Japanese railroad companies continued growing by developing diversification based on a railroad enterprise. However, after entering in the 1990s, the diversification model of a railroad company reached the management limit. Under economic depression, A decrease in the birthrate and aging progressed and passenger transport changed to the downward tendency. Nevertheless, since railroad investment was expanded, railroad achievements got worse and price competitiveness with JR East Japan became weak. But the achievements of a diversification section got worse compared with the railroad enterprise. Therefore, group management was thought as important and enterprise reorganization was developed.

전기공사는 전기공사업법에 의거 전기공사업을 등록한 자에게 발주하여야 하며 도급받은 공사업자는 전기공사업법, 전기설비기술기준, 설계도서에 적합하게 시공하도록 하고 있지만, 일부 발주관서에서 전기공사를 정보통신공사업 등 다른 공사업종으로 발주하는 사례가 있어 관계법령에 의한 전기수용신청에 애로 요인이 될뿐 만 아니라 전문적인 시공능력이 결여된 자에게 시공을 의뢰할 경우 부실을 초래하여 국민의 생명과 재산에 심각한 위협이 되고 있는바, 이와 같은 폐해를 사전에 예방하고 전기공사의 설계 및 적법한 시공업체를 선정할 수 있도록 기본적인 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 들어 기술을 담보로 하는 신용금융의 역할이 증대되면서 자금지원 대상기업의 기술평가 시스템 구축이 중요한 과제가 되고 있다. 국내에서는 기업 보유의 기술경영성과를 측정하여 한정된 자원의 효율적 배분을 위한 민간 투, 융자를 위한 기술신용평가모형'이 제시되었다 본 연구에서는 기술신용평가모델의 평가항목 타당성을 실증 분석한다. 모형의 항목 분류가 적절하게 되었는지를 검증하기 위하여 구조적 타당성을 평가하며 통계적 유의성을 검증하여 신뢰성을 평가한다. 구조적 타당성 검정을 위해 확인 요인분석을 수행하며 평가모형의 신뢰성을 검증하기 위해서는 다변량 통계방법 중의 하나인 판별분석을 수행한다. 본 연구는 기술개발 성공 및 부실발생의 예측력을 갖는 기술신용평가 시스템 구축을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

우리나라 금융시장에서는 부동산담보 위주의 대출관행이 지속되고 있다. 이러한 대출관행은 부동산 수요의 유발로 부동산 가격상승의 원인이 될 뿐만 아니라 금융기관이 담보 부족을 이유로 중소 벤처기업자금 지원에 소극적이거나 기피하는 등 신용경색의 요인으로도 작용할 수 있다. 아울러 담보 부동산가격이 하락할 경우 금융기관의 부실이 될 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 금융기관의 낙후된 여신심사 및 사후관리기법을 선진화하고 효율적인 대출제도를 도입함으로써 중소 벤처기업의 신용수준에 부합하는 신용대출을 활성화하여야 한다. 본 연구는 중소 벤처기업의 신용대출을 활성화할 수 있는 방안들을 살펴보았다. 먼저 1980년대의 미국 및 일본의 금융위기와 이의 대응방안을 비교함으로써 담보대출의 문제점 및 개선을 위한 시사점을 살펴보았다. 다음으로 관계중시대출(relationship lending)을 통한 신용대출 활성화를 지적하였는데 관계중시대출은 금융기관이 고객과 밀접한 관계를 장기간 유지함으로써 고객에 대한 정보를 축적하여 금융서비스를 제공한다. 관계중시대출의 중소 벤처기업대출에 대한 시사점은 은행과 차입 중소 벤처기업은 긴밀한 관계유지가 장기적으로 모두에게 도움을 주는 합리적인 신뢰관계를 구축하여 신용대출을 가능하게 한다. 마지막으로 중소 벤처기업 신용대출의 활성화방안을 금융당국, 금융기관 그리고 중소 벤처기업으로 나누어서 각각 제시하였다.

