그 동안 사회과학 분야에서의 연구는 논리실증주의의 객관성 중시 사고가 지배해왔다. 그 결과 객관적인 측정과 변수들 간의 관계에 대한 타당성에 중점을 개인간 (interindividual)의 비교에 대한 연구가 주를 이룸으로써 개인의 주관성이 반영되어 나타나는 다양한 자극들에 대한 개인내(intraindividual)의 반응의 차이에 대한 연구가 부진하였다. 사회과학분야에서 중요한 연구대상이 되는 인간의 독특성은 바로 개별 주체들이 가지고 있는 주관성에 있다고 해고 과언이 아닌데 실증주의자들이 사용해 온 계량적 접근방법으로는 인간의 본질적 속성인 주관성에 대한 연구에 한계가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 Q 방법의 방법론적 특성과 실제 적용에 대해 알아본다.

좋은 전기적 특성을 가지면서 소자의 크기를 줄이기에 용이한 Gate-all-around (GAA) twin Si nanowire field-effect transistors (TSNWFETs)의 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. Switching 특성과 단채널 효과가 없는 TSNWFETs의 특성은 GAA 구조의 본질적인 특성이다. TSNWFETs는 기존의 single Si nanowire TSNWFETs와 bulk FET에 비하여 Drive current가 nanowire의 지름에 많은 영향을 받지 않는다. 그러나 TSNWFETs의 전체 on-current는 훨씬 작고 nanowire의 지름이 작아지면서 줄어들게 되면서 소자의 sensing speed와 sensing margin 특성의 악화를 가지고 온다. GAA TSNWFETs의 제작 및 전기적 실험에 대한 연구는 많이 진행되었으나, GAA TSNWFETs의 전기적 특성에 대한 이론적 연구는 매우 적다. 본 연구에서는 GAA TSNWFETs의 nanowire 크기에 따른 전기적 특성을 관찰하였다. GAA TSNWFETs와 bulk FET의 전기적 특성을 양자역학을 고려하여 3차원 TCAD 시뮬레이션을 툴을 이용하여 계산하였다. GAA TSNWFETs와 bulk FET의 전류-전압 특성 계산을 통해 on-current 크기, subthreshold swing, drain-induced barrier lowering (DIBL), gate-induced drain leakage를 보았다. 전류가 흐르는 경로와 전기적 특성의 물리적 의미에 대한 연구를 위해 TSNWFETs에서의 전류 밀도, conduction band edge, potential 특성을 분석하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 Switching 특성, 단채널 효과에 대한 면역 특성, nanowire의 단면적에 따른 전류 흐름을 보았다. nanowire의 크기가 작아지면서 DIBL이 증가하고 문턱전압과 전체 on-current는 감소하면서 소자의 특성이 악화된다. 이러한 결과는 GAA TSNWFETs의 전기적 특성을 이해하고 좋은 소자 특성을 위한 구조를 연구하는데 많은 도움이 될 것이다.

고투자율비정질금속자성재료는 원자비가 종래의 고투자율금속자성료보다도 싸고, 제조공정도 간단하게 될 가능성이 있기 때문에 낮은 가격으로도 제작할 수 있는 가능성이 있다. 자기특성에 관해서는 주규소강판에 비하여 포화자속밀도는 낮지만 철손이 상당히 작은 특징이 있으며 퍼말로이에 비해서는 훨씬 높은 투자율 및 포화자속밀도를 갖는다. 따라선 싼값으로 공급된다면 재래의 재료에 대치될 가능성이 커지게 된다. 이미 구미에서는 전자기기용자심 뿐만 아니라 배전용변압기의 철심으로서 실용화가 진행되고 있다. 기계적특성에서도 강도가 현저히 높고, 인성이 풍부하여, 내마모성이 뛰어나다. 이러한 특성과 자기특성을 함께 살린 응용면으로서 자기헤드, 재료, 자기차폐재료 등을 들 수 가 있다. 이상은 고투자율비창질금속자성재료의 실용화와 관련된 유리한 측면인데, 이 재료는 본질적으로 불안저이평횡상태에 있기 때문에, 자기적 및 기계적 특성이 열적으로 불안정하다고 하는 큰 난점을 가지고 있다. 물론 이러한 열적특성을 적극적으로 활용하는 면도 생각되지만, 이 문제는 실용화를 위해서는 큰 방벽이라고 할 수 있을 것이다.

