제과$\cdot$제빵분야는 대표적인 내수업종이고 보수적 업종성격이 강하다고 볼 수 있다. 연간 성장률이 $30\~40\%$대의 고성장을 구가하던 과거의 좋은 시기도 있었다. 현재 우리가 처한 $\$1$만 소득에서 $\$2$만 소득으로 가는 길목에서 이 분야는 기호식품으로 완전히 변해 있다고 볼 수 있다. 저성장 내지 마이너스 성장도 올 수 있는 시대에 이미 진입했다고 볼 수 있다. 소비자의 기호를 적극적으로 반영치 못한 제품은 시장에서 생존이 어려운 시대를 이미 맞고 있고, 이러한 현상은 차후 더 심하고 세차게 진행되어 질 것이다. 엄밀히 말해 기존의 제품운영계획 그대로 진행하면 그런 기업은 퇴보하게 되어있다고 생각된다. 또 다른 말로 표현하면 이제는 제과$\cdot$제빵 산업은 과감한 변신이 없다면 이미 사양산업화 되어지고 있다고도 볼 수 있다. 과감한 변신은 무엇일까? 소비자 욕구를 정확히 파악하고 이에 부응한 제품운영계획을 충실하게 세워 시행하는 것이다. 세부적으로는, (1) 제품내용물에 좋은 기능성을 도입시키는 것이다. 소위 건강에 좋다는 각종 원료성분들을 사용한 제품을 개발하여서 생산, 판매하는 전략이다. (2) 제품의 포장의 질을 좋게 하고 고급화 시킬 필요가 있다고 본다. BT를 응용한 첨단 포장기술 도입실행이 필요하다. 소비자에게 좋은 이미지를 줄 수 있고, 포장본래의 기능 제품보호가 완벽해야 하고 사용하기에 편리하여야 한다는 것이다. (3) 외국 제품들과의 경쟁은 필수적이다. 가공식품 분야는 이제 거의 $100\%$ 시장이 개방된 상태를 맞고 있다. 외국의 고기능성 내지 고급화제품들과의 경쟁은 피할수 없는 현실을 맞고 있다. 외국시장의 정보를 면밀히 분석하고 이에 대한 대응전략은 물론 더 나아가서 외국제품을 능가 할 경쟁력있는 제품개발이 필요하다고 판단된다. R&D 분야에 투자를 필연적으로 늘여야만 한다. 국내 식품사들의 Ramp;D 투자금액이 구미선진국이 1/10이하 수준에 머물고 있는 것이 오늘날 우리들의 실정이기 때문이다. 일본 등과 FTA 협정쳬결 논의가 국가적과제로 추진되고 있는 현재의 상황에서 이에 대한 우리업계의 대응전략을 지금부터 착수하여야 할 때라고 판단된다. 기본부터 철저히 우리의 장점을 살린 실질적 대응책 마련에 많은 지혜를 발휘할 때 우리 식품산업이 대내외적으로 경쟁력을 가질수 있다고 예상된다. 이러한 상황을 미루어 볼때에 고부가가치 제품을 창출 할 수 있는 여러가지 방안을 기업과 학계 그리고 정부가 종합적으로 강구하여야 할 때인 것이다. 필자는 이에 관한 몇 가지 방안들을 제안하였다.

In this Paper, we designed an LSP(Line Spectral Pairs) parameter quantizer with cascaded structure of vector quantizer and scalar quantizer for the wideband speech coder. We have chosen the 16th-order of the LP coefficients. These coefficients are then transformed into the LSP parameters which have the excellent properties for quantization and easy stability checking condition of synthesis filter. In the first stage of quantization, input LSP parameters are split-vector-quantized using two 8-th order codebooks. In the second stage, the components of residual vector are individually quantized by the scalar quantizer utilizing the ordering property of LSP parameters. The designed adaptive VQ-SQ quantizer using 35 bits/frame shows the wideband transparency that the average spectral distortion should be less than 1.6 ㏈ and less than 4% of the frames should have SD above 3 ㏈. The simulation results show that the designed quantizer provides a 2-3 bits/frame saving over the typical vector-scalar quantizer.

Citric acid is a natural preservative and is used to add a sour taste to foods and soft drinks. For the preparation of stable food additives of citric acid, a coating process using vegetable oil was developed. Coating materials used were purified soy bean oil and carnauba wax. The yield of coated citric acid was up to 95% in both cases. The contents of coating materials was 20~33% in the total composition and the coating efficiency was 95.2 ${\pm}$ 0.01%. The surface of coated citric acid was much smoother and more homogeneous than that of original citric acid according to SEM data. The coated citric acid can be used to as a stable food additive and also would be applied to nutraceuticals and cosmetic ingredients.

