The purpose of this study was to verify whether there are any differences in the level of exercise self-efficacy and perceived health status according to the stage of change for exercise behaviors in older adults. The subjects consisted of 231 older adults (91 male, 140 female) by convenience sampling residing in city D. The collected dates were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, Tukey HSD, and simple regression analysis by SPSS WIN 21.0 program. Moreover, all statistical significance level was set at a=.05. The study results were as follows: Analysis of variance showed that exercise self-efficacy showed significant differences according to the stage of change for exercise behaviors, and as a result of the posthoc analysis, it was found that as the stage became higher, their exercise self-efficacy became higher as well. Perceived health status showed significant differences according to the stage of change for exercise behaviors, and as a result of the posthoc analysis, it was found that as the stage became higher, their perceived health status became higher as well. Analysis of variance showed that exercise self-efficacy and perceived health status were significantly associated with the stages of exercise behavior change. This study identified that exercise self-efficacy and perceived health status were significant variables to explain a possible relationship with exercise stages of older adults. This study provides new information to influence the development of the better health promotion and exercise intervention for older adults in the community.

The defense innovation 2020 advanced topics which have to establish robust milatary are based on archiving defense innovation by selecting twenty-one main topics and eighties' sub-topics whose topics focus on defense innovation and defense circumstance in 2020. Although defense innovation 2020 which is to be advanced with defense basic policy need to decision making, it is specified in programming step by merging budget with plan. If the Defense Ministry archives decision making from initial plan step, although it archives group decision making in programming step at present, it will archive efficient affair. This study archives a group decision making of defense innovation 2020 advanced topics which were published in the Defense Ministry by applying Analytic Hierarchy Process in plan step. In addition, if the weights of the main topics are equal, the sub topics analyze how to be changed throughout sensitivity analysis and suggest the topics' priority rank throughout group decision making.

복합동사의 처리는 기계변역이나 자연어 이해 시스템의 질에 상당한 영향을 주기 때문에 복합동사의 정확한 분석과 처리는 중요하다. 기종의 형태소 분석에서는 복합동사에 대한 처리를 복합 동사를 구성하는 각 용언들에 대한 분석결과를 생성하여 주고 구문분석단계에서 문법규칙을 이용하여 처리함으로써 문법이 커지고 파싱테이블과 심볼테이블이 커져 메모리 효율이 저하되고 형태소 분석에서의 품사 모호성이 구문분석단계에 영향을 주어 구문구조 모호성을 야기하며 복합동사의 정확한 의미를 나타내기 어려운 문제를 가진다. 본 논문은 한국어의 복합동사를 형태소 분석단계에서 처리해 주고 여기에서 처리하기 힘든 복합동사는 사전과 구문분석단계 등의 모듈에서 처리하는 총괄적인 복합동사 처리방법을 제안한다.

In the process of complex shopping mall development, all the steps (business planning step, pre-sale & completion step, management & operations step) head towards a consistent ultimate goal in an overall business perspective. In this study, we analyze using a structural equation model if an appropriate relations between each of the steps are formed to achieve the ultimate goal. In this study, we find a positive relationship between business planning step and pre-sale & completion step, and also find that for success pre-sale & completion, a faithful business plan is necessary. But we find no statistically significant relationship under significant level 0.05 among business planning step and management & operations step and the level of success, pre-sale & completion step and management & operations step and the level of success, management & operations step and the level of success. This suggests that each of the steps does not form a close relationship to achieve the consistent goal in the complex shopping mall development and each one is doing a short-sighted work for its own profit.

시스템 개발현장에서 작성되는 각종 산출물은 모두가 자동화된 과정을 따르는 것은 아니며, 단계별로 작성된 산출물을 서로 참고하여 작성하는 것이 일반적이다. 그 결과 산출물간에는 많은 불일지 요소가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 분석 및 설계단계에서 작성되는 산출물간의 일관성을 유지하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 제안한 방안을 이용하면 분석 및 설계단계에서 작성되는 산출물 간의 불일치수를 줄이고, 일관성이 확보되어 개발기간의 단축과 고품질 소프트웨어 개발이 가능하다.

Telomere란 진핵세포에 존재하는 DNA-protein 복합체로서 염색체의 말단부에 tandem repeated DNA 서열 (TTAGGG)과 특정 단백질로 구성되어 있으며 세포 분열이 진행함에 따라 이의 길이가 짧아지게 되고 일정 길이 이하가 되면 세포의 사망이 유발된다. 반면 telomerase는 ribonucleoprotein으로서 telomeric DNA의 합성에 관여하는 것으로 염색체의 말단에 telomeric DNA의 소실을 보충하는 역할로 알려져 있다. 최근 암, 노화 등과 관련하여 telomere 및 telomerase의 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 다양한 세포들에 있어 이들의 존재와 역할에 대해서도 많은 연구들이 수행되고 있다. 포유동물의 초기 배자에 있어 telomere의 분포 양상과 telomerase의 activity의 분석은 배 발생의 기작과 배자의 세포적 특성을 구명하는데 매우 중요한 과제라 사료된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 마우스의 초기 배 발생 단계별 수정란의 telomeric DNA의 분포 양상과 각 단계별 배자들의 telomerase activity를 제시하고자 하였다. 시험에 공시된 마우스는 4-6주령된 ICR계통으로 이들을 과배란 처리 후 자연 교배시켜 얻은 2-, 4-, 8-세포기배, 상실배 및 배반포배를 대상으로 하였다. Telomeric DNA의 양적 분석은 각 발생단계별 수정란의 표본을 제작하고 human telomere repeat probe를 이용하여 FISH (fluorescence in situ hybridization)를 시행하였으며, 분리된 할구들을 형광현미경으로 관찰 후 상을 포착하고 image analyser program (MataMorph, UIC, USA)을 이용하여 한 개의 세포내 telomere의 상대적 함량을 분석하였다. 발생 단계별 배자의 telomerase activity의 분석은 TRAP (telomeric repeat amplofication protocol) assay로 분석한 바 각 발생 단계별 30개의 수정란으로부터 핵 단백질을 추출하여 telomerase를 신장시키고 PCR을 시행한 후 15% PAGE gel loading하여 이의 activity를 확인하였다. 분석 결과, telomeric DNA의 함유율은 발생단계별 다소의 차이를 나타내었으며 telomerase activity는 모든 발생단계의 수정란에서 확인할 수 있었고, 특히 상실배부터 높게 나타남을 확인하였다.

