Analysis of disaster-accident information using artificial intelligence algorithm (인공지능 알고리즘을 활용한 재난사고정보 분석)

  • 우리나라는 현재 재난의 유형을 자연재난과 사회재난으로 구분하여 관리하고 있다. 하지만 최근 재난 사고 사례를 살펴보면 단일재난으로 인한 피해보다 자연재난이 발생한 이후 사회재난으로 재난이 전파되는 복합재난의 형태가 종종 나타나고 있다. 복합재난은 단일 재난에 의한 피해(인적, 물적) 보다 크게 나타나고 복합재난의 발생원인 및 전파과정을 분석하기 어려워 이에 대한 다각적인 분석과 동시에 재난상호간의 연관성을 도출하는 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 과거 재난사고정보를 분석하는 연구는 일반적인 통계기법을 활용한 분석에 머물러 있으며 수집된 재난사고사례가 많지 않아 분석에 신뢰성을 보장할 수 없었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 복잡하게 나타나는 재난 사고를 분석하기 위하여 최근 각광받고 있는 인공지능 분석기법을 연구에 고려하였다. 본 연구의 과정은, 첫째로 재난사고정보 분석에 인공지능을 활용한 사례를 조사하고 여타 연구분야에서 적용되고 있는 인공지능 분석기술을 재난사고정보 분석에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 둘째로 수집가능 한 재난사고정보를 수집하고 인공지능 모형에 적용가능 한 형태로 변환하는 과정을 수행하였다. 셋째로 변환된 재난사고정보를 대표적인 인공지능 알고리즘을 활용하여 다양한 질문(목적)에 부합하는 재난사고정보 분석모형을 구축하고자 하였다. 마지막으로 다양한 인공지능 알고리즘을 적용한 모형의 신뢰성을 비교하였으며 이를 통하여 재난사고정보 분석에 적용가능 하며 질문(목적)에 부합하는 최적 인공지능 알고리즘을 도출하고자 하였다.

Development of a Question List in Accordance with Stage of Research, Which Guides Open Inquiry of Gifted Students in Science (과학영재의 자유탐구를 안내하는 연구단계별 질문목록 개발)

  • The open inquiry is one of the representative learning approaches for gifted students. However, a gifted student should develop various complicated competencies to succeed in the open inquiry because of its complexity. This study develops a question list in accordance with each stage of inquiry so that the list could provide scaffolding in the process of open inquiry and students develop near-professional competencies and produce distinguished outcomes. For the purpose, we have reviewed various literatures related to research methodologies, academic writings, and learning of inquiry. Based on the review, we identified the open inquiry as cognitive, metacognitive, and sociocultural processes and set up the direction of the development of the question list. We also have elaborated the goals of the open inquiry, provided a model of the stage of inquiry, and developed the guiding question list belonging to each stage. As a discussion, we provided several noteworthy issues in the situation of when the list is used in the teaching of the open inquiry for the gifted.

A Qualitative Study on the Use of Fallacies in the 2022 Korean Presidential Debates (20대 대선 후보 TV토론에서의 오류 사용에 관한 질적 연구)

  • The present study aims to explore how fallacies, arguments that seem valid but are not, appear in 2022 South Korean presidential debates. It qualitatively analyzes the candidates' remarks in the first and last presidential debates (240 minutes) using 20 formal and informal fallacy concepts as a theoretical framework. Results show that the three candidates used 23 informal fallacies from 15 categories, including the straw man, red herring, begging the question, complex question, hasty generalization, appeal to the masses, and you too. The candidates relied on fallacies to defend their image and electoral agenda from adversary attacks and to contaminate their opponent's image and agenda. The arguers, who struggled with tough questions, frequently made fallacies as pseudo-arguments to avoid the situation without lying and violating election laws. This study indicates that the fallacy system can be a framework for analyzing crucial political content. Moreover, it warns against the abuse of fallacies in TV debates.

A Study of Environment Analysis Method for Information Strategy Planning based Scenarios (시나리오 기반의 정보화전략 계획 수립을 위한 환경 분석 방법 연구)

  • This paper, which was performed for an environmental analysis step in the information strategy planning, proposes the capable method of building a foundation which can improve the quality of results. An existing environment analyzing method is composed with external environment analysis, internal capacity analysis and information direction deriving activity. At the first stage of environment analysis, with current state analysis, preparation of interview with major stakeholder of project, carrying out the interview, added the activities to gain initial direction of the information. Then it applied a key-questioning of convergence scenario-based analysis for external environment analysis and internal capacity analysis. Performing the external environment analysis and internal capacity analysis with analysis model, convergence application of scenario-based analysis model was enabled to verify information direction on the initial setting. The result was applied at actual project site and was enabled to perform the project quickly, and to improve the quality of project results.

