The Bolshevik Revolution of 1917 resulted not only in the establishment of the Socialist regime, but also in the critical changes in the Russian archival system. The Soviet government issued "Decree On the Reorganization and Centralization of Archival Affairs in the Russian Socialist Federated Soviet Republic", which prepared the ground for the archival administration in USSR. After having been revised and supplemented in the 1920's, the decree, signed by V. I. Lenin, was changed into "The Decree on the Archival Administration of Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic", by which the Bolshevik government was able not only to develop the conception of the State Archival Fond with the Single Archival Fond, but also to enlarge the archival collection. Besides, it was remarkable that the archival decree of 1929 provided the justification for actual developments of the archival institution. And from the practical point of view, the decree improved the archival affairs by means of the defining of the conservation period. It was at the beginning of the Stalin's period that the decree of 1929 was issued. Therefore, it may be said that the decree was one of the proofs as well as the agricultural collectivization and the industrialization that Stalin gained the overall control of the Soviet government. It was confirmed when the Second Conference of Soviet Archivists was held from 25 May to 1 June in 1929. After this meeting, M. N. Pokrovskii, who was the director of the Archival Administration in the course of the 1920's, lost the influence over the Soviet archival organizations, which meant that the autonomy of the Soviet archivists was reduced in a great degree. The Central Archival Administration of the Bolshevik regime experienced the analogous changes. It was changed into the Central Archival Agent in 1929 when the Stalinist system became strengthened. At the same time, it was significant that the Central Archival Administration of USSR was established. However, the Soviet archival affairs became under the direct control of the N. K. V. D. in the period of the Great Purge.
Korean corporations are transforming their vertical operational structure to a team-based structure to compete in the rapidly changing environment and for improved performance. However, a high percentage of the respondents in KBS said that despite the appearance of the present team structure, the organization operates much like a vertically-structured organization. This result can be attributed to the lack of study and implementation toward the goal of empowerment, the key variable for the success of the team-based structure. This study aims to provide policy suggestions on how to implement the process of empowerment, by investigating the conditions that hinder the process and the attitude of the KBS employees. For the cross-sectional study, this thesis examined the domestic and international references, conducted a survey of KBS employees, personal interviews and made direct observations. Approximately 1,200 copies of the Questionnaire were distributed and 474 were completed and returned. The analysis used SPSS 12.0 software to process the data collected from 460 respondents. For the longitudinal-study, six categories that were common to this study and "The Report of the Findings of KBS Employees' View of the Team Structure" were selected. The comparative study analyzed the changes in a ten-month period. The survey findings showed a decrease of 24.2%p in the number of responses expressing negative views of the team structure and a decrease of 1.29%p in the number of positive responses. The findings indicated a positive transformation illustrating employees' improved understanding and approval of the team structure. However, KBS must address the issue on an ongoing basis. It has been proven that the employee empowerment increases the productivity of the individual and the group. In order to boost the level of empowerment, the management must exercise new, innovative leadership and build trust between the managers and the employees first. Additional workload as a result of shirking at work places was prevalent throughout all divisions and ranks, according to the survey data. This outcome leads to the conclusion that the workload is not evenly distributed or shared. And the data also showed the employees do not trust the assessment and rewards system. More attention and consideration must be paid to the team size and job allocation in order to address this matter; the present assessment and rewards system need to be complemented. The type of leadership varies depending on the characteristics of the organization's structure and employees' disposition. KBS must develop and reform its own management, leadership style to suit the characteristics of individual teams. Finally, for a soft-landing of KBS team structure, in-house training and education are necessary.
Since Alarm Monitoring Service was introduced in Korea in 1981, the market has been increasing and is expected to increase continually. Some factors such as the increase of social security need and the change of safety consciousness, increase of persons who live alone could be affected positively on Alarm Monitoring Service industry. As Alarm Monitoring Service come into wide use, the understanding of electronic security service is spread and consumer's demand is difficult, so consideration about new developmental plan is need to respond to the change actively. Electronic security system is consist of various kinds of element, so every element could do their role equally. Alarm Monitoring Service should satisfy consumer's various needs because it is not necessary commodity, also electronic security device could be easily operated and it's appearance has to have a good design. To solve the false alarm problem, detection sensor's improvement should be considered preferentially and development of new type of sensor that operate dissimilarly to replace former sensor is needed. On the other hand, to settle the matter that occurred by response time, security company could explain the limit on Alarm Monitoring System to consumer honestly and ask for an understanding. If consumer could be joined into security activity by security agent's explanation, better security service would be provided with mutual confidence. To save response time the consideration on the introduction of GIS(Global Information System) is needed rather than GPS(Global Positioning System). Although training program for security agents is important, several benefits for security agents should be considered together. The development of new business model is required for preparation against market stagnation and the development of new commodity to secure consumer for housing service rather than commercial facility service. for the purpose of those, new commodity related to home-network system and video surveillance system could be considered, also new added service with network between security company and consumer for a basis is to be considered.
Anxiety for employment of workers has been increased due to rapid change of management environment, which tends to increase psychological instability on the job of all workers. Accordingly, this study examined the moderating effect of self-efficacy between job instability and organizational citizenship behavior. The research subjects were employees of small and medium companies in the manufacturing industry in Daejeon-si, Sejong-si and Chungcheongnam-do and Chungcheongbuk-do. 500 sheets of the questionnaire were distributed from August 5, 2015 to August 30, 2015. Among them, 321 were collected with 64.2% of the response rate. Total 312 sheets were used for analysis excluding 9 sheets with incomplete answers. The results are as follows. Firstly, it proved that job instability had negative (-) effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Secondly, in the relation between job instability and organizational citizenship behavior, there was moderating effect of self-efficacy. Accordingly, if self-efficacy of the workers is higher in the threat of job instability, it means organizational citizenship behavior would increase. In conclusion, in the current situation where there is instable survival of corporation and job, the management of small and medium manufacturing company needs to increase self-efficacy through training and internal reward to employees. The limit of the study is that the research subjects were employees of small and medium companies in the manufacturing industry in Daejeon-si, Sejong-si and Chungcheongnam-do and Chungcheongbuk-do. Accordingly, as situational peculiarity may be observed, it is required to have expanded study to more various areas, works and industries.
