Annotation Modeling and System Implementation for Hand-held Environment (휴대용 단말기 환경을 위한 Annotation 모델링 및 시스템 구현)

  • For the accurate creation of annotation information in a free-form annotation environment, the ambiguity that arises in the analysis stage between the geometric information and annotations needs to be resolved. Therefore, this This paper identifies, analyzes, and proposes presents solutions methods for the ambiguity that can occur between free-form marking and various contexts in XML-based annotation environment. The proposed method is based on context which includes various textual and structure information between free-form marking and annotated part. The proposed method show that the annotated portions areas included in the free-form marking information are more accurate, achieving more accurate exchange results amongst multiple users in a heterogeneous document environment.   • Noise evaluation for an image has been performed by root mean square (RMS) granularity, autocorrelation function (ACF), and Wiener spectrum. RMS granularity stands for standard deviation of photon data and ACF is acquired by integration of 1 D function of distance variation. Fourier transform of ACF results in noise power spectrum which is called Wiener spectrum in image quality evaluation. Wiener spectrum represents noise itself. In addition, along with MTF, it is an important factor to produce detective quantum efficiency (DQE). The proposed evaluation method using Wiener spectrum is expected to contribute to educate the concept of Wiener spectrum in educational organizations, choose the appropriate imaging detectors for clinical applications, and maintain image quality in digital imaging systems.

  • The object of this study is to investigate the penetration characteristics according to the change of stacking sequences and curvature radius in the composite laminated shell. They are staked to [02/902]S and [0/902/0]s, their interlaminar number are two and four. We are manufactured to composite laminated shells with various curvature radius. Curvature radius of composite shell is 100, 150, 200mm and ${\infty}$(it's meaning flat-plate). In general, kinetic energy after impact-kinetic energy before impact increased linearly in all specimens. Absorbed energy increased linearly as the curvature increased, and absorbed energy of [02/902]S specimen, which is small interlaminar number, was higher than [0/902/0]s specimen.

  • The Web is evolving quantitatively into an explosive development. However, users usually have heavy burden of searching information because of the absence of contextual meaning on the Web. Due to an enormous amount of information, users have to endure for finding strong cohesive keywords by themselves and read each of the documents with enduring effort. This paper proposes an efficient method of searching more relative documents than current KEM-based searching systems on the Web by using contextual meaning. We designed a domain ontology on computer hardware, and a searching system which was searching those e-Learning objects. Owing to the Ontology-applied search system, information such as educational materials and related multimedia can be easily provided to the users. Further, learners could be informed of relationship of knowledge, e.g., class hierarchy, properties and values, and so on. The request results are semantically related to users' needs, and thus the system provides a learner-centered searching.

  • Purpose: In this paper, we have dealt with problems and improvement of korean optician system. Methods: Using the relevant material of korean optician system and international optometrist system, provides the theoretical basis of the need for regulatory changes optician. Results: The people with refractive errors are increasing, 67% of refractive error test is made from optical shop and korean optician are sufficient trained, many opticians are in charge of the refractive error test at the ophthalmic hospital. We have confirmed that current law does not reflect adequately the nature of optician's work. Conclusions: Since current capacity of the Korean opticians and education system ready to provide health services for people, therefore an korean optician must redefine the law to fit the reality.

Brestfeeding Rate and Its Related Factors In Rural area (농촌지역 영유아의 모유수유 관련 요인)

  • The purpose of this research is to observe the rate of breastfeeding and to identify factors related to the breastfeeding in rural area. We conducted a survey targeting 139 mothers whose infants are less than 60 months old in Ulju-gun, Ulsan. SPSS Win 18.0 program was used as the data analysis and a statistical statement by mean, standard deviation, and logistic regression analysis. According to the findings of this study, it indicated that the factors affecting the rate of breastfeeding in a rural region are mothers'job, 1 month breastfeeding after birth and the education of breastfeeding before birth. In this study we need to continuously conduct the breast feeding education by hospitals or clinics before birth, so that breast feeding can be provided well after birth. Also, we need to establish the social system and atmosphere without any disadvantages resulting from maternity leave so that working mothers can provide full breast feeding for six months after birth because the return to work can interfere with the practice of breast feeding.

A Study on the Design of Small SMT Platform for Education (교육용 소형 SMT 플랫폼 설계에 관한 연구)

  • This paper designed and manufactured a chip mounter based on 3D printer technology that can be used for educational research or sample production to disseminate chip mounter, a core technology of SMT line. A stepper motor with open loop control is used for low cost drive design. The shortcomings of the motor's vibration and disassembly caused by the use of the step motor were compensated by the Micro-Step control method. In the chip mounter experiment, the gerber file was generated on the small chip mounter, printed at the actual size, and the solder cream was printed on the HASL-treated PCB in the same manner as the sample board fabrication. As a result of the experiment, unlike the 2012 micro components, parts such as SOIC and TQFP that require correction are twice as long as the component mounting time, but it can be confirmed that they are mounted relatively accurately. In addition, as a result of repeatedly measuring the error of the initial position 10 times, it was confirmed that a relatively small error of about 0.110mm occurs.

  • An environment of information sharing is developed as a high-speed growth of internet infrastructure and a fast supply of digital imaging devices. Therefore, developing and supply various digital contents are needed. As occasion demands, the utility of editing tools with a simple image viewer, or programs to need technical education increased. One of subproblems is to take long time for editing images. In this paper, we propose a new method which is a method to edit images in a lump. This method has advantages compared with the previous searching engines in terns of performances and speed. Also, we propose the new approach for developing fusion graphic image contents as binding each advantages of the category. It reduces the production time and costs of contents by the proposed method.

  • 본 논문에서는 항공기 비행 자세를 직관적으로 이해하고 동작의 원리를 시각화 할 수 있는 비행 자세 시뮬레이터를 구현하였다. 항적 정보의 변화에 따라 6축 모션 플랫폼을 동작시키고, 자이로 센서로 부터 전달 받은 비행 자세를 시뮬레이터에 전달하여 시스템을 구성한다. 항공기의 자세를 분석하기 위하여 자이로 센서와 가속도 센서를 같이 사용하는데 자이로 센서는 적분과정의 누적오차가 발생하고 가속도 센서는 짧은 순간의 진동에 따른 노이즈가 심하여 상보 필터를 이용한 보정작업을 하였다. 산출된 센서 정보를 이용하여 6축 모터에 전달할 각도를 계산하여 모션 플랫폼을 동작시키게 되며 시각화 결과는 OpenGL을 이용하여 구현하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후, 항공관련 학생들의 교육 기자재로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • Construction cost estimation in the early phase provides the opportunity to make reasonable decisions related to the project. For estimating this cost, various methods have been developed. But several problems have been recognized like accuracy, relation beteewn design and cost etc. In this study, we developed the method of cost estimating for building parts. The modified method has defferent ratio of space functions to calculate cost more correctly. Also historical cost data is used in this modified method for architects to estimate cost conveniently. By this modified method, we expects architects should easily design buildings based on cost.
