  • 인터넷을 기반으로 한 정보통신의 급속한 발전이라는 기업환경의 변화에 적응하기 위해서 기업은 점차 모든 경영시스템을 인터넷을 기반으로 하도록 변화시키고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 기업 조직 또한 전세계를 기반으로한 글로벌 기업 형태로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 급속한 경영환경의 변화로 인해서 기업 내에서는 종전과는 다른 형태의 부서간 상호의사결정조정 과정이 필요하게 되었다. 일반 기업들을 대상으로 한 상호의사결정의 지원과정에 대해서는 기존에 많은 연구들이 있었으나 글로벌기업과 같은 네트워크 형태의 새로운 형태의 기업에 있어서의 상호의사결정과정을 지원할 수 있는 의사결정지원시스템에 대해서는 단순한 그룹의사결정지원시스템 또는 분산의사결정지원시스템과 같은 연구들이 주를 이루고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인터넷 특히, 웹을 기반으로 한 기업의 글로벌경영 및 분산 경영에서 비롯되는 부서간 상호의사결정이라는 문제를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 기업의 글로벌경영 및 분산 경영에서 비롯되는 부서간 상호의사결정이라는 문제를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 메커니즘을 제시하고 이에 기반한 프로토타입 형태의 시스템을 구현하여 성능을 검증하고자 한다. 특히, 기업 내에서 가장 대표적으로 상호의사결정지원이 필요한 생산과 마케팅 부서를 대상으로 상호의사결정지원 메커니즘을 개발하고 실험을 진행하였다. 그 결과 글로벌 기업내의 생산과 마케팅 부서간 상호의사결정을 효율적으로 지원 할 수 있는 상호조정 메카니즘인 개선된 PROMISE(PROduction and Marketing Interface Support Environment)를 기반으로 한 웹 분산의사결정지원시스템 (Web-DSS : Web-Decision Support Systems)을 제안하는 바이다.자대상 벤처기업의 선정을 위한 전문가시스템을 구축중이다.의 밀도를 비재무적 지표변수로 산정하여 로지스틱회귀 분석과 인공신경망 기법으로 검증하였다. 로지스틱회귀분석 결과에서는 재무적 지표변수 모형의 전체적 예측적중률이 87.50%인 반면에 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 90.18%로서 비재무적 지표변수 사용에 대한 개선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. The Perception Gap of Communication and Conflict between Ship Organization and Ship Management Team and Organization Effectiveness in Shipping Company (해운기업 선박조직과 육상부서 간의 커뮤니케이션과 갈등의 인식차와 조직유효성에 관한 연구)

  • This study examined the communication and conflict between ship prganization and ship management team. Those are measured and analyzed about both groups, and then the relationships would be investigated objectively and synthetically. Especially, this relationships are enlightened by measuring the level and gap of the communication and group conflict between ship organization and ship management team. The effect of that conflict is analyzed on the organization commitment and job satisfaction of ship organizations. As a result, this study demonstrates the communications have a negative influence on group conflict with statistic significance, also the conflicts effect negatively on the organization commitment and job satisfaction. In the analysis of gaps about the communication and conflict between groups, the level of group conflict is lowest in the group whose gap of communication is small and both communications are activated, and the organization commitment and job satisfaction are highest in the group whose gap of group conflicts is small and both level of the conflicts are low. To conclude, the ship organization and ship management teams in the shipping company have to lessen their conflict each other and heighten the organization commitment and job satisfaction through their smooth communication.

  • Under fastly moving businese circumstance, it is very important to retain par excellence human resource and innovation. The purpose of this study is to find out casual relationship among self-efficacy, job embeddedness, innovative behavior, and organizational citizenship behavior, which is dependent variable. With the help of information technology. To verify hypotheses such statistical analyses as factor analysis, reliability test, and path analysis by AMOS 18.0. The population of this study is employees of super deluxe hotels in korea and they are divided into two categories such as front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house respectively with same numbers. In case of mutual relationship between self-efficacy and innovative behavior, self-control and task difficultness factors significantly influence innovative behavior in case of front-of-the house employees and vice-versa in those of back-of-the-house. In case of interactive relationship between self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior, slightly different results are revealed between front-and back-of-the-house employees, employees, i.e. all factors are significantly related in former but not in latter.

