As the broadcasting and communications are digitalized, future broadcasting can provide us new services and content which we have never experienced before. For the services, the development of high-quality content is important as well as the development of efficient technologies. However, if there are no proper methods for protecting and managing content, we can hardly expect the creation of high-quality content to be flourished because much money, time and endeavor should be paid in producing high-quality content. Many activities are under progressing for the protection and management. However, the activities mainly concern general Internet environment which doesn't fully reflect the characteristics of broadcasting. In this paper, we provide a framework model for the protection and management of broadcasting content. First, we analyse the functionalities that must be satisfied in the broadcasting, and we propose a framework model.

There are cases where the mobility impaired have difficulty moving from the moment they leave the house. If guardians also do not have time to entrust their families, who are socially disadvantaged, to a shelter, the guardian has no choice but to check directly in order to know the location of the guardian. The AI home care solution was designed to relieve the anxiety and labor of caregivers and to provide convenience for protection facility officials and users. If more facilities distribute and use services free of charge to non-profit foundations and protective facilities, the concern of guardians will be reduced, and the burden of facility officials who have to manage facility users will be reduced. In this paper, we provide emergency notification services to guardians in the event of an emergency as well as location and status alarms for guardians, which are all data related to movement, in consideration of the mobility vulnerable. Furthermore, it is necessary to provide a service function that recommends the optimal route using a navigation function to ease the convenience and burden of facility officials. It is necessary to alleviate anxiety by providing necessary information to the guardian, such as the location of the shuttle used by the mobile weak and the time of getting on and off. In addition, while providing services for free, the goal is to improve the quality of service for facility managers and the quality of service for the mobility weak.

지적 재산권 보호 중에서 디지털 저작물 보호는 근래에 활발히 연구되고 있으며 법 과학 분야는 지문감식, 치아감정, DNA 등 많은 분야가 있다. 법과학 분야 중 법적용 컴퓨팅(Forensic Computing)에 관한 응용은 새로운 연구 과제이다. 그 중에서도 디지털 저작물에 대하여 증거를 보전 하고자 많은 연구가 진행되고 있지만 디지털 저작물에 관하여 네트워크를 통한 능동적 저작물 보호는 미약하다. 현재의 데이터 추출(Extraction), 발굴(Exploitation), 복구, 암호 해독, 패스워스 풀기(Defeat), 미러 이미징 등의 방법 가지고 해결 못하는 경우와 인터넷 상에서 온라인으로 이루어지는 불법 복제에서 결정적 기여(smoking gun)를 찾아내려고 하는 것이 본 논문에서 해결 하고자 하는 부분이다. 오프라인일 경우도 가능하며 분석된 결과는 변호사/대리인, 법인, 보험회사, 법집행관 등에게 온라인으로 제공한다. 진행 과정은 서버에서 파견시킨, 미션을 부여받은 에이전트가 저작물 불법 복제 상황을 트래킹 한 후, 네트워크를 통하여 정해진 시간별로 서버에 전달하면, 법 조항과 매핑시켜서 분석한 다음 서버의 지식베이스에 저장되어 사용자의 요구에 응하는 능동형 디지털 저작물 보호 관리 시스템이다.

Smartwork technology, using teleworking, smartwork centers and mobile terminal, provides a flexible work environments without constraints of time and space. Smartwork system to increase the work efficiency has the information protection threats according to their convenience. Thus, in order to build smartwork, it is proper to provide information protection audit to help ensure the information protection. In this paper, we have proposed an infortaion protection audit model at the practical and technical level for building a smartwork environment. We were classified as a terminal, network and server area for information protection, and derived a professional information protection check items. Further, by establishing a smartwork information protection audit time to map ISMS control items, we have proposed an audit model so that it is possible to improve the security and efficiency. It also verified whether the proposed model is suitable or not by doing a survey if deduced audit domain and check items correspond with the purpose of the smartwork information protection audit to auditors and IT specialists. As the result, this study was 97% satisfaction out of 13 check items.

The purpose of this study is to analysis the effect of positive psychological capital on turnover intention of care worker in Long-term Care Program. Main results are as follows. First, the results identified the characteristics of the sub-factors of positive psychological capital, The efficacy, hope and resilience of care workers mostly are higher as the more married man, the longer working hours, the longer the career, the more good health condition, the more religion and more the salary. Second, total positive psychological capital is higher as the longer working hours, the more good health condition and the more the salary like sub-factors' characteristics of positive psychological capital in care workers. Third, the turnover of care worker also is higher as the longer working hours and the shorter professional career and the more unmarried. Finally, the positive psychological capital was having a negatively significant impact on turnover intention. In other words, turnover intention of the care worker is lower as the higher positive psychological capital.

