본 논문은 성 통합적 관점에서 가족정책의 재구조화에 대한 논의를 전개함으로써 몇 가지 주목할 만한 결론에 도달했다. 첫째는 가족정책의 관점이 노동하는 주체의 관점에 섰을 때 일과 가족 양립의 문제가 특정성의 문제가 아닌 보편적 시민의 문제가 된다는 점이다. 즉 허구적 믿음에 근거한 공 사적영역의 분리를 (성별구분 없이) 노동하는 주체의 관점에서 통합시킬 때 공적가치인 정의의 문제와 사적가치인 보살핌의 대림이 해소될 수 있다는 것이다. 둘째는 노동주체로서 남성과 여성의 통합성과 현실적 문제로써 여성과 남성의 차이에 근거한 '이해'의 상이함을 반영하기 위해서는 가족정책의 틀은 가족 구성원이 노동하는 장소에 따라 구분해야 한다는 것이다. 셋째는 가족정책의 틀에 따라 가족정책을 가족영역과 시장영역으로 나누었을 때 가족정책의 내용은 가족구성원이 노동권과 부모권(모성권+부성권)을 실현하는데 장애가 되는 요인들을 완화 제거하는 정책이어야 한다는 것이다. 마지막으로 가족정책의 방향은 여성과 남성이 생계부양과 보살핌의 책무를 함께 나누게 하는 것이다. 이는 노동하는 주체의 관점에서 허구적인 공 사적영역의 분리를 통합시켜 내는 것으로, 궁극적인 가족정책의 지향점이라고 할 수 있는 보편적 일과 가족 양립을 실현하는 길이라는 것이다.

This article considers how the rail track charges of the advanced countries are performed and derived political implication to Korail. In case of North America and Japan, rail track charges are being decided to collect the infrastructure maintenance cost. In European countries, the separation of infrastructure and operation is realized and the railroad track charges are based on MC+ principle. On the other hand, Korail is paying construction cost of KTX as well as maintenance cost in Korea. As for this, railroad reform including rail track charging should be reconsidered.

This study analyzes how capital market comovement can affect investors' decision making. We first analyze time-varying correlation coefficient between stock indices of U.S.A. and Korea. and then, using our empirical results, attempt to draw implications on investors' behavior. We find that the tendency of comovement between Korea and U.S.A. equity returns has considerably increased after the financial crisis of late 1997. Through the analysis of investors' behavior, we find that foreign investors, contrary to ITC's (Investment Trust Company) and individual investors, buy more shares in Korean markets as American stock prices go up. Foreign investors employ dynamic hedging strategy and give more weight on global economic factors than domestic ones. Our empirical results as a whole imply that investment behavior of foreign investors is most closely related to comovement of U.S.A. and Korea capital markets.

This study aims to identify the characteristics of the cancelled districts of housing redevelopment and housing reconstruction project. The subject of this study is 189 project districts(121 promoted districts, 68 cancelled districts). Both 121 promoted districts and 68 cancelled districts were analyzed by Decision Tree Analysis. The first separation of the release zone influencing factors was made by the Development Actors. In other words, the most important independent variable for determining the release zone influence factor was shown to be the presence or absence of propulsion actors. Of the 89 districts without propellers, 41 were lifted and 48 were promoted, and 9 out of 100 districts with propellers were lifted and 91 were promoted. The second separation of the impact factors on the zone was then made by Land Owners, and the probability of cancellation increased if the number of landowners was less than 468 and 37 out of 62 were removed. On the other hand, four out of 27 districts with more than 468 landowners were lifted and 23 districts were promoted. The third separation was made by the Average Land Assessment, and 35 zones were lifted below the standard of KRW 269.64 million/m² approximately KRW 8.91 million per pyeong, and two zones were lifted at higher official prices. In the second division, the number of landowners was 468 or more, and in node4, four areas were removed from areas with a public land area ratio of 29.43% or more, and no areas less were released. This study used SPSS Statistics 26 S/W for analysis.

The purpose of the paper is to discuss the restructuring of the family policy from a gender-integrating perspective. Several meaningful conclusions were reached. First, examining family policy from the laborer's perspective, the issue of work and family becomes not a gender-related issue but rather an issue for universal people. Second, in order to include the difference in interest among men and women in the labor market, and to view the issue from a gender-integrating perspective, the framework for family policy should consider the place of labor. Third, if family policy is divided into family and labor arena based on the above mentioned framework, the core content of the policy should gear toward loosening and/or eliminating barriers to fulfill the right to work for pay and the right to care for family. Lastly, family policy should aim at men and women sharing the responsibility of supporting and caring for the family. By doing so, we may be closer to maintaining work and family together, the ultimate goal of family policy.

