베이지안 다중 검정방법(multiple hypothesis test)은 여러 통계모형에서 성공적인 결과를 주는 것으로 알려져있다. 일반적으로, 베이지안 가설검정은 고려중인 모형에 대한 사후확률을 계산하여 가장 높은 확률은 갖는 모형을 선택하기 때문에 귀무가설의 기각여부에만 관심을 가지는 고전적인 분산분석 검정과는 달리 좀 더 구체적인 모형을 선택할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이 논문에서는 독립이면서 로그정규분포를 따르는 K($\geq$3)개 모집단의 모수에 대한 가설 검정방법으로 O’Hagan(1995)이 제안한 부분 베이즈 요인을 이용한 베이지안 방법을 제안한다. 이 때 모수에 대한 사전분포로는 무정보적 사전분포를 사용한다. 제안한 검정 방법의 유용성을 알아보기 위하여 실제 자료의 분석과 모의 실험을 이용하여 고전적인 검정방법과 그 결과를 비교한다.

Gamma generalized linear models are useful for non-negative and skewed responses. However, these models have received less attention than Poisson and binomial generalized linear models. In particular, hypothesis testing for the significance of regression coefficients has not been thoroughly studied. In this paper we assess the performance of various test statistics for gamma generalized linear models based on numerical studies. Our results show that the likelihood ratio test and F-type test are generally recommended and that the partial deviance test should be avoided in practice.

Means measuring carcass cut traits in live pigs is needed to genetically improve the production of favorite cuts in swine. The data of body measurements as well as carcass traits were collected from 432 heads of 4 crossbred lines. Weights of most parts and percentages of belly and boston in carcass were significantly influenced by days to slaughter. Most of off test body measurements show higher correlations with carcass cut traits than body measurements of on test and market do. The multiple regression equations for estimation of carcass cut traits by off test body measurements have higher accuracy than by body measurements of on test and market. The coefficients of determination in estimation of polynomial regression with off test body measurements after adjustments of carcass cut traits for days to market were ranged 0.59 to 0.68 and 0.33 to 0.43 in weights and percentages of carcass cuts, respectively. Develop- ment of an excellent Korean type seed stock for favorite cuts can be expected, if the estimation of carcass cut traits for live animals is implemented in swine genetic improvement program.

산업안전 보건법에서 유해ㆍ위험한 작업을 필요로 하거나 동력에 의하여 작동하는 기계기구로서 유해ㆍ위험방지를 위해 방호조치가 필요한 기계기구 및 설비에 대하여는 방호장치의 설치를 의무화하고 있고 근로자의 안전을 위하여 작업상 필요한 보호구에 대해서는 신규, 수거, 부분검정을 통해 성능검정을 받도록 하는 검정제도를 의무화하고 있다. 그리고 선반, 컨베이어 등과 같은 산업용 기계류나 해외에서 안전인증획득을 목표로 하는 제품 및 재해예방에 기여할 수 있다고 인정되는 제품 등에 대하여 제품의 구조ㆍ성능 그리고 재료의 안전성에 대한 심사ㆍ시험 및 검사 등을 통하여 안전증표의 사용을 인증할 수 있도록 산업안전보건법 제34조 2항 등에서 검사 검정과 같이 의무화하는 것은 아니지만 다소 강제성의 경향을 갖도록 규정하고 있다.

연구 개발의 주된 내용은 SDL(Specification Description Language)을 위한 정형기법 지원도구 중 명세상에서 행위 부분에 대한 동적 특성을 검정하는 검정기 개발이다. 모델 검정기는 해당 프로토콜에 대해 생성된 중간 모델 I/O FSM(Input/Output Finite State Machine)에 Modal-calculus에 의해 검정대상인 deadlock, livelock, reachability 및 liveness에 대한 표현과 I/O FSM에 대해 해당 알고리즘 적용 및 분석 기능을 C++언어로 구현하였다. 또한 SDL Editer 기능과 관련된 도구들과 통합하여 사용자들이 쉽고 편하게 쓸 수 있도록 환경 및 통합 모듈을 구현한다.

We propose the Bayesian testing for the equality of two Lognormal population means. Specially we use the fractional Bayesian factors suggested by O'Hagan (1995) based on the noninformative priors for the parameters. In order to investigate the usefulness of the proposed Bayesian testing procedures, we compare it with classical tests via both real data analysis and simulations.

If the given information is exact, though it is the little, we had better use it than not use in analysis. In this article, the problem of independence test in a contingency table is considered when two marginal distributions of a population are given exactly. For that case, a likelihood-ratio chi-squared test statistic and its Pearsonian type chi-squared test statistic are derived. By Monte Carlo Simulations the traditional chi-square tests and the derived tests are compared. And the related some testing problems are synthetically explained on a geometrical viewpoint.

Oh (2008) has proposed the one-sided likelihood ratio test of the equality of two agreement measures. However the use of this test may be limited since the computations of test statistic and critical value are not easy. We propose a test for comparing two dependent agreements using some well known tests for marginal homogeneity, for instance, Bhapkar test, Stuart-Maxwell test. Data obtained from 2008 world figure skating championship ladies single is analyzed for illustration purposes.

BPA(Black Printer Algorithm)은 잉크젯 프린터에서 사용되는 C(사이안), M(마젠타), Y(옐로우) 잉크에 대한 검정(Black) 잉크의 양을 결정하는 알고리즘이다. CMY 잉크로 인쇄한 이미지의 칼라 품질은 모니터가 재생할 수는 있는 칼라 영역보다 적다. 또한 CMY 잉크를 각각 100% 씩 섞었을 때 이론적으로는 검정 색이 나와야 하나 실제는 검정 색을 정확하게 재현하지 못한다. 그래서 대부분의 프린터는 검정(K) 잉크를 기본으로 제공하며 CMY 잉크로 표현될 회색 영역의 부분을 검정 잉크로 대신 표현해 주기 때문에 프린터의 재현 영역을 확장시킬 수 있다. 또한 검정 잉크의 사용으로 인쇄품질의 색조 대비(contrast)를 증가시킬 수 있고 CMY 잉크를 검정 잉크로 대신 인쇄하기 때문에 CMY 잉크를 절약하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 본 잉크젯 프린터의 K(black) 잉크와 CMY(cyan, magenta, yellow) 잉크와의 관계를 살펴보았고 이 특성을 이용해 검정 잉크를 조절하는 방법 중에 하나인 3차 다항식의 BPA(Black Printer Algorithm)를 구현하였다. 결과에서는 성능 테스트에 대한 내용과 성능 향상을 위한 방법에 대해 논의하였다.

The effects of rainfall input uncertainty on predictions of stream flow are studied based extended GLUE (Generalized Likelihood Uncertainty Estimation) approach. The uncertainty in the rainfall data is implemented by systematic/non-systematic rainfall measurement analysis in Weida catchment, Germany. PDM (Probability Distribution Model) rainfall runoff model is selected for hydrological representation of the catchment. Using general correction procedure and DUE(Data Uncertainty Engine), feasible rainfall time series are generated. These series are applied to PDM in MC(Monte Carlo) and GLUE method; Posterior distributions of the model parameters are examined and behavioural model parameters are selected for simplified GLUE prediction of stream flow. All predictions are combined to develop ensemble prediction and 90 percentile of ensemble prediction, which are used to show the effects of uncertainty sources of input data and model parameters. The results show acceptable performances in all flow regime, except underestimation of the peak flows. These results are not definite proof of the effects of rainfall uncertainty on parameter estimation; however, extended GLUE approach in this study is a potential method which can include major uncertainty in the rainfall-runoff modelling.