최근 개인 무선통신 기술의 발달과 모바일화로 인해 안테나의 소형화가 요구되어 왔다. 소형화 과정에서 안테나가 가지고 있는 본질적인 특성(이득, 대역폭, 다이버시티 등)은 유지되기를 희망하고 있다. 이를 위해 소형 안테나의 그라운드 면이 또 다른 안테나 방사체임을 이용하여 안테나의 고유 특성의 열화를 조절할 수 있겠다. 본문에서는 소형 안테나의 그라운드 크기가 안테나의 특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 최적의 그라운드 조건을 제시한다.

고객만족 개념의 연구 초기에서는 고객만족 개념을 인지적 반응, 정서적 반응 등 포괄적으로 정의하고 있으나, 지금까지도 만족이란 구성개념의 세부적 기술(specification of the construct)이 제대로 이루어지지 않았다. 고객만족에 관한 초기연구 이후 이론의 정교화가 점진적으로 이루어지기 시작하면서 고객만족의 개념은 "충족상태가 유쾌한 수준에서 제공되거나, 제공되었는가에 대한 판단"으로 정의됨으로써 만족이란 개념을 보다 구체적인 수준에서 설명하고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 정의에서도 고객만족의 본질적인 특성이 무엇인가는 명확하게 기술되지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서 제시되고 있는 고객만족의 개념적 정의(conceptual definition)와 조작적 정의를 비판적으로 검토하여 고객만족 개념을 재정립하고 향후 연구와 활용을 위한 명제를 제시하고 있다.

Recently, the importance of cultural design has been increasing due to the globalization. However the cultural design is mainly focusing on the shape or color stereotype of different cultures, ignoring another important aspects of cultural design: the way of peoples' interacting with product. The study aims to develop usability test program for cultural user-interface design that operates in the world wide web. The study begins with discussing the nature of culture through defining culture and reviewing the depth and variables of culture. Based on the findings the structure of the usability testing program on the WWW design methods is identified. The usability testing program on the WWW comprises of five different modules: module for identifying users' demographic characteristics, module for cultural variables, module for population stereotype, module for usability testing, and module for data storage and analysis. Finally findings are summarized and further research prospects are outlined.

The thought of Emmanuel Mounier addresses the most important problems in human life. In this research we try to analyze the three ontological characteristics of 'Person'. First the person has an indefinable character and is not substitutable since he is the true self which is the inner and spiritual being constituting the self-consciousness of an individual. The person has his individuality precisely because he is an individual and his being sovereign in having his own world. Next, the person's individuality has an ontological solitude from his own perspective. Nevertheless, having essentially an existential openness since it receives the elements that compose his own world by relationship and communication between men, and being connected unremittedly, the person is paradoxical. Finally, the person appears as a dynamic thing that continues to create the new self-consciousness. And this dynamism of the person wants to proclaim its self identity while at the same time, aim for a "personification of society" based on the love of humanity. Because of this we can say that the thought of Emmanuel Mounier on the person may be a new type of "humanism" that can give light to the misery of modern society.

고분자막을 이용한 분리공정에서 본질적으로 요구되는 성능은 우수한 선택도와 투과속도인데, 이러한 특성들은 막의 화학구조 및 막의 두께 등에 의하여 영향을 받는다. 따라서 선택투과기체와 친화성이 좋은 물질을 박막화하여 제조한다면 분리막으로 우수한 성능을 지닐 수 있을 것이다.

The current research investigates an optimal design for the service system, which refers to the entire process of implementing, providing, and utilizing wisdom assets. We analyzed the intrinsic commonality of wisdom assets and services, and carried out research based on optimality in fidelity to service essence. The essential characteristics of service are horizontality, interactivity, harmonization, and relationship. It is suggested that the operating process can be implemented in the best condition when the wisdom asset service system is designed based on the four essential characteristics of services. It has been demonstrated that the entire process of production, delivery, marketing and quality control of wisdom contents can be designed on the basis of the essence of wisdom and service. After designing a basic service model, detailed service models are presented. The purpose of this study was to solve the problems of the material civilization society which is suffering mentally and to design the social service model which is high in productivity but mentally healthy. By supplementing and deepening the results of this study, it will be possible to develop and implement desirable social service model in which all societies live a happy life.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the current and overall situation of cataloging ecosystem focusing on the interrelationship between traditional library and social cataloging site cataloging. For this, an extensive research and analysis was conducted concerning comparative analysis on cataloging rules of the library and social cataloging. As a result, not only the similarity and difference but also interrelationship between library and social cataloging was analyzed in detail. In addition, the characteristics of the cataloging rules were analyzed by the stage of cataloging in the library and the social cataloging environment. This study provides implications for mutual understanding and cooperation between library and social cataloging. The result may have significant meaning in prospecting cataloging ecosystem and planning further study on facilitating interaction and leading knowledge organization development.
