A Study on Effects of Actor's Emotional Labor on Job Stress: Focused on Mediation Effect of Emotional Dissonance (연기자의 감정노동이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향: 감정부조화의 매개효과 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of emotional labor on job stress using emotional dissonance as a mediator. Emotional labor is classified into the deep acting and the surface acting, and job stress is classified into sub - variables of the lack of reward and the relationship conflict. We conducted an empirical analysis of 400 questionnaires collected mainly from actors living in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces. The results of the analysis using SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.0 showed that only the surface acting had a significant effect on the lack of reward, and both the deep acting and the surface acting had significant effects on relationship conflict. Second, only the surface acting had a significant effect on emotional dissonance. Third, it has been shown that emotional dissonance has a significant positive effect on both the lack of reward and the relationship conflict. Fourth, the indirect effect of the surface acting on the job stress through mediating emotional dissonance was significant. Subsequent studies will likely require studies to find other mediators other than emotional dissonance or to analyze moderated mediation effect by introducing moderators.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job stress and resilience on burnout of nurses who take care of patients with COVID-19 in prolonged pandemics. Structured questionnaires were distributed and analyzed for 162 nurses. Inadequate compensation of job stress, job demands, workplace culture, philosophical patterns of resilience, and relational patterns were statistically significant. As a result of determining the effect of job stress and resilience on burnout through the Stepwise multiple regression analysis, the final significant variable was job stress. The burnout of nurses can affect the quality of nursing services, reduced hospital competitiveness, and even quarantine systems. Therefore, this study suggests that proper compensation policy support, such as treatment of nurses and improvement of working conditions, is needed.

  • This study analyzes the influences of the working environments and conditions(job cooperation, working condition, stress, compensation and reward, and achievement) on the job satisfactions, and the differences for the staff members to perceive them among staff members according to demographic variables. One hundred staff members of K library were participated in the survey using questionnaires. There were significant differences in the perceptions on the stress, compensation and reward, and achievement according to demographic variables. The job cooperation and achievement among work environments and conditions significantly influenced on the job satisfactions of the staff members.

  • In this paper, the external matching circuits were designed in order to compensate the efficiency which decreases by human body effect in the internal antenna phone. Comparing the two types of matching circuit, we selected the structure to minimize the switch stress. RF MEMS switch using low voltage was compared with FET switch and measured the performance in the handset. Here, the detection circuit which can couple th reflection power from antenna was added in the handset and we set up the demonstration system that can compensate the loss of hand effect automatically. In this system, when hand effect occurred, the radiation power increased 2.5dB by operation the matching circuit.

  • 지난 50여년간 국가유공자 및 제대군인의 보상은 전쟁 및 군복무중 발생한 상이처로 인해 장애를 입은 자를 중심으로 보상해 왔으며, 군 복무 중 발생한 질병의 보상에 대해서는 아직까지 심도 있게 논의된바 없다. 우선 한국의 군복무와 관련한 질병 보상과 관련한 본격적인 논의에 앞서 중요하게 고려되야 할 부분은 우리보다 100여년 이상 앞서 연구해 왔고 지금까지도 활발히 진행중인 미국의 질병 보상 제도와 질병 인정범위에 대해 분석해볼 필요성이 제기된다. 미국의 군복무와 관련한 질병에 관한 최초 보상의 역사는 1800년대로 군복무와 관련한 질병에 관한 대표적인 최초의 보상 질환은 PTSD(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)의 초기 형태인 향수병(nostalgia)으로 이 질환이 군복무와 연관된 질환으로 인정받은 최초 질병이었다. 미국의 경우 미국의 군복무와 관련된 질환은 직접질환과 추정 질환으로 분류되는데 먼저 군복무 직접 질환의 경우 질병 보상이 되는 대표적 질환은 고혈압, 당뇨, 빈혈, 동맥경화증, 관절염, 심장염, 간질, 신장염, 정신병, 활동성 결핵, 위궤양 등 거의 모든 질환이 포함되어 있다. 특히, 정신병 흡연과 음주에 의한 질환 자살도 남에게 피해를 주지 않은 경우는 대부분 보상이 된다. 이상 살펴본 바와 같이 선진국에 비해 한국의 군복무와 관련한 질병보상 범위와 너무도 상이한데 국가유공자예우에 관한 법률 시행령 제 14조에 의거 1급부터 7급까지 등급판정을 부여하는데 이는 대부분 외상에 의한 절단, 관통상, 신체 기능상실자를 위주로 보상을 하고 있어 외상과의 합병증이 없는 질병에 대한 보상은 실질적으로 거의 인정을 받지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 끝으로 군복무와 관련한 질병 보상과 의료, 복지증진을 위한 종합적인 발전 방안을 몇가지 제언코자 한다. 첫째, 제대군인 질병연구센타 설립. 둘째, 정신질환, 외상후 스트레스장애군(PTSD), 진행성 질환 무상의료 지원 및 연금지급 셋째, 고엽제 2세환자의 역학조사가 필요하다.

