해외낙농소식 - 북해도 낙농산업의 선구자들

  • 2015년 현재 일본 전체 원유생산량의 53%를 차지하는 북해도 낙농의 오늘이 있기까지는 수많은 선구자들의 노력이 숨어있다. 그 가운데서도 꾸로자와 도리조(黑澤 西藏)의 낙농철학이 지니는 의미는 오늘날 어려움에 직면한 국내 낙농에 있어서도 많은 것을 시사한다. 그 같은 의미에서 북해도 낙농의 역사와 그 과정에서 꾸로자와가 보여준 낙농지도자로서의 역할과 발자취에 대해 간략히 살펴보기로 한다.

Study on the Prevention and Combat System of Oil Pollution in Germany (독일의 해상유류오염 예방 및 방제체계 고찰)

  • In Germany, North Sea and East Sea possess significant meaning in many aspects. North coast has an important economical significance to North Sea Gulf States. There are a number of harbors and manufacturing facilities in this area. Agriculture is also developed. East sea, where sea water and river water mingle. has a problem that it can not control harmful substances as fast as the North Sea due to its geographical location of being connected with the North Sea as a narrow water. To protect from big and small ship accidents and pollution sources, East Sea and North Sea have enacted HELKOM Convention and OSPAR Convention, respectively. Moreover, Denmark and Germany have made cooperation on tugboats in the occurrence of shipment accidents through the LethGer-Plan and DenGer-Plan. In 1998, after the Pallas accident that occurred near Bremen, the need to improve cooperation among each states on usable resources for ocean security has been increased in Germany. Consequently, the federal government and gulf state governments associated and organized the so called, "Havarie-Kommanando Ship Accident Measure Unit". Haravarie-Kommanando is a federal-state associated organization that deals with affairs that controls national operation and mobilization of ship accident related organizations unitively when serious ship accidents occur. Moreover, federal and state participant organizations, each shipping agencies and Wiking-Helicopers-Services, a helicopter agency, are cooperating well. Also, mutual assistance with the most prominent passenger agency called Scandlines, ARGE Kuestenschutz(Germany-Denmark shipping agency) is making progress as well.

  • `95년도에 일본 낙농종합연구소장이면서 북해도 대학 명예교수인 텐마(天間 征)씨북해도 낙농학원대학에서 특별강의가 있었는데, 그 내용은 U.R협정의 합의 내용을 해설함과 동시에 세계의 유제품 무역의 현상과 변화에 따른 예측과, 앞으로의 주요국가들의 낙농정책의 동향등에 관한 내용을 요약하고자 한다. 그 내용으로 보아 낙농인이나 정책 입안자등이 경영방향에 참고자료가 되길 바라는 마음으로 기고하고자 한다.

Using Air Temperature and Sunshine Duration Data to Select Seed Production Site for Eleutherococcus senticosus Max (기온과 일도시간 분석에 의한 가시오가피의 파종적지 선정)

  • It was very hard to gather the seeds of Eleutherococcus senticosus Max. known as a medicinal plant for they tend to drop under the high temperature condition during the summer period in Korea. Therefore, this study was conducted to select seed production site for Eleutherococcus senticosus in Korea, comparing the climate of Hokkaido of Japan, in which the seeds have been produced, with that of various place in this country. It was low that the average maximum temperature during the hottest summer two months (July and August) as a 24.4$^{\circ}C$ in Hokkaido and 21.2$^{\circ}C$ in Daegwanryeong compared with 27.4$^{\circ}C$ in Changsu. Especially in Daegwanryeong, average maximum temperature from June to September remained as low as 21$^{\circ}C$. Effective accumulated temperature(>5$^{\circ}C$) was 807$^{\circ}C$ in Hokkaido and 964$^{\circ}C$ in Daegwanryeong during the ripening period. Monthly sunshined hours from July to August were 121.7~128 hours in Daegwanryeong and 83.5~85.4 hours in Hokkaido. The Eleutherococcus senticosus sprouts at 8.5$^{\circ}C$, comes to flowering season in mid-August, and ripens during late-August and October in Hokkaido, the climate of which is similar to that of Daegwanryeong.

A Study on Biomass Utilization Strategies of Hokkaido Prefecture in Japan (일본 북해도지역 바이오매스 이용에 관한 사례 연구)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the integrated biomass strategies for utilization and application characteristics in Hokkaido prefecture, japan. From the results, to achieve a successful operation of biomass recycling facilities, it previously needs the effective byproduct supplying construction system for field demander as well as the advanced environmental technology introduction. Especially, the value-promotion recycling technology were requested as follows; (1) production of functional solid composting for protection soil acidification, (2) the addition of soil microorganism to the production of liquid fermentation fertilizer, (3) construction of diverse energy supply system, (4) mixed organic material fermentation process concerning on heavy metal concentration, (5) introduction of incentive garbage collection system for contaminants prevention.

외단열 건물의 열부하계산법

  • 1998년 4월 일본 공기조화.위생공학회 북해도지부 설비기술연구회에서는 실무레벨의 "외단열건물의 열부하계산법"을 위한 소위원회가 발족되었으며, 1999년 11월에 연구보고서가 완성되었다. 이에, 일본 학회에서는 건축설비기술자협회 북해도 지부와 공동으로 실무자를 대상으로 세미나를 2000년8월에 개최하였다. 본 내용은 위원회보고서와 세미나에 서 거론된 "외단열건물의 열부하특성과 계산법의 요점"을 제시하고 이에 근거한 최대부하의 합리적인 설계와 불가분의 관계가 있는 "외단열건물을 위한 난방과 냉방을 통일한 열부하계산법의 개념"을 소개함과 동시에 "실무자의 과제와 금후의 전망"에 대하여 언급하고자 한다.
