  • 전기설계 및 감리자는 그 건축물의 목적과 사용용도 그리고 계획설계자의 의지를 충분히 파악하지 않으면 좋은 설계와 감리가 될 수 없다. 건축물이란 일단의 대지 위의 지붕과 벽 또는 기둥으로서 거주 작업, 저장, 등의 용도에 쓰이는 것을 말한다. 또 여기서 부속되는 대문, 담장, 굴뚝은 물론 지하실, 지하상가와 같은 지하구축물과 탑비, 기념상, 선전탑, 기타 지붕과 벽 등이 없는 것이라도 여기에 포함된다.

  • 최근 사용하는 소방배관의 현장 시공에 사용되는 공법 및 부속을 살펴보면 정통방식의 부속연결 방식, Tee 가공방식, 분기관 방식을 사용하고 있다. 이 방식 중 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 방식은 Tee가공 방식과 분기관 방식으로 이는 우리나라의 소방배관 시설의 규모로 보았을 때 부속과 공법이 미흡하다 할 수 있다. 기존의 공법은 현장 적용성이 떨어지고 화재안전 성능이 미흡하다 할 수 있으며 사회가 발달 하며 건축물의 형태가 다양해지고 초고층화가 이루어지고 있는 과정에서 본 연구에서는 현재사용 하고 있는 공법의 분석과 새로운 소방배관 부속을 개발 하려 한다.

  • 최근 수도권에서는 지방공단 등으로 이전한 노후 공장 건축물을 철거한 자리에 '테크노타운', '벤처타운', 'IT타워', '디지털밸리', '테크노밸리' 등의 이름으로 아파트형 공장을 설립하고 있다. 아파트형 공장은 서울을 중심으로 수도권역에서 토지이용을 극대화가기 위한 집합 공장건물로서 중소기업체의 입지 해결 및 쾌적한 작업환경을 제공하고 도시근로자의 풍부한 노동력을 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 또한 공동 부대시설을 확보하여 공간효율의 극대화와 종업원의 복리후생이 개선되는 등의 중소기업 지원효과를 거두고 있다. 고층화, 집단화, 공동화를 주요 특징으로 하는 아파트형 공장에서 부속시설의 화재보험요율 적용에 관하여 생각해보고자 한다.

  • 최근에 국내에서도 대형 쇼핑 몰이나 건축물에 부속된 아트리움 등 대형공간을 도입한 건축물이 점차 증가하고 있다. 따라서 건물 방화 설계자는 화재시 공간의 특성에 따른 열과 연기의 확산과 이동에 관한 정량적인 해석이 필요하지만 국내에서는 아직 이에 대한 관련 규정이 미비한 실정이다. 대형 공간의 공학적인 해석은 크게 실험을 통하여 제시되는 계산공식을 이용하거나 대상 공간의 화재 조건을 예측하는 컴퓨터 모델을 이용할 수 있다. 외국의 경우, 미국의 NFPA 92B는 이러한 공간에 대한 제연 시스템에 적용하는 공식과 계산식을 제시하고 있으며 이를 통하여 연기나 열 감지기의 작동시간, 연기 발생비율, 연기 층의 하강을 제어하기 위한 배기량 등을 계산할 수 있다.   • It is very important for libraries to provide their patrons with spaces that are used comfortably. In this paper, first we propose some improvement plans for space organizations of Gwacheon Public Library based on its patrons' behavioral research. It has a big meaning from the view of library marketing, which aims at improving patrons' satisfaction. Then we investigate how study tables are used based on the data taken at Kyushu University Library in Japan. Finally we put some proposals on libraries' space organization based on these investigations.

Calculation of the Attached-Piping-Material Rate for the Building Mechanical-Service System in Office Buildings (사무소 건축물의 건축기계설비 배관 부속자재 요율 산출)

  • Currently, in comparison with other architectural estimations, the estimation work regarding building mechanical-service systems is time-consuming, and the process is continuously becoming more difficult because of the increased usage of the attached piping materials such as fittings and hangings in addition to their complicated construction processes. To improve this problem, the Korean authority provides a simple estimation method for the attached-material rate regarding the main piping material, which is the most time-consuming work in the architectural-mechanical estimation. However, to be an applicable method on construction sites, a proper conversion rate of the attached-piping material is still required for the proposed method regarding building usage and working types. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the calculation of the rate of the attached-piping materials such as the fittings and supports through the building of the mechanical-service work types of mechanical rooms, air conditioning, domestic water and hot-water supplies, and the drain-, vent-, and gas-piping work in office buildings that have been designed after 2010.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the materials on Bangdapjin, summarize the excavation surveys and compare them with the past literature records and to determine the location of the Bangdapjin government office facilities. It was categorized into the castle in the original cadastral map, which allowed to identify the overall shape of Jionseong Castle. The Chi on the castle wall and Ongseong on the Munji have also been identified. The majority of state-owned land in the original cadastral map is usually concentrated at the point where the road from the north intersects with the road from the east to the castle, which is presumably where public buildings were located. One of the photos in the 1950s shows the presence of a building presumed to be an inn featuring, extraordinary shape that deserves special attention. The gate is believed to have had Ongseong due to evidence of a portion protruded at right angles from the castle according to the original cadastral map.