역할 기반의 접근제어 시스템은 응용에 따라 보호 객체들에 대한 접근을 역할들로 분류하여 정형 트랜잭션과 데이터의 무결성을 보장하는 의무분리의 원리로 정보를 처리하는 시스템으로 편리하고 단순한 권한 관리를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 기업 환경에 적합한 역할 기반의 접근제어 시스템에서 데이터베이스 내에 저장된 데이터에 대한 권한 없는 접근, 고의적인 파괴 및 변경을 야기하는 사고로부터 데이터베이스를 보호하기 위해 정보의 무결성 보장을 위한 의무분리의 원리를 제안한다. 그리고 제안된 원리를 기반으로 하여 적용 대상으로 상호 배타적인 부트랜잭션들을 포함하고 있는 중첩 트랜잭션을 생각해 보았으며, 여기에 동적 의무분리 요구사항을 만족시키기 위해서 주체, 세션 기반에서 새롭게 해석하였다. 이 기법은 시스템 운영의 유연성을 향상시키고, 역할 관리를 단순화시키는 장점을 가진다. 또한 여러 트랜잭션들이 동시에 실행되는 환경하에 정보의 무결성 유지를 위해서 본 논문에서 제안한 의무분리 기법을 적용하였다. 이때 감염된 트로이언 목마에 의해 발생될 수 있는 정보의 유출문제를 해결하고자 의무분리를 위한 격자 구조를 설계하고 이를 바탕으로 해석하였다.

현재 정부는 지금까지 관청 조직인 철도청에 의해 철도시설의 건설 및 유지관리 업무와 열차 수송 업무 등 운영부문을 일괄적으로 수행되어 오던 우리나라의 철도교통체계를 근본적으로 변화시키는 작업을 추진하고 있다. '철도구조개혁'이라 지칭되는 이러한 작업은 소위 말하는 상하분리 또는 수직적 분리의 원칙에 따라 철도청의 업무를 하부구조에 해당하는 기반시설(infrastructure) 부문과 철도차량을 운행하여 여객과 화물을 운송하는 운영부문으로 구분하여, 기반시설에 해당하는 부문은 기본적으로 사회간접자본의 개념에서 국가의 책임으로 하고 운영부문에 해당하는 부문은 타 교통수단의 운영주체 위상(예: 고속버스 회사, 항공회사 등)과 같은 민간 경영체제로 전환한 다는 것이 주 내용이다.(중략)

컨테이너터미널은 적정 규모의 선석(길이)과 야드 부지를 확보하였을 때, 운영 효율성이 극대화 될 수 있다. 하지만 부산신항을 비롯한 일부 컨테이너항만은 운영주체 분리로 인해 소규모 터미널이 분리 운영되어 물류 효율성에 제약이 존재한다. 이 연구에서는 인접한 2개의 소규모 터미널에 야드 코피티션 영역을 활용할 경우, 기존에 비해 전체 터미널 운영(물류) 효율성이 크게 제고될 수 있음을 분석한다.

This study is to make a framework of newly interpretating the dynamic change of regional or local landscape rapidly occurred after the establishment of the nation state and capitalistic system. The basic concepts of making an interpretative framework are power, subjectivity, and performativity. The framework of closely interrelating the three concepts developed in the near future will be applied to the interpretation of variety of (de)centralized landscapes in regions or locals. A centralized political power under the nation state has destroyed or marginalized the historically developed landscapes, traditional culture, and subjects' values in regions or locals by the political implementation of the nation state, the establishment of national identity, a centralized economic development, and so on. The landscapes produced by the political power of the nation state can take a role as a cause of conflicts in regions or locals in terms of a historical perspective. Landscapes are being made by various subjects, and the produced landscapes also positively or negatively will influence the emotion, cognition, and behavior of the subjects particularly in a performative perspective. The dynamics interrelation between subjects and landscapes has been disguised or marginalized by reason/rationality, totality/collectivity, the separation between reason and emotion mainly made by modernism, the nation state, a capitalistic system. The interrelation between landscapes and subjects is especially emphasized on people's resistibility and creativity. Lastly, landscape is not a concept given as a priori or (re)presented objectively. It is not also a material or an object independently existed from a subject's emotion and cognition. It should be interpreted through a performative relation with subjects. Performativity will take an active role of combining the materiality of landscape, power, and subjectivity. It is also important to understand the active role of landscapes.