  • 본 연구는 프로젝트 선정 및 포트폴리오 관리에 관한 고찰이다. 첫 번째 부분은 프로젝트 선정에 관한 세 가지 방법 (AHP, 경제학적 방법, Microsoft's Enterprise 프로젝트 관리 방법)의 장 단점에 대한 간단한 견해를 제시하였다. 두 번째 부분은 프로젝트 포트폴리오 관리에 관한 기법 등을 소개하였고, 6개의 질문을 통해 프로젝트 포트폴리오 관리 시스템에 대해 어떻게 조직화하고 활용할 것인가를 고찰하였다.

  • 3d 게임 혹은 애니메이션 툴로 제작된 인터렉티브 아트 작품은 디스플레이를 통해 표현 될 때 가상의 입체공간이 시각적 평면 상태로 전달되는 물리적 한계를 가지게 된다. 관람자의 몸의 움직임과 가상현실의 시각적 재현, 물리적 공간에서 물체의 변화와 움직임을 동시에 경험한다면, 다양한 감각과 자극으로 작품의 몰입도를 높이고 전달하고자 하는 내용에 집중도를 높을 수 있다. 이 프로젝트에서는 이러한 복합적인 인터렉션을 통해 현대사회의 가상과 현실의 모호성을 표현하고, 삶의 본질과 현상에 대한 철학적 질문을 제시한다.

Differences in Global/Local Processing of Combined Groups of Cultural Dispositions and Analytic-Holistic Thinking Styles (문화성향과 분석적-종합적 사고유형의 조합에 따른 전역/국소처리에서의 차이)

  • This study aimed to investigate the interactive effects of individual's cultural disposition (individualism, collectivism, horizontal disposition and vertical disposition) and cognitive style (analytic vs. holistic thinking) combination on differences in global precedence. For this purpose, the participants were divided into 4 different cultural disposition groups based on Singelis et al.'s(1995) INDCOL scale, and 2 cognitive style groups based on Choi et al.'s(2007) AHS, and required to respond selectively to global or local property of two types of compound stimuli (compound figure and compound letter). Reaction time and error rates for both global or local property were analyzed and compared as the dependent measurement. The results can be summarized as followings. First, faster responses were observed in compound figure condition than in compound letter condition, and to global property than to local property. Second, contrasting to individualism-cognitive style or horizontal disposition-cognitive style combinations, significant interaction effects both between collectivism and cognitive style, and between vertical disposition and cognitive style on global/local processing were found. This result indicated that combinations of collectivism-holistic thinking and vertical disposition-holistic thinking can induced larger global precedence effect than other combinations of cultural disposition and cognitive style.

Effect of social support on the organizational commitment and the service quality of the labors in the convergence service industry (사회적지원이 융복합서비스산업 종사자의 조직몰입과 서비스품질에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to explore the influence of the social support services that have an effect on the organizational commitment and service quality of the labors working in the convergence service industry. Data for this study were collected from 233 labors working in the convergence service industry;20 smaller businesses located in Seoul and the metropolitan area. Structural equation modeling analysis method was performed for analyzing key data. As a study result, support of seniors and colleague, which is regarded as the variable of social support, had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment of the labors working in the convergence service industry. It also had a significant positive effect on the service quality that organizational commitment went through the support of the seniors and colleagues. I discussed theoretical and empirical implications with these findings and described the future research.

Exploring Teachers' Perceptions and Experiences of Convergence Education in Science Education : Based on Focus Group Interviews with Science Teachers (과학교육에서 융복합 교육에 대한 교사의 인식과 경험 탐색 - 과학교사 포커스 그룹 논의를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore practical meanings of convergence education and to seek ways of implementing it in school science education. The study adopted focus group interview method in order to elicit science teachers' perceptions and practical knowledge related to various ways of integrating educational aims and contents from the perspectives of science education. Two focus group interviews were held with four science teachers with the themes of the concept and potential of convergence education, and the implementation and systemic support, respectively. The qualitative data was analyzed by deriving major themes comprising teachers' perception on convergence education: they are 1) related concepts and rationales, 2) contents, methods, and assessment, 3) the characteristics of the science subject that make it suitable for convergent education, 4) teacher perception and professionalism required for implementing convergent education, and finally 5) environmental conditions for putting the idea into practice. Based on this result, the study discusses conceptual and practical issues for implementing convergence education in ways that contribute to overcoming the problems of the traditional educational system and reorienting science education towards the future society.

The Relationship between Shame and Aggression: The Mediating Effect of the Emotion Dysregulation (수치심과 공격성간의 관계: 정서조절곤란의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study aimed to examine the mediating effects of emotion dysregulation on the relationships between shame and aggression. All data was measured on Experience of Shame Scale, Aggression Questionnaire, and Difficulties in Emotional Regulation Scale. Total 287 responses were analysed. The findings of this study were as follows. Shame affected not only directly aggression but also influenced through emotion dysregulation. Impuse control difficulties and nonacceptances of emotional responses showed the significant partial mediation effects. The results showed the necessity of adaptive emotional regulation in dealing with aggression elicited by shame.
