수 없으므로 누구나 할 수 있는 예측이다. 반면에 10년후의 현상에 관하여 예측을 한다는 것은 다른 예측보다도 어려운 것이 사실이다.

  • 기존 여행 앱에서는 여행객들이 얻을 수 있는 기능으로 대부분 여행지에 대한 정보를 확인하고 후기를 제공받는 것이었다. 이러한 경우에 자신들이 다녀온 여행지에 관해서는 정보가 삭제될 경우 잊혀질 가능성이 높았다. 본 논문에서는 여행 앱에 데이터의 수정 및 삭제가 불가능한 블록체인 기술을 접목하여 자신들이 다녀온 여행지와 여행에 관한 정보를 소중하게 간직할 수 있도록 제공하고자 한다. 또한 여행객들에게 관리자 추천에 의한 여행 코스를 다녀올 경우 코인을 보상으로 제공하여 성취감을 이루도록 설계하고자 한다.

  • 우리나라는 무역량 증가와 수출입 불균형에 따라 항만자원 낭비 및 불필요한 비용 발생 등의 문제가 야기되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 항만 이해관계자들의 정보 공유를 바탕으로 한 새로운 물류 서비스 개발이 요구되고 있으나, 선사, 화주, 운송사들간에 정보가 단절되어 있어 유기적인 상호 공유가 불가능한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 항만 내 공유가능 한 자원들에 대해 공유수준, 공유효과, 공유 가능성에 대한 설문조사를 통해 시사점을 도출하고, IPA분석을 통해 중요도 및 시급성을 분석하였다.

The review of Cinnamomum camphora SIEB.'s mistake in historical documents (문헌을 통해 본 녹나무[장(樟)]의 오류 고찰)

  • This study is to review the historical documents about Cinnamomum camphora SIEB. in Goryeo and Joseon Dynasty. First of all, we defined it's feature and used case by the most appropriate word 'Jang(樟)' meaning Cinnamomum camphora SIEB. We also discovered some illusions and should suggest a new possibility. First, we analyzed the definition and examples of Cinnamomum camphora SIEB. and come to the conclusion that 'Jang(樟)' seems to be the most appropriate word. Second, we confirmed that Cinnamomum camphora SIEB. grew in extralimital area. It is believed that it's because of making a mistake. Third, we confirmed that it is confused Cinnamomum camphora SIEB. with Koelreuteria paniculata in Yi, Gyu-Gyeong's records. However, it's required to verify the other cases of the Cinnamomum camphora SIEB.'s records. We expect a follow-up study about it by classifying modern feature and comparing literature matching.

A Study on Possibility of RO as a Local Media (지역매체로서의 중계유선방송(RO)의 가능성에 대한 연구)

  • This study attempted to analyze background and industrial difference of RO and SO. RO was launched for solving a problem of terrestrial broadcasting. After solving a problem of terrestrial broadcasting system, RO has played a roll as a local media. On the other hand, SO was launched by government's policy so SO has been protected and brought up by government. Because market of RO and SO is overlap and competitive, RO has been restricted by government for issuing new license and renewal of permission. Presently, environment of media has been changed very dramatically, so various niche media are needed for various customer's needs. In addition, local media are in trouble of playing a role as a public broadcasting service in Korea. Therefore, RO might be a good solution. In this study for the analysis of the user's needs a survey was conducted. This study shows possibility of RO's roll and function as a local media.

  • Previous research related to recovering deleted data in database has been mainly based on transaction logs or detecting and recovering data using original source files by physical collection method. However there was a limit to apply if the transaction log does not exist in the server or it is not possible to collect the original source file because a database server owner does not permit stopping the database server because of their business loss or infringement at the scene. Therefore it is necessary to examine various collection methods and check the recoverability of the deleted data in order to handling the constraints of evidence collection situation. In this paper we have checked an experiment that the recoverability of deleted data in the original database source according to logical and physical collection methods on digital forensic investigation of Microsoft SQL Server database.