On intranet system, it is essential element for providing information to decrease response time. To realize this efficiencies of response time of the network, a lot of research have been conducted. The purpose of the research and implementation is to shorten the response time of information system. We can realize final goal of information system through fast response time. This final goal of information system is to secure the performance efeciency within the required time. In order to acquire the method of warranty of fast response time, the efficient measurement method is essential. This research suggests a latency test techniques being used on infrastructure system and also offers a response time measurement methodology. Methodology proposed in this research has proven that it is possible to measure response time through the scheduled method. Also it is possible to develop a enhanced networking capabilities, and information system capabilities for the development of information system.

Different from visible horror elements that confront the characters directly and do physical harms, invisible horror elements are expressed through suggestion and imagination and their realities are not disclosed. For the disclosure of the realities of invisible horror elements, they are expressed through the overturned relation between the subject and victim of horror as in 'The Others' or through body snatching as in 'The Happening' and 'Paranormal Activity'. The overturn of relation and body snatching are connected to cannibalism in that the former causes a sudden change of personality and the latter takes the body of others. Cannibalism and the change of personality belong to the formalization and illogic of lower order resulting from cannibalism. The meaning of invisible horror elements in films seems to be contradictory to the original meaning of cannibalism, which is entering the sphere of utopian freedom, but considering that the reversed role resolves conflicts and tensions from terror and gives relief from fear, the meaning may be consistent with the spirit of cannibalism, namely, entering 'the sphere of freedom. In this study, the author attempted to analyze how the expression and plot of films showing invisible horror elements are related with cannibalism.

The process of managing the results of national R&D projects, which are aimed at strengthening national competitiveness has been ineffective so far. The existing structure for managing the results of national R&D projects have largely been relying on just strong and managing the result of each project and not on the utilization and expansion of the results for further application. We aim at developing a system that would exceed the current system which heavily relies on a passive paradigm of management and circulation of technology. Through the newly developed system, we look forward to achieve the major goals of R&D, such as cutting down the expenses, increasing the margin improving the technology and expanding the influence of the research to other areas from through improving the system as well as the process for managing R&D projects.

This study investigated the administrative history, from the introduction of the "Standard of Government Function Classification" (BRM) to its development and application. Through the results of the survey, the causes of the problems observed in the current government's functional classification system were revealed. The current survey examined the functional classification scheme of the central government and local governments on the "cultural heritage" policy area (9 major functions, 59 middle functions, 297 small functions, and 1,287 unit tasks). It confirmed the problem of the separation of functions between central and local governments as well as other problems. Among the problems, this study proposed an improvement model through four representative cases such as the "designation of cultural heritage." In order to reorganize the "Standard of Government Function Classification," it is necessary to design a business function with the reproduction of tasks, establish a system for management and operation in order to maintain the consistency of the business function, educate users, and suggest continuous improvement.

Prior literature shows that audit market concentration which is measured as the Herfindahl index is negatively associated with audit quality in Korea. This study analyzes whether characteristics of an audit committee have effect on the relation between audit market concentration and audit quality. This is because it is expected that effective audit committees restrict the tendency of dominant auditors to neglect their duties. The empirical results of this study using the sample firms having an audit committee listed in the Korea Composite Stock Price Index market for 2006-2015 are summarized as follows. First, consistent with prior research, audit quality decreases as audit market concentration increases. However, audit quality is not lowered as audit market concentration rises only when the audit committee has financial expertise among representative characteristics of an audit committee - independence, financial expertise, and activity. This research finds contributions in that it explores the effect of audit committee characteristics on audit quality in consideration of audit market concentration and utilizes the differential types of the characteristics of an audit committee at the same time.

Demand on information security in mobile devices based control system grows rapidly with a view to counteracting information hacking and leakage. Among these techniques, encryption and authentication are most common. This paper presents CBC-MAC (Cipher Block Chaining-Message Authentication Code) based mobile devices control system. The system is termed as Secure Mobile in Vehicle (SMIV)We use CBC-MAC that is one of the most efficient authentication modes to protect information against any malicious attacks. By sharing the secret key of CBC-MAC between the transmitter and receiver, it asserts authentic information. The proposed system is verified in such a way that we develop mobile devices control system, apply the CBC-MAC algorithm to the control system and validate the received data. Unlike conventional systems where the development of control mechanism in mobile devices based control systems is main concern, this proposed system offers a secure communication link of the data in mobile devices control system and therefore would be useful to the design and implementation of various mobile devices based control systems.

A hybrid system is a combination of sub systems which have different types of state and time: a typical example is a combination of discrete event and continuous systems. A HDEVS(Hybrid DEVS) formalism was proposed for modeling and analyzing a hybrid system. The HDEVS formalism allows modelers to construct a hierarchical and modular model based on the mathematical set theory. Because the HDEVS formalism was applied to the distributed and interoperated simulators, modelers should make several heterogenous models dividing a target system. Hence, this paper proposes an extended hybrid coupled model of HDEVS formalism and an integrated hybrid modeling methodology in contrast to the existing simulation framework on interoperable simulators. By applying the proposed modeling method, a target system can be translated to a hybrid model in a similar form as the target system. This paper also contains a simulation engine design for the proposed modeling methodlogy and a case study which simulates water tank control systems.
