The purpose of this study was to determine the dietary behavior of adolescents and to determine the association with allergic diseases according to dietary behavior. The data were obtained from the 15th Korea Youth Risk Behavior Survey 2019. Complex-sample descriptive statistics and the chi-square test were used for data analysis in SPSS. Adolescents diagnosed with asthma had a relationship with frequency of breakfast, fruit, soda, energy drink, sweet drink, fast food, vegetable and convenience store eating experience. Adolescents diagnosed with allergic rhinitis were associated with frequency of breakfast, fruit, soda, sweet drinks, vegetables, and milk. Adolescents diagnosed with atopic dermatitis were associated with soda, vegetables, milk, and convenience store eating experiences. Therefore, in the case of adolescents with allergic diseases, it is necessary to educate them on correct dietary behavior so that they can have correct habits.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of nursing students' abilities of communication and self-reflection on their attitudes toward mental illness. Data were collected from September to October in 2020. In total, 180 questionnaires were collected, and 170 questionnaires among them were used for analysis, excluding 10 with poor responses. As a result, nursing students' communication ability, self-reflection, and attitude toward mental illness showed a significant positive correlation. Nursing students' communication ability and self-reflection were major factors influencing their attitudes toward mental illness, which explained 49% of the total variance. Continuous education to improve students' communication ability and self-reflection level within the nursing department's curriculum will be needed to pursue nursing students' positive attitude toward mental illness. Also, additional education program to improve students' attitudes toward mental illness will be required.

최근까지 복부 자기공명영상은 간의 국소병변의 특성을 규명하는 데 가장 많이 사용되어 왔다고 할 수 있다. 그러나, 자기공명영상의 기법과 장비의 발달로 인해 그 적응증이 더욱 확대되어 가는 추세에 있고 , 특히 자기공명담췌관촬영술의 도입과 발전은 복부 자기공명영상의 적응증을 한층 넓히는 데 크게 기여하고 있다. 이와 함께, 2차원 또는 3차원 경사에코기법과 조영제를 병용하여 호흡정지 상태에서 자기공명혈관촬영상을 얻을 수 있게 되어 자기공명담췌관촬영술과 혈관촬영술을 복합하여 다양한 담췌관질환을 평가하는 데 이용하는 빈도가 증가하고 있다. 이 강의 에서는 최근에 널리 사용되는 자기공명담췌혈관촬영술 또는 역동적 역상과의 복합적 사용의 유용성을 돌아보고자 한다.

천식(Asthma)과 같은 복합질환(Complex Disease)의 원인과 작용 모델을 찾기 위해서 여러가지 통계적인 방법들과 기계 학습(Machine Learning)의 방법 등이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유전 알고리즘을 이용하여 천식 환자와 대조군들을 분류할 수 있는 단일염기 다형성(SNP, Single Nucleotide Polymorphism)의 조합에 대하여 조사한다.

