Log Analysis Method of Separate Security Solution using Single Data Leakage Scenario (단일 정보유출 시나리오를 이용한 개별 보안솔루션 로그 분석 방법)

  • According to recent statistics published by the National Industrial Security Center, former and current employees are responsible for 80.4% of companies' technology leakages, and employees of cooperative firms are responsible for another 9.6%. This means that 90% of technology leakages are intentionally or mistakenly caused by insiders. In a recent incident, a credit card company leaked private information, and the person responsible was an employee of a cooperative firm. These types of incidents have an adverse effect not only on a company's assets but also on its reputation. Therefore, most institutions implement various security solutions to prevent information from being leaked. However, security solutions are difficult to analyze and distinguish from one another because their logs are independently operated and managed. A large number of logs are created from various security solutions. This thesis investigates how to prevent internal data leakage by setting up individual scenarios for each security solution, analyzing each scenario's logs, and applying a monitoring system to each scenario.

Unlocking Shared Bike System by Exploiting an Application Log (애플리케이션 로그를 이용한 공유 자전거 시스템의 잠금장치 해제 방법)

  • Recently, there has been a growing market for shared mobility businesses that share 'transport' such as cars and bikes, and many operators offer a variety of services. However, if the fare can not be charged normally because of security vulnerability, the operator can not continue the business. So there should be no security loopholes. However, there is a lack of awareness and research on shared mobility security. In this paper, we analyzed security vulnerabilities exposed in application log of shared bike service in Korea. We could easily obtain the password of the bike lock and the encryption key of the AES-128 algorithm through the log, and confirmed the data generation process for unlocking using software reverse engineering. It is shown that the service can be used without charge with a success rate of 100%. This implies that the importance of security in shared mobility business and new security measures are needed.

  • In the past few years, government agencies and corporations have succumbed to stealthy, tailored cyberattacks designed to exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt operations and steal valuable information. Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) is useful tool for cyberattacks. SIEM solutions are available in the market but they are too expensive and difficult to use. Then we implemented basic SIEM functions to research and development for future security solutions. We focus on collection, aggregation and analysis of real-time logs from host. This tool allows parsing and search of log data for forensics. Beyond just log management it uses intrusion detection and prioritize of security events inform and support alerting to user. We select Elastic Stack to process and visualization of these security informations. Elastic Stack is a very useful tool for finding information from large data, identifying correlations and creating rich visualizations for monitoring. We suggested using vulnerability check results on our SIEM. We have attacked to the host and got real time user activity for monitoring, alerting and security auditing based this security information management.

  • 본 연구는 건물 내부에서 외부로 외부에서 내부로 출입하는 출입자를 정확히 파악하기 위하여 보안이 강화된 개별인증 출입보안시스템을 구축하는데 있다. 시스템 구현을 위해서 RFID 기술, 지문인식 기술을 적용한 통합인증단말기와 무게를 측정하는 전자저울을 활용 하였다. 개별 인증이 가능한 출입 인증 보안시스템을 구현한 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 내부에서 외부로 나오는 경우와 외부에서 내부로 들어가는 경우를 분리한 이중 출입방식으로 외부인이 내부에서 나오는 사람의 인증만으로 쉽게 건물 안으로 진입하는 보안상의 문제점을 해결 하였다. 둘째, 건물 내부 물품을 외부로 유출할 시 무게 차이 때문에 출입문이 차단되어 관리자의 허락 없이는 물품을 밖으로 유출할 수 없게 되어 도난을 방지문제를 해결 하였다. 셋째, 몸무게 정보를 이용하여 출입자들이 동시에 출입문을 통과하지 못하도록 제한하여 모든 출입자의 로그정보를 정확하게 저장할 수 있도록 하였다. 넷째, 데이터베이스에 저장된 출입로그 데이터를 출퇴근 관리프로그램에 지원하여 급여 계산 및 인사 업무에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 다섯째, 건물에 화재가 나거나 폭탄 테러와 같은 위험 발생 시 출입자를 정확하게 파악할 수 있게 되어 용의자 파악이 용이하도록 하였다.

  • Cloud service provider has to protect client's information securely since all the resources are offered by the service provider, and a large number of users share the resources. In this paper, a NoSQL-based anomaly detection system is proposed in order to enhance the security of mobile cloud services. The existing integrated security management system that uses a relational database can not be used for real-time processing of data since security log from a variety of security equipment and data from cloud node have different data format with unstructured features. The proposed system can resolve the emerging security problem because it provides real time processing and scalability in distributed processing environment.

  • This study is to implement electronic catalog that is necessary for Web-based electronic commerce and one of many application areas in digital libraries technologies. According to development to digitize various type of paper documents that are used at electronic commerce. We demonstrated limitations of HTML and XML that are being used for current electronic catalog, and introduced newly developed cXML. We have also implemented new electronic catalog using cXML in order to develop and research standardized and secured electronic commerce.

  • 본 논문은 웹 서버에 저장되어 있는 로그관리 시스템을 이용하여 방문자들의 방문 기록을 관리하는 로그관리 시스템을 구현하였는데 첫째, 사용자 로그인 표시에 사용자 정보와 패스워드를 입력하고 서버에 접속하여 사용자를 확인하는 절차를 적용하였다. 둘째, 개인 정보보호 같은 취약점을 보완하기 위하여 클라이언트의 웹 브라우저에 포함된 로그관리시스템을 사용함으로써 서버와 안전한 사용자 로그인을 위한 채널을 생성하도록 하였다. 셋째, 사이트 접속 에러 분석시 웹사이트 관리할 때 방문자들이 불편함을 느끼지 않고 사이트에서 필요한 정보를 빠르고 쉽게 찾을 수 있도록 제공해 주고 허가된 비인가자의 접근 체크 기능을 부여하였다.

  • Anti-DDoS 시스템은 분산 공격에 따라 발생하는 대량의 보안 이벤트 로그를 효과적으로 처리하여야 한다. 본 연구는 Anti-DDoS시스템에서 로그 기록에 간여 하는 모듈 간 인터페이스의 연결 및 속도 등을 분석하고 간략한 모델로 표현하였다. 이러한 모델을 기반으로 그 성능을 분석하고 시뮬레이션을 구현하였다. 구현된 시뮬레이션을 이용해 부하량 변화에 따른 로그 기록 상태를 측정하여 현재의 로그 기록 시스템의 성능을 분석하였으며, 보다 효율적인 로그 기록 시스템을 구성하기 위한 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The Real-time DBMS must provide the keeping, fabrication and control function which the data where the user requsets for processing inside the hour when it is restricted, it is quick most and safely[3]. In order lide this to take chare of the real-time control and fabrication function, details recording (log) of the control processing is very important in accomplished transactions from inside the Real-time DBMS. In this proposal, it sees recording which is like this in base and it proposes the new recovery function for transactions log. This recovery technique which it sees used the concept of the LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) method with basic. The proposed technique will becomes the technique which it will be able and to record to process efficiently with a same attribute and the continuous transactions log.