일반세균, 질산성질소, 탁도로 오염된 지하수 관정의 2개공에 대해 수질개선을 시행하였다. 그 결과 2개공 모두 음용수 기준에 적합한 수질개선 효과를 가질 수 있음으로 하여 수질오염 발생의 주요 요인 중의 하나가 지하수 지표하부 오염방지 시설인 그라우팅이 부실함으로써 기인함을 규명할 수 있었다. 따라서, 본 연구를 통해 수질이 오염된 지하수 관정의 수질개선이 가능하다는 확인은 물론 또한, 지하수 관정내 지표수의 유입을 방지하기 위해서 지하수 상부오염방지 시설의 설치가 적극적으로 추진되어야 할 것이다. 지하수 오염을 예방하기 위해서는 지하수 개발 단계에서부터 지하수 지표하부 오염방지 시설이 연암 암반층까지 견실하게 적용되어져야 한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

최근 문제가 제조 현장에서 안전 조치 의무 미준수로 인한 산업재해가 이슈가 되고 있다. 산업 재해는 대부분의 경우 관리 부실이 가장 큰 요인이다. 따라서 관리적 부분에서 머신 비전과 행동인식, 유사도 검색 알고리즘을 도입하여 제조현장에서 발생하는 불상사를 예방하고자 한다. 가이드라인 접근, 위험한 행동, 안전 장비 착용 수칙을 미 준수할 경우 사전에 입력된 가이드라인에 따라 관리자와 노동자에게 알림 및 경고하는 시스템을 제안하는 것을 요지로 한다.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between gymnasium selection and training adherence of security martial arts trainees. To this aim, this study selected 8 gymnasiums in Gyounggi and Incheon province and sampled 220 people above the fourth grade in elementary school. Out of these, 14 cases were dropped due to insufficient answers or incomplete answers, and 206 qualified cases were finally adopted for this study. Data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and frequency analysis, MANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 18.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, there were significant differences in gymnasium selection factors(instructor background, training program, public relations) depending upon the trainee's sex. Second, there were significant differences in gymnasium selection factors(training program, main others, public relations) depending upon the trainee's school grade. Third, there were no significant differences in training adherence factors depending upon the trainee's sex and school grade. Fourth, there were positive correlations between instructor background, training program and public relations-factors among gymnasium selection and management program, external and social relations-factors among training adherence. Fifth, the partial sub-factors of gymnasium selection have influenced training adherence. Consequently, security martial arts managers and instructors need to establish marketing strategies suitable for sex and school grade to recruit new security martial arts trainees. It may be considered that security martial arts instructors should construct the differentiated management system for trainees and the specialized training program for lasting training of new or existing security martial arts trainees.

A sports center fire in Jecheon caused 29 deaths and 40 injuries. This study focused only on the structural factors of the building and equipment to investigate the causes of casualties based on the fire investigation results at the sports center. The structural factors of the building and equipment were a piloti-type parking lot, lack of a fire compartment between the piloti-type parking lot and lobby, lack of an installed sprinkler system, lack of an installed fire door in the main stairs on the $1^{st}$ floor, lack of an installed fire water tank on the rooftop, an installed pocket fire door in the main entrance on the $2^{nd}$ floor, poor fire compartments in an EPS space and a pipe pit and on each floor, a leak in the joint of a drain pipe, plywood installed in the hoistway of the freight elevator and interior wall, illegal remodeling of a closed rooftop structure, which cannot discharge smoke and heat, installed styrofoam insulation in the inside of the parking lot ceiling, an installed tempered glass window, which cannot be opened in the ladies bathroom on the $2^{nd}$ floor, and a finished dryvit exterior wall.

Large-scaled hospital information system projects are often delayed than originally planned. Regarding project management, it is necessary to examine main factors triggering the schedule delay and to analyze the causality of such delay. This study tries to find the delay factors and causal relationship between them based on the case of the hospital information system development project by using the grounded theory method. It turned out that 'unrealistic scheduling' affects overall schedule delays like domino phenomenon, and 'poor analysis of existing systems' leads to poor quality of work analysis while 'poor subsystem integrated interface' triggers poor design quality. This study found out the factors affecting the delay of a project, analyzing cause-and-effect relationships between them in the academic side. From the practical view, it shows a solution to minimize delays in the project schedule for each of SI companies, hospitals and project managers.

After the revision of the Software Promotion Act, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with little experience in e-government projects began to participate in public projects. Accordingly, the government introduced the public Project Management Office (PMO) in July 2013 to reduce the risks and secure the quality of informatization business, and the public PMO is still spreading. However, the public PMO service currently experiences sluggish business, such as low-priced orders, due to cut-throat competition, and thus needs improvement plans. In this research, we establish a research model for quality factors of public PMO services that can be considered for the improvement plans, measure and evaluate quality factors based on the model, and then analyze the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. For that, we measure quality factors using the SERVPERF model for those who have used public PMO services, establish a structural equation research model, and empirically analyze and evaluate the impact of quality factors. Lastly, we suggest improvement plans and implications for public PMO services.