The purpose of this study is to examine differences in the level of customer satisfaction(product satisfaction, service satisfaction) and customer loyalty depending on a Korean restaurant executive's human resources management and the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. It also investigates whether there are any associations between customer loyalty and financial performance and between the executive's human resources management and financial performance. The research was conducted during lunch and dinner in restaurants in Daegu and Gyeongbuk region which have over 12,000 won of food prices from January 2, 2012 January 17. 336 copies from customers and 15 copies of executives were used for final analysis. The results of the study are as follows. When Korean restaurant executive staff performed high levels of training for new employees and reasonable compensations, customers got a significantly high product and service satisfaction. Also, when they had a high level of human resources management in recruit, training for new employees and performance review, customers got a significantly high loyalty. Moreover, product satisfaction and service satisfaction had significant effects on customer loyalty, and there was a significant association between customer loyalty and financial performance. There was also a significant association between an executive's human resources management and financial performance.
The purpose of this study is to closely examine the effect of exercise behavior change of casino securities on their Self-efficacy. Within these areas, we set the selected employees as the targeted sampling unit, we extracted the specimen, using the stratified cluster random sampling with the quota sampling, putting a weigh on the specimen of focused areas. Among 420 persons sampling unit, we have excluded 47 copied which seem to be insincere, and actually used 373 copies in this study. Evaluation forms are used as a study method; each form consists of continuance 5 points Likert scales and nominal/proportional scaling and used after excluding a test through the analysis of validity and reliability. After encoding and inputting the framing completed data along with each purpose, it was computerized by computer process, making use of SPSS 15.0 version. Through the data analysis according to these methods and procedures, the result on this study is described below. First, the exercise behavior change process the self-efficacy according to socio-demographic characteristics make a difference. Second, the self-efficacy according to socio-demographic characteristics make a difference. Third, the exercise behavior change process influence on the self-efficacy.
A shipbroking is maritime service business, which is consist of market of freight, shipbuilding, sales & purchase and demolition for intermediation between customer and supplier. In this way, a shipbroking business has strong relationship with shipping industry and is also knowledge service business for creation additional value based on shipping, shipbuilding, financial and law etc. However, the research on the evaluation items and a method for shipbroking company were not carried out in previous research. In this paper, We defined evaluation items with three high level, six middle level and sixteen low level for evaluation of shipbroking service by expert's brainstorming and AHP(analytic hierarchy process) method. And also carried out survey to employees of shipbroking company as supplier and shipping company as customer. As a result of survey, result of service in high level, convenient of middle level and credibility of low level are evaluated highly, and also business credit rating, profit of customer, achievement of customer's object are considered to more important than others items. In case of comparison between group, a method of contact with client, problem-solving ability, good relationship with clients of international and domestic evaluated importantly in common.

The purpose of this study is to closely examine the effect of exercise behavior change of casino securities on their physical self-description. This observation takes place in casino enterprises in Seoul, Busan, Kangwon and Jeju. Within these areas, we have selected companies with more than 30 securities. Among 450 persons sampling unit, we have excluded 77 copied which seem to be insincere, and actually used 373 copies in this study. Fifth, the exercise behavior influence indirectly on the physical self-concept throughout the decision-making balance and self-efficacy.

The construction standards in Korea consist of design standards and specifications. They are provided by the national transportation electronic information center in file format, not in a DB, which may lead to their incomplete utilization and versatility, such as a lack of history management and reference functions. This also makes it difficult to cross-refer to standards and manage revision history. In this study, we developed a code management system for the national construction standards by analyzing domestic and overseas related systems, in order to pinpoint the problems in the current system and its development direction and, thus, to suggest a detailed plan for the design and implementation of a code management system. The developed system comprises four subsystems, namely a construction standards making system, construction standards service system, construction standards maintenance system and construction standards portal system. The results of this study are expected to improve the user's convenience by facilitating the revision, operation and history management of the complex and various construction standards, and to provide high-quality national construction standards by effectively supporting the revision and operation of the national construction standards with minimum duplication and conflicts.
This study suggests direction of new ordinance establishment for the future national application of Low Impact Development(LID) by analyzing current LID-related regulations of local governments, substantial agents to install and maintain a facility, through qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Four key words related to LID were derived from advisory conference and then ninety nine ordinances as the LID-related regulations were extracted to analyze. The study shows that rainwater-related ordinance passed in the middle of 2000s are being merely converted to the law on the promotion and support of water reuse. Regulations on water cycle and LID exist only in three cities nationwide(Seoul City, Suwon City and Namangju City). Interview with administrators of three cities to have LID-related regulations revealed following results. First, both rainwater and water reuse related regulations have not considered regional characteristics such as rainfall intensity, effects of impervious and merely followed guidelines by Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs. Second, existing ordinance is confined to specific facilities and thus cannot include the concept of LID which covers land and space utilization. Therefore, for proper application of LID, this study proposes issue of ordinance that resembles Seoul City ordinance and a new guideline that can reflect regional characteristics such as rainfall and location.
