Leibniz regards a corporeal substance, which is composed of monads, as 'one substance' and tries to prove that it has a true unity. This position seems to be contradictionary to his Monadology. Therefore, many scholars have ignored Leibniz's stand that corporeal substance is 'one substance', or consider this only as a stand from his theory of substance in his early works, which has been discarded afterwards. This Research will show that Leibniz adheres to this position throughout his lifetime; that although Leibniz uses the concepts such as substantial form and substantial bond to explain his stand, but the concept of substancial bond doesn't fit in with his philosophical system; that to explain the unity of the corporeal substance, the concept of substancial form and the theory of preestablished harmony are sufficient; and that nevertheless the stand that the corporeal substance is 'one substance' inconsistent with the position that the monad is 'one substance'; and that if Leibniz abandons that stand, the theory of the corporeal substance is a good foundation of his panorganism.

실체뷰는 대량의 데이터웨어하우스에서 질의처리를 효과적으로 수행하기위한 대안으로서, 그 핵심은 각 데이터 원천에서의 데이터변화에 대응한 복합적인 뷰의 효과적인 관리 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 우선 실체뷰 관리에 관한 기존의 연구들을 일별함에 있어서 즉, 갱신의 주체문제, 갱신객체, 및 갱신시간 문제의 세가지 관점에서 본 연구의 위치를 결정한 다음, 대수적 접근법으로 복합뷰 갱신문제가 복잡해지는 원인을 규명하였다. 그 해법으로서 참조무결성을 활용한 복합 조인뷰의 갱신 알고리즘을 제안하면서, 여러 가지 참조무결성 제약조건과 트랜잭션과 관련된 자체갱신적 새로운 해법을 제시했다.

The purpose of this research is to arouse attention to the importance of eliminating the 'Shadow Encroaching Phenomena on the Essence' in advertising expression by interdisciplinarily applying ethicality. This research shows that when advertising expression is planned and executed without enough consideration of ethicality, short-term effectiveness to reach goals can be increased, but it is easy to induce an unintended 'Shadows' Boomerang Phenomena'. This research also proposes that such processes arouse consumers' ethical defense mechanisms, possibly causing the 'Shadow Encroaching Phenomena' in the end. In conclusion, this research proposes the following. First, the pursuit of commercial profit in a capitalistic society must be done under the premise of securing a consensus of ethicality in a common society. Second, under the premise of an integrated process of education, sharing, execution, and confirmation of ethicality, companies can achieve both the micro-practical goal of profit pursuit and the macro-environmental goal of ecological sympathy.

There is no substantive enactment in our country to regulate testifier's false statement in the process of investigation under current law. In consideration of such investigation reality, there exist predominant view that the regulations against testifier's untrue statement are necessary to fine actual truth on criminal justice. However, such view is not quite agreeable, for it holds a probability that excessive investigation rights might cause infringement on personal rights. It's because of human rights protection that the criminal justice puts before the finding of actual truth as its biggest principle, and as we see above, any testifiers' untrue statement are already punishable, although restrictive, through interpretation of deceptive scheme under current law such as obstruction of justice, crimes of sheltering or flying a criminal or calumny.

도시생태계는 주 구성원인 인간의 사회구조와 경제활동이 주축이 되고, 부 구성원인 자연이 주 구성원과 상호관계를 받으면서 존재하는 실체이다. 도시 생태계는 사회구조와 경제활동이 일어나는 핵심부와 그것과 직접 관계하는 기초부 및 물질과 에너지의 공급원, 수용원 및 축적을 담당하는 외부환경의 세 부위로 구성되는, 사회-경제-자연-복합 생태계SENCE)로 이해할 수 있다. 도시생태계는 자연생태계의 원리에 따라 기능을 조절하고 시스템모델 기법으로 분석할 수 있다. 도시생태계의 범위는 그 크기, 독립영양과 종속영양의 평형, 기능적 활성 및 발달단계에 따른 ㅗ이부환경(입력환경과 출력환경)의 변화에 의하여 크게 달라진다. 생태학자나 환경학자는 도시생태계를 자연만을 대상으로 연구하였지만 앞으로는 사회학자와 공동으로 연구하여야 문제의 정곡에 접근할 수 있을 것이다.

The tomb is an important clue for understanding the ancient society of Namwon (南原). In order to establish local identity through the burial mounds and appropriately preserve and utilize it, basic investigation should be conducted to grasp the current situation of the burials. Additionally, excavation surveys and research are needed to understand the nature of the tombs. Based on this activity, local people should be informed about the importance of the tombs and participate in the preservation and utilization activities together. Preservation and utilization should be of the complex type. However, it should be improved systematically based on the fact that the tombs have not been properly investigated. In order to do this, the related organizations and budgets should be allocated at all times in Namwon City.

Using a qualitative multimethod approach, this study was to construct a substantive theory about occupational socialization of librarians. Through theoretical sampling, 42 participants were in-depthly interviewed at three studies, i. e., phenomenological, ethnographic, and grounded theory approach. These data were analyzed and finally integrated using grounded theory approach. 'Acquiring Social Recognition as Information Professionals' was emerged the core category for describing and guiding the occupational socialization process. Six patterns were discovered: 'the Beliefs', 'the Seeking-Success', 'the Work-Obiligations', 'The Stucked', 'the Self-Pride', 'The Frustrated' Also, it discussed characteristics and socialization strategies of the pattern.

Readres also can haver a strong view resistance against strong men and realize the social situatiin. Through these simple-mined characters, readers could have attachment about life cause these characters have lifes pain and energy of instinct in very difficult situation. These characters are not evil. They are just doing this because they have to survive.

We understand the real form with light and it make us to visualize the world. Hence, light have got a great influence on formative arts in many ways from ancient time to now. Invisible and substantial light is described by many representational tools in various way and project the illusion. Projected illusion caused the change in human and general social culture. For such a reason, the representation of light is most important issue without distinction of age, space and genre. Now we are faced with CGI light just same as real light. So we need to study about properties of CGI light representation.

Furthermore, while currently each university's circumstances and the position is different, and while this strategy, each unique, individual, specific international level's Cooperation Education Plan is Established and operating actively, Governments and businesses will be able to train desired international academic centers' advanced talent. We have come to hope that this will act as an important factor in furthering national competitiveness.