Genomic Project 이후로 다양한 질환에 있어서 유전적인 영향에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 한국인 치주질환 환자에서 Fc ${\gamma}R$ 유전자의 유전자다형성과 치주질환 특성과의 관련성을 알아보는 것이다. 치주적으로 건강한 한국인 90명(대조군, 남자64명, 여자26명), 중도 만성 치주염환자 40명(severe chronic periodontitis patients; severe CP, 남자 24명, 여자 16명)을 대상으로 임상지수(치주낭 깊이, 입상부착소실, 치은지수, 치태지수, 탐침 후 출혈지수, 치조골소실)를 측정하였다. 또한 이들의 정맥혈에서 추출한 DNA를 PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction)법, 전기영동법 등을 이용하여 Fc ${\gamma}RIIIa$ , Fc ${\gamma}RIIIb$의 대립유전자의 존재여부를 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 각 유전자의 다형성 및 Fc ${\gamma}R$ 복합유전자형 (Fc ${\gamma}R$ composite genotype)을 확인하여, 각 군 간을 비교하였다. 치주질환의 특성과 유전자 다형성과의 관련성을 알아보기 위하여 Fc ${\gamma}R$ 유전자에 대한 유전자다형성을 조사한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 1. Fc ${\gamma}RIIla$에 대한 유전자다형성 연구결과 대조군과 severe CP, AgP군 사이에서, severe CP와 AgP군 사이에서는 대립유전자분포가 서로 유의성 있는 차이를 나타내었지만(p<0.05), Fc ${\gamma}RIIlb$에서는 유의성 있는 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>0.05). 2. Fc ${\gamma}R$ 복합유전자형간의 비교에서 유의성 있는 차이를 발견할 수 없었다(p>0.05). 이와 같은 결과를 종합하여 볼 때 실험대상 한국인 치주염환자에서 Fc ${\gamma}R$ 유전자에 대한 다형성분석에서 Fc ${\gamma}RIIIa$ 대립유전자가 치주염에 대한 감수성과 관련되어 있다고 생각된다. 이 연구의 결과는 유전자의 차이가 치주질환의 감수성 판단의 자료로 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 보여주고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the correlations of oral myofunction and oral environment for the elderly with systemic diseases and to suggest need to improve oral health for the elderly. Data were collected from 64 elderly over the age of 65, from April to June 2019. Data were surveyed on general characteristics, oral myofunction, oral health-related quality of life, oral bacteria. Analysis was performed using PASW Statistics ver 18.0. The subjects were 43.8% systemic diseases, among them 40.6 percent of the people with more than two. The number of functional teeth was 18.6. Age was negatively correlated with functional teeth(r=-.384, p<.01) and tongue pressure (r=-).104, p<.001). Tongue pressure was a positive correlation with lip force(r=.279, p<.05). Age and total number of bacteria was negative correlation(r=-.336, p<.01). The functional teeth and total number of bacteria was positive correlation(r=.551, p<.001). The number of systemic diseases and total number of bacteria was positive correlation(r=.327, p<.01) the analysis of oral myofunction and oral bacteria in older patients with systemic diseases It was meaningful in suggesting a plan to improve oral health for the elderly. A practical policy plan was required to improve the quality of oral health life in a super-aged society.

This study aims to evaluate the influence of oral contraceptive(OC) on periodontal disease. Research data was used the results derived from the Fourth Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(KNHANES), and 1,101 Korean women, aged 19 to 50 years with non-pregnant and premenopausal, were selected. The chi-square test and logistic regression analysis were performed to identify the relationship between OC use and periodontal disease, according to factors of demographic and socioeconomic, oral health behavior, OC use period, and periodontal status. In the results, OC use was statistically related with age, marital status and smoking. No significant differences were found in between the gingival condition and current OC use. The prevalence of periodontal disease increased with age, but did not have significant correlations with period of OC usage, smoking and oral health behavior. Final analysis was indicated that OC use is not associated with periodontal disease, regardless of adjustment for confounding variables.

The purpose of this study is to investigate work related diseases in Korean firefighters and to prepare the preventive measure for health management for the firefighters. Structured self-reported questionnaire was distributed to the firefighters. The result revealed that 37.7% of fire fighters had chronic diseases and 12.3% had chronic low back pains. The affected parts included lumbar region(41.5%), shoulder(33.0%), and neck(23.6%). The affected parts caused physical pain and work discomfort for more than a month. A total of 54.1% firefighters visited to the hospital within a year. This results suggest that it is necessary to develop the health promotion program for the prevention of musculoskeletal disease and regular health checkup for the acute disorders caused by workload.

The purpose of this study is to apply a chronic disease management non-face-to-face program for the prevention and management of chronic disease and to confirm the effect of a one-group pre-and post-design similar experimental study. The program consisted of nursing, nutrition, and exercise programs for 12 weeks. The subjects were 69 adult men and women using the chronic disease management center at public health centers, and the period was from May 3 to August 6, 2021. Systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, fasting blood sugar, BMI, depression, and quality of life were measured before and after the program. Data were analyzed with SPSS 20.0. As a result, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, fasting blood glucose, and quality of life were found to be significant. Depression was not significant, but mild depression was reduced. Developing, applying, and managing various non-face-to-face programs for chronic disease management will contribute to the prevention of chronic diseases and the promotion of health maintenance.