  • In this paper, we propose a schedulatility analysis method for real-time programs. Several approaches to anlayzing schedulability have been developed, but since these approaches use a fixed priority scheduling method and/or traverse all possible state spaces, there take place exponential time and space complexity of these methods, Therefore it is necessary to reduce the state space and detect schedulability at earlier time. Our schedulability analysis method uses a minimum unit time taken to terminate synchronization action, a minimum unit time taken to terminate actions after synchronization, and a deadline of processes to detect unschedulability at earlier time and dynamic scheduling scheme to reduce state space. We conclude that our method can detected unschedulability earlier 50 percent unit time than Fredette's method.

  • We have developed a silicon etching method by which highly doped layers are selectively etched using stain etching technique. Current supply to the backside contact of silicon wafer and special reactor are not required in this method. Therefore this method is much simpler than anodic reaction method and could be applied to standard VLSI process. In addition, highly doped layers of several wafer structures, including the structures where conventional anodic reaction method cannot be used, could be preferentially etched by this technique. We have also fabricated micromechanical structures such as cantilevers and air-bridges on the $n/n^{+}/n$ wafer and air-bridges on the $p/p^{+}$ wafer using this stain etching technique.

ZFC and Non-Denumerability (ZFC와 열거불가능성)

  • If 1st order ZFC is consistent(has a model($M_1$)) it has a transitive denumerable model($M_2$). This leads to a paradoxical situation called 'Skolem paradox'. This can be easily resolved by Skolem's typical resolution. but In the process, we must accept the model theoretic relativity for the concept of set. This relativity can generate a situation where the meaning of the set concept, for example, is given differently depending on the two models. The problem is next. because the sentence '¬denu(PN)' which indicate that PN is not denumerable is equally true in two models, A indistinguishability problem that the concept <¬denu> is not formally indistinguishable in ZFC arise. First, I will give a detail analysis of what the nature of this problem is. And I will provide three ways of responding to this problem from the standpoint of supporting ZFC. First, I will argue that <¬denu> concept, which can be relative to the different models, can be 'almost' distinguished in ZFC by using the formalization of model theory in ZFC. Second, I will show that <¬denu> can change its meaning intrinsically or naturally, by its contextual dependency from the semantic considerations about quantifier that plays a key role in the relativity of <¬denu>. Thus, I will show the model-relative meaning change of <¬denu> concept is a natural phenomenon external to the language, not a matter of responsible for ZFC.

Study on the Selection Criteria for Transplanting Trees in the Forest Reserve Areas Designated for Future Development (훼손예정지의 지형 및 수목 형태를 고려한 이식목 선정기준에 관한 연구)

  • This study was conducted to establish the selection criteria for the trees to be transplanted in the forest reserves which are expected to be developed in the future. The main task in this endeavor was to access the transplantability of the trees focused on their feature, diameter at breast height (D.B.H.), soil feature, etc. The selection of the trees for transplantation consisted of two stages. The first stage was to select trees on the basis of their indigenousness and forest successional stage. The second was to select trees on the basis of their type, D.B.H., the layers of soil, etc. At the first stage, the trees which are not indigenous or expected not to survive were eliminated from the selection list, and the result showed that approximately 5.9% (about 3,841 trees) of the trees proved to be inadequate for transplanting. At the second stage, the investigation of the trees based on the criteria of tree type, D.B.H., the layers of soil was carried out, and the result showed that approximately 33.7% (1,218) out of 3,613 trees turned out to adequate for transplanting however, 23.0% of the trees, which are 829 trees, were found to be impossible to transplant. In addition, it was discovered that in the case of approximately 43.3%(1,566 trees) of the trees there was little difference between transplanting cost and planting cost of new trees. Therefore the investigation indicated that it is more advisable to transplant trees to preserve the ecological environment. However, the study showed that there are other elements to be considered, such as tree feature and soil condition, for the successful tree transplantation, and the necessary information can be provided by the managing personnel who are in charge of the forest.
