최근 부산 영도를 중심으로 해상관광에 대한 논의가 활발히 이루어 지고 있다. 그에 따라 해상관광에 대한 법률 및 항로 개정, 부산 북항-남항에 대한 여건변화가 지난 몇 년에 걸쳐서 현재까지 계속되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산 영도에서 이뤄지는 해상관광의 현황을 분석하고 해양도시에 적용할 수 있는 도시형 해상관광 네트워크 구축 방안에 대해 제안하였다.

부산항 컨테이너 하역시장의 안정화를 위해서는 시장의 구조적 문제해결이 긴요하다. 이 연구에서는 부산항의 현황과 문제점을 살펴본 후, 컨테이너 물동량과 유효하역능력을 비교 분석하여 운영구조 개편을 위한 컨테이너부두 통합운영 방안을 제시하였다. 특히 이 연구에서는 통합운영 구도 및 프로세스는 물론 신항으로의 북항부두 대체 적정시기를 제안하였다.

This study was to analyze the visual preference of the port landscapes for North port in Busan. Preference related variables came from Semantic Differential(SD) method and then were conducted by the factor analysis. Multiple regression was done for the relationship between the preference and factors. The result found 4 factors, including dynamics, stability, pleasantness and healthiness. Much importance was placed on dynamics among them. Therefore, building port landscapes and their image attracting viewers should consider dynamics in terms of port landscape plan and user attraction development for visual quality management.

This study is to propose guidelines on waterfront landscape planning for Busan North Port redevelopment area. In Korea, Busan North Port redevelopment project is the first one which aims to make old port area into citizen-friendly waterfront. It is expected that many ports will be redeveloped soon after this urban waterfront remaking project. This is the basic research to lay groundwork for waterfront landscape planning at port redevelopment area. We analyze good examples of genera/landscape plans for port redevelopment area through case studies and suggest the problems and important elements for making landscape plan of Busan North Port area. Also we propose guidelines for making waterfront landscape plan of the redevelopment area at Busan North Port.

In Pusan Harbour, new port development projects are implemented such as the Extended Terminal adjacent to the Gamman Terminal, Pusan New Port, the Navy $\bigcirc$$\bigcirc$ piers, etc. which will require new marine traffic environments in the Passage I of Pusan Harbour. Specially, the turning basin of the Extended Terminal adjacent to the Gamman Terminal has been designed to overlay the Passage I of Pusan Harbour, which will interrupt the inbound traffic flow and the results will be worried to decrease the efficiency of port operation. Therefore, this paper will be aimed to evaluate the traffic congestion in the Pusan Passage I due to the opening of new ports within Pusan Harbour in 2006 and 2011 by using computer simulation based the queueing theory.

최근 항만에서 기인한 대기오염물질에 대한 심각성이 고조되고 있다. 본 연구는 부산항 (북항, 감천항 및 다대포항)을 대상으로 6월 한달 간의 항내에서 발생하는 대기오염물질 배출량을 추정하였다. 신뢰성 있는 대기오염물질 배출량 추정을 위하여 AIS(Automatic Identification System) 데이터를 기반으로 한 계산 방신인 Bottom-up 추정 방식을 활용하였으며 연료소모총량과 연료소비의 결과로서 발생한 대기오염물질 총량을 함께 분석하였다. 또한, 추정 배기가스 량을 이용하여 부산항에서의 환경 비용을 계산하였다.

항만의 지속적인 성장으로 인해 야기된 문제 해결과 도시의 회복을 위해 주요 항만도시들은 수변공간을 중심으로 항만재개발을 시도하였다. 국내 대표 항만도시인 부산광역시에서는 원도심 활성화와 해양관광 거점 조성, 도시경쟁력 강화 등을 위해 북항재개발 사업을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에 북항과 원도심에 접해있는 남항재개발의 필요성도 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 부산남항의 수변공간을 대상으로 기초조사, 현황조사를 진행하여 현황 및 문제점과 개선방안을 도출하고 항만의 지속가능한 요소를 분석하여 이를 토대로 지속 가능한 수변공간 계획안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this paper is tthe first, diagnosing the effect of terminal operating strategy which Busan Port container operators established and executed by the strategy execution process (XPP) model, second, enhancing the competitiveness of Busan Port Container Terminal by presenting ways to improve the executive ability of strategies. In order to achieve the purpose, this study utilized XPP 6 steps diagnostic variables of Kaplan and Dr. Norton for problems of the strategy execution of Busan Port container operators and conducted the survey of 7-point scale targeting employees of Busan Port container operators for the variable measurement.

선박의 대형화와 함께 해운 항만 시장이 급속히 변화하는 가운데 각 항만들은 항만 경쟁력을 가지기 위해 물동량 예측과 더불어 하역료를 바탕으로 한 부두사용료 수준에 대해 검토를 시행하고 있는 실정이다. 또한 부산북항 재개발과 관련하여 일반부두 폐쇄 및 터미널의 이전이 계획되어지는 가운데, 터미널 임대료 및 물동량 배분에 관한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 컨테이너 터미널의 주변여건 변화에 따른 컨테이너화물 물동량을 추정 및 예측하고, 기존 사용료 및 부산북항의 특정 터미널을 대상으로 향후 2020년까지의 사용료를 검토하고자 한다.
