In order to evaluate the potential radiological risks for the reuse of the site after decommissioning of nuclear facilities, a mathematical model was developed and materialized into the Microsoft $Excel{\circledR}$ spreadsheets frame. A set of input parameter values was proposed, which is useful in the preliminary risk screening step before the detailed evaluation with the site-specific data. It appeared that the screening levels calculated by the present model was agreed with the derived concentration guideline limits resulted from RESRAD Ver.6.2 and the German dose criteria for releasing a nuclear site from regulatory control.

The idea that a school could take a role of educating each community personnel as well as students and the school building could be a center in a community is discussed in this paper. Also, as rental housings being included in the community and placed near school buildings, school facilities can be shared and cover the shortage of social welfare facilities. Thus urban social facilities including schools, social and cultural facilities, and rental housings should be planned as a bundled scheme. The objective of this Paper is to find the suitability of building a complex of school, gymnasium, cultural facilities, welfare facilities in school sites, and building rental housing in public building sites, such as cultural facilities and welfare facilities, gymnasium sites in the City of Pyeong Teak. It is found that this assumption can be proved when building a public school of 6 to 7 story or a rental apartment with a floor area ratio of 150% - 200%.

홍경천은 일반적으로 해발 2500~4500m에 자생하는 고원식물이다. 현재 중국에 알려진 홍경천의 종류는 대략 38종으로 알려져 있으며 이 가운데 10종이 보건식품으로 사용되어지고 있다. 중국 홍경천의 생육환경은 동북부지방, 서북부지방, 서남부지방으로 구분되어지고 있다. 이 가운데 동북부지방과 티베트 지방을 중심으로 한 서남부지방의 홍경천이 주로 많이 사용되어지고 있다. 이러한 홍경천은 극한의 생육환경으로 고산병 예방, 피로회복, 작업능력향상, 운동능력향상과 세균의 저항력향상, 진정작용과 강심작용, 조혈작용, 항산화작용등이 신경전달물질의 활동을 증진시키어서 스트레스 해소와 치매 및 인지력을 높여준다고 알려져 있다. 따라서 근무 능력을 향상 시킬 뿐만 아니라 수험생들의 집중력에도 좋은 효과를 나타내는걸로 보고되고 있다. 따라서 본 실험에서는 홍경천의 총 폴리페놀 함량과 항산화 활성을 조사했던 바, 홍경천의 잎과 뿌리에서 양호한 결과를 나타내었으며, 특히 항산화 작용은 뿌리와 잎 추출물에서 양호한 반응을 보였다. 또한 에탄올 추출물 보다 메탄올 추출물 처리구에서 더욱 더 양호한 항산화 활성을 나타났다. 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로 홍경천 추출액을 첨가시킨 요구르트를 만들어서 품질을 조사하였던 바 요구르트 성분, 품질과 보존성이 향상되는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 항산화 활성도 양호한 반응을 보였다.

This paper gives some basic requirements and preferences of various geological environmental conditions for the final deep geological repository of spent nuclear fuel (SNF). This study also indicates how the requirements and preferences are to be considered prior to the selection of sites for a site investigation as well as the final disposal in Korea. The results of the study are based on the knowledge and experience from the IAEA and NEA/OECD as well as the advanced countries in SNF disposal project. This study discusses and suggests preliminary guideline of the disposal requirements including geological, mechanical, thermal, hydrogeological, chemical and transport properties of host rock with long term geological stabilities which influence the functions of a multi-barrier disposal system. To apply and determine whether requirements and preferences for a given parameter are satisfied at different stages during a site selection and suitability assessment of a final disposal site, the quantitative criteria in each area should be formulated with credibility through relevant research and development efforts for the deep geological environment during the site screening and selection processes as well as specific studies such as productions of safety cases and validation studies using a generic underground research laboratory (URL) in Korea.

토양과 지하수 오염은 오염원이나 그 정화 방법에 있어서 서로 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있으며, 수질오염이나 대기오염과 달리 일단 한번 오염이 되면 오염 정화과정이 매우 복잡하고 어려우면서도 비용이 많이 드는 특성을 갖고 있기 때문에 오염원의 형태에 따른 통합된 관리 및 효율적 정화기술의 적용이 무엇보다 필요하다. 따라서 표준화된 오염조사 절차 (Environmental Site Assessment)를 통해 대상부지를 조사한 후, 확인된 오염원의 정화를 위한 기술을 선정함에 있어 필요한, 오염원·대상부지 특성 및 사업환경에 따른 정화기술에 대해 설명하고, 토양 및 지하수 통합 정화기술의 적용 예를 들어 토양과 지하수를 통합·관리함이 필요함을 살펴보고자 한다.

본회 닭검정연구소(안성시 중리동 소재)가 지난 2010. 6. 22일자로 부지 매각되면서 앞으로 설립될 신규검정연구소의 부지 및 사업 방향에 대해 검토중이다. 신규검정연구소는 기존의 능력검정사업은 물론 양계전문교육기능을 겸비한 복합기관으로 사업 활성화 할 계획을 갖고, 본회는 신규 검정연구소 건립을 위한 이전추진위원회를 구성해 부지 매각 및 향후 검정연구소 건립 방향을 수립하고 있다. 이와 관련 지난 9월 3일 본회 회의실에서 향후 신규 닭검정연구소 기능개선 및 사업방향 점검을 위한 연석회의(위원장 오봉국)를 개최했다. 본지에서는 이날 회의에서 나온 내용을 중심으로 내용을 정리하였다.

국내 원전은 내진성 확보를 위해 부지의 선정단계에서는 원전의 예상입지를 중심으로 320km 내의 지진특성과 과거지진기록을 면밀히 분석$\cdot$반영하고, 부지중심으로 반경 8km 내에 대해서는 정밀지질조사를 실시하여 단층대나 연약지반 등 지진발생 가능지역은 제외시키고 있으며, 구조물의 설계와 설치시에는 과거의 지진발생기록을 근거로 하여, 발전소 인근지역에서 발생이 가능한 최대 지진과 부지의 지반특성, 그리고 구조물의 하중 등을 복합적으로 고려하여 내진설계하고 있다. 가동중에는 각종 자동지진감시계통이 지진발생 여부를 지속적으로 계측한 후에, 설계지진값의 절반인 지반가속도 0.1g 이상의 지진을 감지하면 자동경보장치를 작동시켜 즉각 운전이 정지되도록 설계되어 있다.

최근 겨울철 온난화 경향이 뚜렷해지면서 강수형태가 비로 내리는 경우가 잦아지고 있다. 또한 대륙고기압이 확장할 때는 기압골의 영향으로 강우에서 강설로 변하는 예가 종종 나타나고 있다. 강수유형의 판단은 겨울철 중요한 예보요소 중 하나로 본 연구는 중서부지방의 2010년 2월 4일부터 12일까지의 사례기간동안 일기도, AWS관측자료, 위성, KLAPS(층후, 빙결고도, 상당온위) 자료를 바탕으로 하여 강우에서 강설로 변하는 강수형태를 분석한 것이다.

본 논문에서는 부지특성을 고려한 설계지반운동의 산정방법을 연구하였으며 그 해석결과를 지반 구조물의 내진설계에 적용하는 방법을 제안하였다 지진응답 해석시 사용되는 설계응답스펙트럼과 설계시간 이력등의 입력운동의 통제점 위치가 지반구조물 내진설동 지층내 암반운동 그리고 노두운동을 사용하는 방법으로 나눌 수 있고 이에 따라 작용 설계지진운동이 변화하므로 지반구조물의 경계조건에 적합한 방법을 사용하여야 한다.
