원자력발전소에는 원자로냉각재펌프와 같이 원심펌프가 많이 쓰이고 대부분의 펌프가 탈설계점에서 운전되고 있다. 이러한 펌프의 성능을 예측하거나 개선하고자 할 때 성능해석코드는 매우 유용하다. 본 연구에서는 기존성능해석프로그램의 문제점인 탈설계점에서의 성능예측 정확도가 많이 떨어지는 점을 개선하고 기존해석방법론을 검토하여 유량변화에 관계없이 일정한 값을 갖는 Slip factor의 문제점을 보안, 유량에 따라 적절히 보상하는 Slip factor를 고려하였고 각종 손실구조 및 적절한 손실모델을 도출하여 새로운 프로그램을 개발하였다. 또한 이 프로그램을 이용한 계산결과를 실험자료 및 기존의 상용코드 해석결과와 비교한 결과, 극저유량운전범위를 제외하고는 전유량 범위에 걸쳐 매우 양호한 결과를 얻었다.

The instructional consulting has emerged as an important teaching development program in university. So, this research aims to analyze the instructional consultation system in centers for teaching and learning in four-year-course universities and deduce implications from it. To this end, focusing on instruction consulting program types, status, and example cases for promotion, homepages were reviewed and phone interview was conducted from July to August, 2015. The results were as follows. First, 9 types of instruction consulting system in universities were found. Second, the status of offering the programs and implementing them did not correspond to each other. Third, universities were mainly using in-school consultants. Fourth, universities had various ways of using the results and reward systems. Lastly, as for the example cases, through various consulting programs, consultant pools, use of results and reward system, and connection with other programs, it was found that instruction consulting system was operated organically. The implications that the research result offers are as follows. First, there should be accurate diagnosis of instructors and customized consulting systems based on needs. Second, there should be supports inside schools and cooperation between external organizations that can help raise consulting teams of various backgrounds. Third, the instructional consulting should be made through joint considerations and reflections of instructors. Fourth, universities should provide systematical support for instructional consultation and have higher awareness about it.

본 연구는 소아백혈병의 치료 방법 중 하나인 조혈모세포이식법의 전처치로서 사용되고 있는 전신방사선조사법에 대하여 선량분포에 대한 연구를 진행한 것으로, MCNPX 프로그램을 이용하여 모의실험을 하였다. 결과 피부선량은 평균 112.43 mGy/min, 심부장기선량은 평균 47.52 mGy/min으로 나타났으며, 조직보상체의 재질과 거리에 따라 다르게 나타나는 경향성을 볼 수 있었으며, 결과를 바탕으로 전신방사선조사를 임하기 전에 정량적인 선량평가를 할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

In SAW filters with a small aperture, diffraction effect is not negligible and degrades the frequency response near the trap. A computer simulation program for diffraction analysis is developed, and an effective diffraction compensation method is proposed to compensate the diffraction effect. A TV-lF SAW filter was designed with the diffraction taken account by the proposed method, which satisfies given frequency specifications.

빅데이터와 AI 의 인기에 힘입어 데이터 확보가 중요해지면서 대량의 개인정보가 무차별적으로 수집되고 있다. 그로 인하여 마이 데이터(Mydata)에 대한 관심 또한 대두되고 있다. 오늘날 데이터 수집의 주체들은 정보 수집시에 불필요하거나 대량의 웹 트래픽을 발생시켜 웹 자원을 소모하고 있다. 또한 그들은 정보의 소유자가 아닌 데도 불구하고 그를 이용하여 이득을 취하고 있지만 정보 소유자는 보상을 받지 못하고 있다. 정보의 활용에 대한 정확한 기록과 보상을 제공하고 웹에서의 불필요한 자동화 프로그램의 사용을 지양하기 위해 본 연구에서는, 블록체인(Blockchain)을 활용하여 사용자의 정보를 제어하는 시스템을 구축하고 기록된 정보를 바탕으로 구축된 웹 사이트 검색엔진을 제안한다.

For the success of construction projects, construction companies have begun to recognize the innovation ability of members who participate in projects that can adapt and cope with environmental changes caused by knowledge-based informatization and globalization. The questionnaire of the research selected 254 final valid samples of the members participating in the construction project using online. An empirical analysis of the research model used the structural equation model (Smart-PLS 2.0). The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of psychological ownership on person-job fit and rewards system in the construction project. First, person-job fit has a positive effect on psychological ownership. Second, intrinsic rewards and extrinsic rewards in the rewards system have a positive effect on the psychological ownership. Third, psychological ownership has a positive effect on innovative behavior. Finally, the mediating effects of psychological ownership were found to have no mediating effect on person-job fit and rewards system. In order to induce innovation behavior, the managers of construction companies need to recognize the importance of psychological ownership and build a model of construction project organization activation through development of person-job fit and rewards program.

This study was to identify the effects of hotel organizational service orientation on CRM(customer relationship management) performance. The organizational service orientation has been considered very important for excellent service quality in many existing studies. The data were collected from employees in deluxe hotels of the metropolitan area with the questionnaire. To test the hypotheses, using AMOS were conducted for 379 respondents as a sample collected. The results show that customer's authority, service training, service reward significantly influenced to competitive advantage. Among the three variables the service reward was especially significant. In addition, competitive advantage significantly influenced to CRM performance (relationship commitment, image of corporation, customer's loyalty). So it is very important for employee to give a authority, share of service training program, give a reward what they want. Because that system can lead to the good performance. As a result, the CEO of hotel has to attention the organizational service orientation for achievement of the CRM performance.

We examine the effects of the self-reported subjective and the objective health indexes on work compensations. The compensations consist of monetary factors, such as wages, and non-monetary factors reflecting job risks such as the workplace accidence. The wages and workplace injuries are clearly affected by gender and age differences as the subjective and objective health factors of elderly workers are combined with physical and systematic work environments. Mental health problems such as work depression are more serious especially for high income elderly groups. The elderly workers experienced with physical problems and chronic illnesses are led to the decrease in wages and the increase in safety accident risks at work sharply. Therefore, we need to provide supporting services, retirement planning designed by companies, supported by the government enhanced risk working conditions and the weakness on protecting jobs.

The purpose of this paper is to study effects of participation motivations, relationships, and compensation on a satisfaction in activity of volunteer firefighter. For this purpose, we surveyed 106 volunteer firefighter worked in Sejong city. The survey data was analyzed the reliability in questionnaire design by SPSS 20.0 win program. Also, the interrelationship of each factors were confirmed by analysis of frequency, percentage and regression analysis. Furthermore, the regression analysis was performed in order to investigate effects of motivations, interpersonal relationships, and compensation on a satisfaction in activity of volunteer firefighter. A factor of motivations, interpersonal relationships, and compensation was found to be a positive influence on a satisfaction in activity of volunteer firefighter under significance probability of < 0.05. The overall satisfaction was influenced in order of motivations, compensation, interpersonal relationships. This paper is expected to serve as a basis for the efficient operation of the Korean Volunteer Fire Department.

A study about collision resolution is needed because huge file, video and multimedia information are transmitted to wireless LAN. CSMA/CR protocol guarantees fairness, but doesn't consider QoS. To practicalize CSMA/CR protocol in saturation fully-connected single hop network environments, this paper proposes method of collision compensation. previous CSMA/CR protocol chooses CR Slot only considering fairness, but this paper chooses front CR Slot for compensation of collision to station experiencing collisions. The station transmits jam signal and has channel priority of transmission. So transmitting efficiency and successful transmission probability rise. This proposed simple method can offer benefit to station experiencing collisions without additional hardware cost.