  • This study aimed to identify correlations among experience of violence, psychosocial stress and exhaustion in emergency medical technicians. In total, 393 emergency medical technicians were participated in the survey using an organized essay-type questionnaire. To determine psychosocial stress and exhaustion factors, a linear regression analysis was performed. In results, psychosocial stress factors were work units, the hope to keeping working in the present department, and verbal violence ($R^2=12.9%$), and the exhaustion factors were hope to keeping working at the present department, work units, and verbal violence ($R^2=14.5%$). In conclusion, it is suggested that strategies to deal with violence against subjects are educational programs to prevent violence and emotional support programs to decrease psychosocial stress, as well measures to improve the emergency rescue environment should be developed.

Schedule Management for Outside Duty Personnels Using Mobile Communication Data Synchronization (이동통신 자료 동기화를 이용한 외근 사원 일정관리)

  • Schedule Management for outside duty personnels and their groups is fairly difficult since they spend most of their time on working outside individually rather than inside office. Everytime when schedule change for personnels or their groups is needed, it is necessary to call every personnel in order to notify the schedule change. It would be much easier to handle the schedule management problem if outside duty personnels are able to download schedule of their groups(and, upload their schedule) using their mobile communication devices such as PDAs. In this paper, using a data synchronization protocol in mobile communication environments, a schedule management system for outside duty personnels is designed and implemented. Data synchronization in mobile communication environments is a process of maintaining consistency between data stored in mobile devices and data stored in a (central) server at office. In other words, using SyncML data synchronization protocol proposed by OMA(Open Mobile Alliance) as an open standard for data synchronization in mobile communication environments, a schedule management system for outside duty personnels which allows them to check schedule of their groups and to notify their schedule to their groups at anytime anyplace is designed and implemented.

Nurses Attitudes toward Death, Coping with Death and Understanding and Performance Regarding EOL Care: Focus on Nurses at ED, ICU and Oncology Department (임종 다빈도 부서 간호사의 죽음에 대한 태도 및 대처정도와 생애 말기환자 간호와의 관계 - 응급실, 중환자실, 종양내과 병동 간호사를 중심으로)

  • Purpose: The objectives of this study were to 1) explore nurses' attitudes toward death, coping with death, understanding and performance regarding end-of-life (EOL) care, 2) describe correlations among the above factors, and 3) determine the factors affecting nurses' EOL care performance. Methods: Study participants were 187 nurses stationed at departments that post higher mortality than others such as the oncology department, intensive care unit (ICU) and emergency department (ED). Data were collected from three urban university-affiliated hospitals. Multi-dimensional measure was performed for study instruments such as "attitude toward death", "coping with death" and "understanding and performance regarding EOL care". Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regressions. Results: First, nurses showed significantly different attitudes toward death by age, religion, work unit and EOL care education. Younger nurses tend to score low on the understanding of EOL care, and ED nurses' score was lower than their peers at the oncology department and ICU. Second, EOL care performance was positively correlated with attitude toward death (P<0.001), coping with death (P=0.003) and understanding of EOL care (P<0.001). Third, nurses' EOL care performance was affected by work unit (P<0.001) and understanding of EOL care (P<0.001). Conclusion: Because nurses' performance was influenced by their work unit and understanding of EOL care, they should be provided with appropriate training to improve their understanding of death and EOL care according to work unit.

  • 정보기술은 전략적으로 도입되어야 하고 그를 위해서는 경영전략의 선행수립이 필수적이다. 부서나 기능중심의 접근으로는 개발의 중복, 기능이나 부서간 자료의 불일치라는 문제점을 발생시킨다. ERP는 IT의 통합적 구현을 위한 개념이자 제품이다. ERP를 통해 프로세스적으로 전사적 업무흐름을 재설계하고 통합하고, 환경변화에 유연한 정보시스템을 구현할 수 있다. ERP의 기본사상이 업무중심의 접근이라면 현업사용자의 역할은 상당한 비중을 가질 것이며, 이것이 곧 사용자주도형 ERP구현이라고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 한 사례를 통해서 현업위주의 ERP시스템 개발의 정당성을 확인하고자 한다.