Study on Deriving Improvements through Analysis of BF Certification Evaluation Indicators for Parks and Park Facilities (공원 및 공원시설 BF인증 평가지표 분석을 통한 개선방향 도출 연구)

  • According to the revision of the Convenience Act for Persons with Disabilities, parks and park facilities where the first park development plan is established after December 4, 2021 are mandatory, and parks must be equipped with convenience facilities for the disabled. Hence, this study aims to derive the improvements of the park evaluation index by analyzing the park certification evaluation index, the building certification evaluation index of park facilities, and the evaluation reports of the current certification status cases. As a research method, first, the certification of parks and park facilities were compared and reviewed with the Park Green Act, and differences in the certification process and certification performance were compared and analyzed. Second, differences and common items were derived by analyzing barrier free (BF)-certification evaluation indicators for parks and buildings. Third, improvement plans were derived after analyzing differences and problems in 4 BF-certified parks and four building certification cases of park facilities in certified parks, focusing on the self-evaluation report and examination results. As a result of analyzing the park and building evaluation indicators, the items for which the evaluation purpose, evaluation method, and evaluation items were commonly applied to 7 access roads for each facility, 5 parking areas for the disabled, 2 guide facilities for information facilities, 14 in 5 categories of sanitation facilities, and 1 for other facilities. In the case of sanitation facilities, there is no case where it was evaluated as a park. If the park does not have an attached toilet, the park is certified as a building. Hence, it would be essential to establish the concept of an attached toilet and discuss the application of the evaluation index on the park sanitation facility. The score of buildings in parks and park facilities was lower than that of the self-evaluation results, and the certification grades of buildings declined in three cases. The items with the highest standard deviation were BF walking continuity for parks and the path to the main entrance among access roads for buildings. As a result of analyzing the park and building evaluation results of 19 common evaluation items except for sanitary facilities, the difference in the grades of the evaluation items for each case site except for one item appeared. Therefore, applying common detailed calculation criteria for items evaluated in common with parks and buildings is needed. Since sanitation facilities have no cases of park certification and are not certified as buildings, it is essential to establish the concept of attached toilets and discuss the application of park sanitation evaluation indicators. It is necessary to develop an evaluation index suitable for the characteristics of the park, such as adjusting the items that are not evaluated in parks and establishing an evaluation index considering the ones of parks. It expects that this study would be used as primary data for improving park certification indicators.

Suggestion of the Attached Piping Material Rate for the Mechanical Fire Protection Facilities in Office Buildings (업무용 건축물의 기계소방시설 배관 부속자재 요율 제시)

A Study on the Methods of Initial Response Wooden Cultural Asset Architecture by Fire (목조 문화재 건축물의 화재로 인한 초기 대응 능력에 관한 조사 연구)

  • Title of management of cultural asset architectures made of wood managed by nation or local government is separated and there is a high concern about the disappearance of many national cultural asset architectures by fire. This study investigated the effectiveness of major installed appliances in terms of disaster prevention, and problems by early suppression in the event of fire and by mobilization of fire engines in depth. Also, this study derived problems by conducting an in-depth individual interview on interested parties for installation of fire extinguishing system by related law and to improve system to make realistic maintenance. As a result, it was identified that they have reached the positive aspects of protecting cultural asset architectures from disaster as fire by maintaining and managing facilities by establishing proper disaster prevention measures because they are surrounded by mountain or buildings are contiguous. Wooden cultural asset architectures are often excluded from regulation for installation of fire-fighting facilities under the Fire Services Act because most of wooden cultural assets are detached buildings, occupy small area, and are one-storied architecture. The best method is having extinguishing ability themselves according to the manual by making fire manual as management policy before the outbreak of fire. This study intends to suggest a follow-up study for practical considerations to establish or designate a professional management agency for them to protect important national cultural heritage buildings at the state level before they are destroyed by fire.
