Novel bipolar transresistance amplifier(TRA) and its offset-compensated TRA for high-performance current-mode signal processing are described. The TRA consist of two current follower for a current inputs, a current summer for the current-difference, a resistor for the current to voltage converter, and a voltage follower for the voltage output. The offset-compensated TRA adopts diode-connected npn and pnp transistor to reduce offset voltage in the TRA. The simulation results show that the TRA has impedance of 0.5 Ω at the input and the output terminal. The offset voltages at these terminals is 40 mV The offset-compensated TRA has the offset voltage of 1.1 mV and the impedance of 0.25 Ω. The 3-dB cutoff frequency is 40 MHz for the two TRA＇s when used as a current to voltage converter with unit-gain transresistance. The power dissipation is 11.25 mW.

This paper analyzed the social cost function of a congestion-prone service system, which is developed from the social cost minimization problem. The analysis focused on the following two issues that have not been explicitly explored in the previous studies: the effect of the heterogeneity of value-of-travel-times among customers on the structure of cost functions; and the structure of the supplier cost function constituting the social cost function. The analysis gave a number of findings that could be summarized as follows. First, the social marginal cost for one unit increase in system output having a certain value-of-travel-time is the sum of the service time cost for that value-of-travel-time and the marginal congestion cost for the average value-of-service-time of all the system outputs. Second, the marginal congestion cost equals the marginal supplier cost of system output under the condition that supplier compensates the customers for the changed service time costs which is incurred by the marginal capacity increase necessary for economically facilitating an additional system output. Third, the compensated marginal cost is the multiple of the marginal capacity cost and the inverse of system utilization ratio, if the service time function is homogeneous of degree zero in its inputs.

With the popularization of smartphones and the development of digital technologies, new concepts that maximize interactive communication have begun to appear in marketing strategies. One of them is the gamification marketing strategy that combines games with marketing that induces customer interest and voluntary participation. Gamification is a compound word of 'game' and '-fication', and marketing cases using game formats are being implemented in various fields. Therefore, this study will identify the implications of the usage of gamification that has become a trend, and analyze the gamification techniques and factors shown in various cases to suggest the direction of gamification as an effective marketing strategy. Companies are actively using gamification in their marketing strategies in a variety of forms and apply gamification techniques such as challenge, competition, accomplishment, reward, and relationship. As a result of the case analysis, important factors commonly identified in the gamification techniques used in marketing are 'Accomplishment' and 'Rreward'. Using various products and benefits obtained through solving a given mission or task as game elements, it was found to be an effective strategy to induce consumers' interest and participation and to promote consumption by encouraging consumers' immersion.

In the case of a 900 MW combined cycle power plant, most of the load on the site is a rotating device and is operated at a low power factor, and the power factor decrease increases the reactive power, which causes the efficiency of the device to be consumed and unnecessary unnecessary power consumption. This study intends to present the results by installing and operating a reactive power compensation device that absorbs and removes reactive power, which is a solution to this problem, on a 6.9 kV on-board bus. As a result of application of this system, first, it was confirmed that the power factor of the rotating machine was improved to 0.22 and the load power in the house was reduced by 1.4%, and the thermal efficiency of the generator was increased by 0.1% and the power generation power by 810 kW. Next, it was confirmed that the cost of construction and operation can be reduced in the future due to economic feasibility, with a decrease of 200 million won/year in electricity loss compared to 1.5 billion won in investment, an increase of 1 billion won/year in sales, and a one-year capital recovery period.

Eco driving is a strategy to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions from motor vehicle. However, it has not received much attention until recently. Psychological studies on this issue have been limited and the majority of existing studies have primarily been based on engineering and educational approaches. This study examined the effects of a self-management technique on two driving behaviors: speeding and putting the gears in neutral while waiting at the signal. The self-management technique consisted of three behavior interventions: goal-setting, self-monitoring, and reward. Three drivers participated in this study. An AB multiple baseline design across participants was adopted. Results showed that the self-management technique was effective in increasing both driving behaviors. Implications of the present findings and suggestions for future research were discussed.

