The purpose of this study is to develop the performance evaluation indicator of information security training program for developing the next generation of top security leaders. Through literature review and focus group interview, we derived the performance areas and indicators based on the logic model. We conducted AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) questionnaire to calculate the weight of the derived indicators, and developed the performance indicator based on the survey results. Performance indicators were composed of 18 indicators in four main categories.

Despite the increasing interest in cyber security in recent years, the emergence of new technologies has led to a shortage of professional personnel to efficiently perform the cyber security. Although various methods such as cyber rage are being used to cultivate cyber security experts, there are problems of limitation of virtual training system, scenario-based practice content development and operation, unit content-oriented development, and lack of consideration of learner level. In this paper, we develop a fuzzy rule-based user-customized training scenario automatic generation system for improving user's ability to respond to infringement. The proposed system creates and provides scenarios based on advanced persistent threats according to fuzzy rules. Thus, the proposed system can improve the trainee's ability to respond to the bed through the generated scenario.

국방 정보보호환경은 IT기술의 발전과 함께 사이버 공간이 제5의 전장으로 부각되면서 해킹을 통한 군사자료유출, 시스템 파괴 등 외부로부터의 지속적인 위협에 직면해 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사이버전 위협에 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 방안으로 보안사고사례, 조직, 제도, 인력양성, 법규 및 제도 등 국방 정보보호환경을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 정보체계의 보안수준을 진단하기 위한 보안관리모델 개발의 필요성과 ISMS 방법론을 고려한D-ISMS(Defence ISMS) 연구방향을 고찰한다.

보안위협은 날로 정교해지고 증가하고 있다. 이에 대응하는 인력과 정보보호인프라는 여러가지 한계점이 있다. 사람이 모든 걸 분석하기에는 그 양이, 보안인프라를 맹목적으로 신뢰하기에는 그 정확도가 문제가 된다. 이에 베이시안 기법을 이용하여 단편적인 분석이 아닌 여러 보안인프라의 오탐율과 상관관계를 고려한 공격판단 시스템을 구현하여 각 보안현상에 대한 공격여부를 판단함으로써 방대한 양과 정확도를 높이는 공격판단 시스템을 제안한다.

This research is to improve the education courses for nurturing digital forensic exports. To do so, the education courses for nurturing digital forensic exports were proposed and surveys targeting forensic professionals are conducted. Using AHP method, the most rational and important education courses among aspects (forensic introduction, system forensic, theories and analyses by categories, tool using, and research work) were drawn from results from the above. From this research, it is to improve the education courses for nurturing digital forensic experts applying rational courses with high status.

Because intelligent and organized cyber attack, It is difficult to respond to cyber threats with only a small number of information security experts. Accordingly, information security department compared to 2013 it increased by 17%. But there was a problem that cannot train appropriate students for companies. This research examined the Workforce Framework and Knowledge Units for improving this situation. Based on this, educational department in cyber security major was selected to be learning at the university. And it proposed a plan for a managing course to operate. And the result will be utilized as fundamental research of human resources medium- and long-term demand and supply planning in cyber security department.

Modern society has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution beyond the information age. In other words, technology innovations such as life science, unmanned automobiles, drone, artificial intelligence, big data, robot technology, Internet of things, and nano-technology are leading the change of the world. In these technologies use and delivery of information is playing a key role, and the field of information security for the safe use of information has become an indispensable discipline. In this sense, it is necessary to standardize the curriculum of universities to foster security manpower to meet the needs of the era. In this paper, we develop and present a model to standardize the curriculum in the field of information security. Using this model, each educational institution will be able to select the necessary track or field to guide the students and cultivate information security manpower effectively.

원전 계측제어 시스템의 디지털화에 따라 개방형 시스템의 사용이 늘어나고 있으며, 개방형 시스템의 사용으로 인해 보안 취약성이 늘어나 통신망을 통한 해킹의 위험이 증가되고 있다. 원전은 다른 산업에 비해 경제, 사회적 영향이 크므로 원전의 운영중단 및 파손을 방지하기 위한 대책을 철저히 마련하여야 한다. 원전 통신망 사이버 보안을 위해서는 보안 환경의 정확한 분석을 통해 대책을 세우는 것이 필요하다. 사이버 보안에 대한 전체적인 틀은 보안정책의 수립, 보안 위험을 최소화하기 위한 인력, 장비 및 기술을 포함한 사이버 보안 기술의 구현, 그리고 지속적인 보안 감시 및 관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 원전 통신망 사이버 보안 체계 구축을 위한 방법을 제안한다.

This study aims at the development of new curricula for information security department at colleges. For this purpose, the curricula for information security of the seven colleges in Korea were first examined. Then, questionnaires from the fifteen information security companies and professors were put into place. With these results, a new curricula for the information security department was developed. A curriculum that developed in this study will also provide changes and improvements for the future curricula of information suity department at colleges in Korea.