  • This study investigated the job-satisfaction of the Radiographer's job-characteristics and job-stress. A total of 213 Radiographer were surveyed using a self-administered questionnaire. The 105 questionnaires consist of general characteristics, job characteristics, occupational stress, and job satisfaction. The job satisfaction was categorized into 3 sub-scales; psychological variables, environmental variables, and structural variables. The occupational stress was categorized into 8 sub-scales; physical environment, job demand, insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, job insecurity, organizational system, lack of reward, and occupational climate. 30 years old than 30 years later, people are highly rewarding than a low person, this person is lower than people with high sense of duty, place the larger the size of Seoul, hospital than fat, than people who do not have turnover intention this, job insecurity, organizational structure, inadequate compensation, workplace culture, physical environment, people with low job satisfaction is higher than men were. As such there is a need to identify the cause because otherwise indicated differences in job satisfaction.

  • 본 연구에서는 종전의 전압형 및 전류형 능동전력필터를 대체 할 수 있으며, 부하의 특성에 무관하게 적용 가능한 Z-소스 인버터(Z-source inverter) 토폴로지의 능동전력필터에 대하여 고찰하였다. Z-소스 토폴로지의 능동전력필터의 보상 직류전원으로는 연료전지 PEMFC를 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 시스템은 고조파 발생원 비선형 부하와 병렬로 연결된 Z-소스 능동전력필터와 7고조파 (420Hz) 동조 필터로 구성되며 Z-소스 능동전력필터의 스위치 스트레스를 감소할 수 있다. 제안된 Z-소스 하이브리드 능동전력필터(Z-HAF : Z-source hybrid active power filter)의 보상 알고리즘으로는 전류 동기 검출법(CSD)을 사용하였으며, PSIM 시뮬레이션에 의하여 제안된 Z-HAF의 정상상태에서의 보상 성능을 파악하였다.

  • This practical study investigates the effects of job satisfaction as a result of the stresses felt by many dispatchers who work in the subway industry in the Seoul metropolitan area. Factors that cause stress are assessed. The organization system, inappropriate compensation, workplace culture, and job requirements, among several types of organizational stresses are significantly related to job satisfaction. The results of the analysis indicate that there is a close link between job satisfaction and dispatcher communication factors. This paper suggests stress-relief measures for dispatchers who must handle a variety of civil complaints and improper communications with field departments based on the analysis of the answers to descriptive questionnaire items.

  • In this paper, the optimal design of a spring-type gravity compensation system for an articulated robot is presented. Sequential quadratic programming (SQP) is adopted to resolve various nonlinear constraints in spring design such as stress, buckling, and fatigue constraints, and to reduce computation time. In addition, continuous relaxation method is used to explain the integer-valued design variables. The simulation results show that the gravity compensation system designed by proposed method improves the performance effectively without additional weight gain in the main workspace.