In this study, the effect of communication with a guardian of a recipient of a Long-term Care Program on job satisfaction of care helpers of in-home care facilities for the elderly is analyzed. First, most of the care helpers are content with their job despite low pay and short work-hour. Especially, they are aware of the need of communication with a guardian but skeptical about the need of having intimacy with a guardian, so the relation between a care helper and a guardian is usually formal only. Second, in terms of characteristics of a guardian, care helpers have higher job satisfaction when a guardian is a male and old, and does not have an unreasonable demand. Third, they have higher job satisfaction when they have better communicate with a guardian rather than higher intimacy. Considering this result, we should make programs such as education for a guardian to develop intimacy with a care helper and one for a care helper to develop intimacy and communicate effectively with a guardian. It is also needed to have guidelines which set up relationship between a helper and a guardian.

Recently, Financial companies implement DLP(Data Leaks Prevention) security products and enforce internal controls to prevent customer information leaks. Accidental data leaks in financial business increase more and more because internal controls are insufficient. Security officials and IT operation staffs struggle to plan countermeasures to respond to all kinds of accidental data leaks. It is difficult to prevent data leaks and to control information flow in business without research applications that handle business and privacy information. Therefore this paper describes business and privacy information flow on applications and how to plan and deploy security container based OS-level and Hypervisor virtualization technology to enforce internal controls for applications. After building security container, it was verified to implement internal controls and to prevent customer information leaks. With security policies additional security functions was implemented in security container and With recycling security container costs and time of response to security vulnerabilities was reduced.

Various problems arise as applications using locations increase. In order to solve this problem, related works are being conducted to protect the location of users. A fundamental reason for this problem is that users must provide their location information to the service provider (server) to receive the service. To improve these problems, there are works such as generating cloaking regions or generating dummies around them. However, if a user periodically asks the server for queries, the user's trajectory may be exposed by time zone. To improve this problem, in this paper, we propose a k-Anonymity Trajectory (k-ATY) technique that can improve the exposure probability of the trajectory even if the user requests continuous queries. Experimental results demonstrated the superiority of the proposed technique.

퇴근길에 필요한 물품을 사려고 네이트 드라이브를 가동해 근처에 할인마트를 찾았다. 네이트 드라이브에서 제공하는 방향을 따라 할인마트에 들어섰다. 핸드폰에 메시지가 도착해서 보니 그 할인마트에서 사용할 수 있는 쿠폰이 문자메시지로 날라왔다. 쿠폰을 이용해 필요한 물건을 좀더 싸게 산 다음 다시 시계를 보니 중요한 TV 프로를 봐야할 시간이 얼마 안남았다. 차에 올라타고 다시 네이트 드라이브를 가동해 가장 빠른길 안내를 받아 가까스로 늦지않게 도착했다. 미래의 얘기가 아니다. 지금도 비슷한 서비스가 제공되고 있지만, 곧 지금보다 정확하고 편리한 서비스가 우리곁에 다가올 예정이다. 정부는 9월 14일 국무회의를 열어 소방관서 등 공공구조기관이 긴급 구조요청을 받을 경우 위치정보사업자에게 개인 위치정보의 제공을 요청할 수 있도록 하는 것 등을 주요 골자로 한‘위치정보의 이용 및 보호 등에 관한 법률안(이후 LBS법)’을 제정키로 했으며, 이 법안은 9월 20일 현재 정기국회 통과를 기다리고 있다. 또 최근에 위치정보에 관한 사건이 두 가지가 발생했다. 하나는 삼성SDI 근로자들이 자신도 모르게 휴대폰 위치확인서비스를 통해 감시를 받아왔다는 것이고, 또 하나는 조난당한 등산객의 위치확인을 하지 못해 끝내 숨지는 사고가 발생했다는 것이다. 위의 두 사건은 남의 일이 아닌 우리 자신들의 일이 될 수도 있는 것이다. 이슈가 되고 있는 LBS법의 의미와 이 법이 우리 생활에 어떻게 작용할 것인지에 대해 살펴보고자 한다