The purposes of the study are to describe the feature of the program components, and to identify their changes in the process of designing the social work programs in the community service agencies in Korea. In order to achieve these purposes, the researchers constructed an analytical framework including 24 program components derived from the related literatures. Data was collected by questionnaires answered by the social workers who were in charge of the program development and implementation. Descriptive statistics analysis and factor analysis were applied to exam the features of the program components in 195 social service programs developed by the funds from the Community Chest of Korea and a private funding foundation. As the result of the analysis, the three noticeable features are found; (1) the agencies have very actively involved in the designing work in the process of developing practice guideline, however they have less involved in the designing work in the process of implementing program; (2) program components which are low level in design activities are intervention models, staff education, and practical ethics; (3) 8 categories of components derived from the theoretical perspective are reduced to 6 categories in the process for developing practice guidelines, finally to 4 categories in the process for implementing the programs. The implications of major findings were discussed in academic and practical perspectives in Korea, including future research works in the area.

기본적으로 모든 소비자들은 조금씩 다르며, 제품은 그 차이를 극대화 시킴으로써 다양한 소비를 촉진하게 된다. 이와 같은 시장 세분화와 포지셔닝 전략은 디자인 경영에 있어 매우 중요한 전략적 단계라 할 수 있으며, 기업의 소비자 분석의 목적이기도 하다. 다차원 척도법은 군집 분석에서와 마찬가지로 자료에 내재된 구조를 찾아내어 자료를 함축적으로 표현하고자 하는 자료축약형 다변량 분석 기법이다. 패턴 분류의 수량화를 이용하는 POSA(Partial Order Scalogram Analysis)는 MSA(Multidimensional Scalogram Analysis)의 구조화된 방법으로 디자인 전략을 수립하는 단계에서 소비자의 성향을 보다 세분화할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 디자인 리서치 단계에 POSA 방법론을 적용하였을 때 소비자 유형 분류가 가능하다고 보고, 창의적 디자인 컨셉의 도출에 어느 정도 역할을 하는지 알아보고자 함을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 부분적 계층 분석법인 POSA 분석방법을 통하여 사용자의 계층을 세분화하는 방법을 고안하고, 이를 분석함으로써 소비자의 유형을 분류하여 디자인 포지셔닝과 방향을 제시하는 방법론을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 설문조사를 통하여 POSA 기법을 이용한 소비자 유형 분류 방법이 고안되었고, 이를 기반으로 모바일 기기를 위한 프로젝트에 실제 디자인 사례로 적용되었으며, 이러한 소비자 유형 분석을 통하여 타겟 유저의 시나리오 작성 단계에서 창의적 발상을 지원한다는 점을 발견할 수 있었다.

This study is to study Jung's analytical psychology and to study counseling process and counseling techniques based on the counseling theory derived from it. Jung divides the counseling process into four stages based on analytical psychology. The first stage is confession, and the prototype of analysis therapy is confession. The first step in the treatment process is to share secrets and reveal suppressed emotions. The second stage is elucidation, a process that clarifies by shedding light on the contents induced by the transfer. The third stage is the level of education. Explanation makes my counselors intelligent, but leaves them still in an incompetent state. At this stage, treatment goes beyond insight to train as a responsible client. The fourth stage is transformation. In the transformation phase with inner counselors, not only the debaters, but also the therapist is in the "in-analysis." Jung's counseling technique uses six things: dream analysis, use of symbols, word link test, symptom analysis, case history and MBTI. In conclusion, analytical psychology counseling has enabled, first, a more in-depth approach and understanding of the human mind, especially the unconscious world. Second, analytical psychology counseling has enabled us to recognize that all humans are human communities with a common mental structure through the concept of unconsciousness and archetypes. Third, analytical psychology counseling has allowed you to look at the meaning and purpose of life from a new perspective. Therefore, Jung emphasized that he should not be seen as having a pathological problem with patients, but as an omnipotent human being who wants to realize its fullness on his own.

The importance of LCC analysis has been enlarged. Also, it would be necessary to computerize LCC analysis for accurate and logical analysis of LCC. In other papers, they showed LCC analysis model but the study of database development which could be applied in LCC analysis have been undeveloped. As a result, the final goal of this study is to develope LCC database. And this progress is devided 4 steps as design, construction, maintenance and disposal and derived the detailed cost item in the progresses. Futhermore, it would be possible to develope cost DB, fluent DB, general DB, building section DB, material DB and to propose database which would be applied in accurate and logical analysis of LCC.
