Smart grid technology can expand energy efficiency into the home by monitoring consumer energy usage in real time and communicating with household devices that respond to demands to shut off during periods of non-use, allowing individual consumers to control their electricity usage more effectively. But, the information collected on a smart grid will form a library of personal information, the mishandling of which could be highly invasive of consumer privacy. There will be major concerns if consumer-focused principles of transparency and control are not treated as essential design principles from beginning to end. In this paper, using. All-Or-Nothing Transform encryption mode for providing smart grid security, we propose efficient distributed data Management based on XOR operation. The contribution of this paper is to provide a secure algorithm that manages efficiently distributed data in the field of private data in smart grid environment.
While the importance of adopting cloud computing service has been emerged, comparatively little research has been conducted on examining factors of an individual user's intention to switch toward cloud computing service. Hereafter, this study presents and empirically tests users' intention to switch to cloud computing. Our model posits that the characteristics of cloud computing such as effectiveness, economics, accessability, switching cost, security concern, and satisfaction toward existing IT service to cloud service affect perceived value, which in turn, influences intention to switch. An experimental study using student subjects provided empirical validation for our proposed model. Survey data from 204 respondents was used to test the model using partial least square analysis. As the result of the analysis, five hypotheses out of seven hypotheses were supported. According to our results, among the characteristics of cloud computing, effectiveness, economics, switching cost, and security concern were found to have significant impact on users' intention to switch that mediated by perceived value. Based on our research findings, we hope that this research will stimulate researchers' interest in the emerging area of cloud computing adoption.
In March 2015, the North Korean UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) were found and countries around the world have actively developed UAVs. UAVs or Drone have become commercialized and more civilians use UAVs for leisure. The positive possibilities of UAV use expand. However, there could be the negative sides of UAV use. The UAVs could be used for the purpose of various crime, cybercrime, and terrorism. For instance, hacking devices attached drone could be infiltrated into the sensitive networks to steal personal informations and public data. This could be a new dimension of cybercrime. As the number of internet users and cyberspace rapidly expands, problems of crimes could be worsened both quantitatively and qualitatively. By contrast, defensive measures against such threats are limited. Especially, the Korean society is vulnerable despite its well-advanced internet and computer network technology. This article investigates the current UAV types and its developments, discusses various possibilites of UAV-related crime, cybercrime, and terrorism, and proposes responses.
KICS is intended to facilitate the computerization of the criminal justice process and realize a quick and transparent criminal justice process. Thus, it has been operating in the field of criminal justice by establishing criminal justice portal for the empowerment of the people. While in 2008 the opposition by the Court concerns the independent function of the judiciary and privacy violations presented in conjunction with its own operating system between the judiciary and other institutions. KICS improve office productivity by creating documents in a single criminal justice agencies to reduce costs, and costs of document exchange between criminal justice agencies. Secondly, the decision-making process is simplified by using the electronic documentation system and speed up, bind and document handling procedures ranging from preserving documents received are reduced dramatically contribute to the competitiveness of the organization through business improvement. Third, The use of an electronic document stored in the information is easy, and it is possible to easily access a variety of information can facilitate the realization of an open state by smoothly to provide information about the people. Finally, KICS building a network of criminal legal systems to maximize the benefits and the electronic integration effect it is being evaluated to improve the overall efficiency of the criminal legal system.
The objectives of access control are to protect computing and communication resources from illegal use, alteration, disclosure and destruction by unauthorized users. Although Biba security model is well suited for protecting the integrity of information, it is considered too restrictive to be an access control model for commercial environments. And, Role-Based Access Control(RBAC) model, a flexible and policy-neutral security model that is being widely accepted in commercial areas, has a possibility for compromising integrity of information. In this paper, We present the role graph model which enhanced flexibility and integrity to management of many access permission. Also, In order to represent those rule and constraints clearly, formal descriptions of role assignment rule and constraints in Z language are also given.
The growing company that provides high quality service to every customer by introducing a cloud-system organization. However, the information needs of diverse and different, so every cloud system, and acts as a barrier to entry for cloud services provide appropriate. Cloud services are becoming complicated and diversified depending on concerns about cloud security continues, the growing need of professionalism held by the cloud service(Cloud Service Brokerage) CSB companies. Thus, to analyze the various services, find my support legislation, security and compatibility issues, the services of the best new business through service offerings tailored to the environment, and will implement the necessary management services which brokerage (CSB) is. This study presents a brokerage(CSB) development model, and suggested policy measures that apply to the co-op that I am having difficulties in cloud services business models.

Cloud computing has emerged with promise to decrease the cost of server additional cost and expanding the data storage and ease for computer resource sharing and apply the new technologies. However, Cloud computing also raises many new security concerns due to the new structure of the cloud service models. Therefore, the secure user authentication is required when the user is using cloud computing. This paper, we propose the enhanced AdaBoost algorithm for access cloud security zone. The AdaBoost algorithm despite the disadvantage of not detect a face inclined at least 20, is widely used because of speed and responsibility. In the experimental results confirm that a face inclined at least 20 degrees tilted face was recognized. Using the FEI Face Database that can be used in research to obtain a result of 98% success rate of the algorithm perform. The 2% failed rate is due to eye detection error which is the people wearing glasses in the picture.

Today, information sharing is recognized as a means to effectively prevent cyber attacks, which are becoming more intelligent and advanced, so that many countries such as U.S., EU, UK, Japan, etc. are establishing cyber threat information sharing system at national level. In particular, the United States has enacted the "Cyber Threat Information Sharing Act (CISA)" in December 2015, and has been promoting the establishment of a legal and institutional basis for sharing threat information and the implementation of the system. Korea is sharing cyber threat information in public and private sectors mainly through the National Cyber Security Center(NCSC) and the Korea Internet & Security Agency(KISA). In addition, Korean government is attempting to strengthen and make legal basis for unified cyber threat information sharing system through establishing policies. However, there are also concerns about issues such as leakage of sensitive information of companies or individuals including personal identifiable information that may produced during the cyber threat information sharing process, reliability and efficiency issues of the main agents who gather and manage information. In this paper, we try to derive improvement plans and implications by comparing and analyzing cyber threat information sharing status between U.S. and Korea.
In the social media, information that users share with service providers can be divided into personal identification information such as gender and age and privacy-related information such as photos and comments. However, previous works on IS and service management have shed relatively little light on the difference of information-sharing decisions depending on the type of information. This study examines information-sharing decisions by separating the two types of information. A structural equation modeling method is used to test the research model based on a sample of 350 Facebook in South Korea. Analysis results show that self-expression, trust, and perceived security had a significant positive effect on both user's intentions to give personal identification information and their intentions to give privacy-related information. However, privacy concerns negatively affected their intentions to give personal identification and intention to give privacy-related information. The analysis results confirm that there was no difference between decision-making processes about sharing personal identification information and ones about sharing privacy-related information.
Recently, Crypto currency has evolved along with Blockchain technology and the voice of concern and concern of many people. Global nations that consider the use of Crypto currency are prudent in their protection of their economies due to legal regulations and institutional arrangements, and are watching the trends of various Crypto currency. Among them, Crypto currency is very popular because it can acquire money through cryptographic computation. However, there is a need to consider the impact of high-quality computing resources and the consumption of many electrical energy on global warming. Therefore, this study investigated the calculation of electric energy consumption and Carbon Dioxide Emissions, data and cases related to the mining of Crypto currency, examined variable factors. This will be used as research data that will respond to the 4th industrial revolution, such as the presentation of a more positive development direction of Crypto currency, and the development of various related technologies.