This study deals with exploring qualitative steps and paths that appear as YouTube users' usage time increases quantitatively. For the study, I applied theories from psychology and neuroscience, subdivided the interval between the personalization algorithm of the recommendation system, and active use and analyzed the relationship between variables in this process. According to the theory behavioral model theory (FBM), variable reward, and dopamine addiction were applied. Personalization algorithms easy clicks as triggers according to associated content presentation functions in behavioral model theory (FBM). Variable rewards increase motivational effectiveness with unpredictability of the content you search, and dopamine nation is summarized as stimulating the dopaminergic nerve to continuously and actively consume content. This study is expected to make an academic and practical contribution in that it divides the purpose of use of content in the personalization algorithm and active use section into four stages from a psychological perspective: first use, reuse, continuous use, and active use, and analyzes the path.

Although the patient's problem with access to health information has been improved due to rapidly developing information technologies, such as the internet, some patients still do not have enough ability to understand, interpret, and analyze the health information. Given this view on the patient's asymmetric information problem, if a doctor provides sufficient effort to help patients understand and interpret medical information, the efficiency of patient's medical care use could be improved. This paper shows firstly that the patient's inefficient use of medical care originates from his information problems, such as the misperception of the effectiveness of medical care and secondly suggests that if the doctor makes sufficient effort to correct patient's information problems, the inefficiency can be ameliorated. This paper also suggests the manipulation of a doctor's payment method can lead a doctor to provide optimal level of efforts which can in turn lead patients to use the optimal level of medical care. With an optimal level of effort, a doctor can more easily achieve a patient's compliance with the newly recommended amount of medical care.

This paper shows the comparison of operating characteristics between squirrel cage induction generator and DFIG(Double Fed Induction Generator). Because squirrel cage induction generator consume the reactive power due to magnetizing reactance, the capacitor is need to compensate the reactive power. Otherwise, two back-to-back PWM voltage-fed inverters connected between the stator and the rotor allow sub/super synchronous operation with low distortion currents. In this paper, the response characteristics of squirrel cage induction generator and DFIG, were analyzed and investigated using PSCAD/EMTDC.

본 논문에서는 식물재배기에 유입되는 조도 정보를 자동 센싱하여 대상 식물의 생육에 적합한 목표조도와 비교과정을 거쳐 LED의 밝기를 지능적으로 제어하기 위한 상황인식기반의 식물재배용 LED 제어 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 먼저 식물 생육 환경 모니터링을 위해 조도, 온도, 습도, CO2 등의 이기종 센서들을 ZigBee 기반의 통합센서 형태로 설계 및 제작하고, GUI기반의 모니터링 시스템을 구현하여 실시간으로 식물 생육 환경 정보를 수집한다. 데이터베이스에 저장되어 있는 재배대상식물의 표본데이터 중 광보상과 광포화 정보를 기준으로 상황에 따라 변화하는 외부 조도정보와 비교하여 LED 인공광의 밝기를 시스템에 의한 자율 처리에 의해 지능적으로 제어함으로써 불필요한 조명 에너지 소비를 절감하고자 한다.

지난 2004년도는 식품 안전에 대한 사회적 이슈가 어느 해보다 뜨거웠다. 조류독감과 광유병, 불량만두소 사건 등의 식품사건이 연일 언론을 달구었고, 또 정부의 부정불량식품의 대한 규제강화 발표 등으로 식품 안전에 대한 사회적 관심이 고조되었다. 또한 이러한 식품 안전에 대한 사회적 이슈는 식품에 대한 소비자의 불신으로 이어지면서 과거에는 단순히 여기었던 식품 클레임에 대해서도 매우 민감한 반응을 보이면서 식품업계의 클레임이 예년보다 급증하였다. 뿐만 아니라 소비자의 클레임 제기 유형도 회사에 직접 제기하는 경우도 있지만 특히 포탈사이트. 언론 고발, 대형 유통 채널, 소비자단체, 정부기관 등의 다양한 채널을 이용하는 경우도 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 특히 정부의 식품위생법개정(안)의 유해식품 신고에 대한 고액의 포상금 지급이 발표되면서 악의든 선의든 소비자의 클레임에 대한 무리한 피해보상 요구도 날로 증가하고 있고, 또 이를 이용하는 식파라치와 악성소비자도 나타나게 되었다. 따라서 이러한 식품 안전에 대한 문제는 앞으로도 지속될 것이고, 또 식품의 클레임에 대해서도 더욱 강성화될 것으로 예상된다. 그러므로 이러한 사회적 환경 속에서 클레임에 대한 올바른 소비자 대응을 위한 클레임 처리 방안을 모색하지 않을 수 없다. 이에 클레임(claim)이란 무엇이며, 또 그 유형들은 어떤 것이 있는지 그리고 클레임의 대응 방법 및 Q&A를 살펴보고자 한다.
