The Effect of the Reward Program in Foodservice Homepages on Customer Trust, Commitment and Loyalty (외식업 홈페이지 고객 보상 프로그램이 신뢰와 몰입 및 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed at inquiring into the effect of the reward program in an online web homepage, which is most widely applied as a sales promotion tool for the foodservice industry, on customer trust, commitment and loyalty. The result is summarized as follows. The effect of the reward characteristics within a reward program on their trust and commitment showed that first, for the reward time, both compensation for delaying time and immediate time has a significantly positive effect on their trust and commitment, suggesting that the reward type as well as the reward time of a reward program is an important factor for improving their trust and commitment. In particular, indirect reward was a significant in raising their commitment or loyalty continuously, and for the reward attribute, economic reward was a significant attribute in building their trust.

  • For construction companies to become competitive innovative, cost management as well as process improvement are required. Activity-based costing (ABC), which uses cost information to support long-term decision-making, is a tool that enhances a company's competitiveness. In this study, we compare and analyze tradition-based costing (TBC) and ABC to confirm the adequacy of performance-based costing. In addition, we will empirically examine the relationship between the impact of the reward system using ABC on employee satisfaction and involvement. In research results, the influence of the reward system on employee involvement appeared in the order of intrinsic reward (𝛽 = 0.338) and extrinsic reward (𝛽 = 0.308). In addition, the reward system showed positive (+) effects on employee satisfaction, with influence appearing in the order of intrinsic reward (𝛽 = 0.360) and extrinsic reward (𝛽 = 0.337). And employee satisfaction (𝛽 = 0.225) had a positive effect on involvement. We were able to confirm that it is necessary to build a reward system consisting of intrinsic and extrinsic rewards to increase employee satisfaction and involvement.

  • The purposes of this study are to examine the influences of appraisal and reward on the activities of knowledge management and to search the strategies for effective appraisal and reward system to activate the knowledge management. The results of covariance structural analyses indicate that appraisal has a significant direct effect on reward and knowledge creation as well as a significant indirect effect on knowledge sharing via reward and knowledge creation. Reward has a significant direct influence on knowledge sharing. Knowledge creation also significantly affects knowledge sharing. Based on the results, the potential implications of effective appraisal and reward system to activate the knowledge management are discussed.

The Corporate Life Cycle and Management Compensation (기업수명주기와 경영자 보상)

  • The purpose of this study investigates the relation between corporate life cycle and management compensation. The analysis is performed by comparing the compensation level and pay-performance-sensitivity (PPS) at each life cycle based on Korean data from 2003 to 2014. The results show that regarding compensation level, mature stage has the highest mean value of compensation and compensation level drops after mature stage. In introduction stage, growth and decline stages, compensation is not sensitive to accounting performance. In a while, in mature stage, management compensation varies with accounting performance more significantly than stock performance. In additional analysis, the results indicate that the finding is not designated from growth opportunities and the relation differs when the firm is included in a conglomerate. These findings contribute to the literature by providing additional evidence to understand for compensation and the corporate life cycle studies.

  • 본 논문에서는 마찰력과 질량은 수직항력에 의해 관계하고, 시스템 입출력 관계에서도 도출할 수 있음에 착안하여, LuGre 모델을 기반으로 하는 수직항력 관측이 가능한 보상기 적용과 동시에 제어 입력과 시스템 출력 관계를 적응규칙을 통해 질량추정기를 설계하여 제어 입력의 스케일로 사용함으로써 그 성능을 더욱 향상시키고자 하였다.

  • The effects of dispersion coefficient of dispersion compensating fiber (DCF) and residual dispersion per span (RDPS) on in the dispersion managed optical links for compensating the distorted 960 Gbps wavelength division multiplexd (WDM) signals due to group velocity dispersion (GVD) and optical nonlinear effects of single mode fiber (SMF) are investigated. It is confirmed that optimal net residual dispersion (NRD), which greatly affects compensating for optical signals, should be induced under the large launch power condition, irrelevant on the considered dispersion coefficient of DCF and RDPS. It is also confirmed that system performances are greatly improved by selecting the very small RDPS and very large dispersion coefficient of DCF.

  • 본 논문에서는 고출력 증폭기와 송신 펄스 성형 필터로서 Raised Cosine filter (RCF)를 사용하는 OFDM 시스템에서 비선형 왜곡 보상을 위한 고정점 반복 사전왜곡기를 제안하고 이의 성능을 검증하였다. 제안된 사전왜곡기는 RCF 전단에 위치하나 이의 Zero-Intersymbol Interference 성질을 이용하여 단지 고출력 증폭기에 의한 기억성이 없는 비선형 왜곡만을 보상하는 효율적인 구조이다. 또한 성능 검증을 위해 필터 전단에 위치하는 사전왜곡기와 증폭기 전단에 위치하여 증폭기의 비선형 왜곡만을 보상하는 사전왜곡기를 비교하여, 필터에서 ISI를 제거한 경우에는 사전왜곡기의 위치에 관계없이 비선형 왜곡을 효과적으로 보상할 수 있다는 점을 모의실험을 통해 확인하였다.

  • 교류 송전선로를 통해 전송되는 전력은 선로의 임피던스, 송/수전단 전압의 크기와 위상에 대해 함수관계를 갖는다. 따라서 이 세 독립 변수를 신속 정확하게 제어할 수 있다면 송전선로를 통해 전송되는 전력을 융통성 있게 조정할 수 있고, 결과적으로 최대전력의 전송, 계통의 과도안정도 증가 그리고 계통의 저주파공진 감쇄 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 최근 대용량 GTO(Gate-Turn-Off) 다리이스터 개발에 힘입어 초대현 전압원 인버터의 제작이 가능해지면서, 이를 이용해 위의 세 변수를 제어하는 연구가 미국과 일본에서 활발히 진행중에 있다. 현재 이들 국가에서는 이미 야지시험(field test)을 위해 초대형 무효전력 보상장치(static condensor)를 제작 완료 했거나 제작중에 있어, 앞으로 이 분야의 연구는 계속 가속화될 것으로 보인다[1,2,7,8]. 본 해설에서는 먼저 위의 세 변수를 제어하기 위해 이론적으로 어떠한 보상법이 가능한가 알아보고, 이 보상법이 최대전력 전송과 계통 성능에 어떠한 개선을 주는지 기술하며, 마지막으로 이 보상법을 실행하는데 전압원 인버터가 어떻게 사용될 수 있는지를 설명하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문은 새로운 역률보상회로를 적용한 플러그인 하이브리드 전기 자동차 탑재형 완속 충전기(On-Board Charger, OBC)를 제안한다. 제안하는 완속 충전기용 역률보상회로 (Power Factor Correction, PFC)는 기존의 부스트 컨버터를 기본으로 하는 역률보상회로와 동일한 개수의 회로 부품과 입 출력전압 관계를 가진다. 회로 구조상 전파 정류된 DC 전압을 저장하는 입력 커패시터와 입력 인덕터의 에너지가 저장되는 출력 커패시터가 직렬 결합되어 DC-link 전압을 형성하므로 출력 커패시터의 동작전압(Working voltage)을 낮출 수 있어 단가절감이 가능하다. 제안된 역률보상 회로를 적용한 플러그인 하이브리드 전기 자동차 탑재형 완속 충전기에 대한 동작 특성을 해석하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 타당성을 검증한다.

Eco-friendly vehicle preferences by consumer characteristics (운전자 특성에 따른 친환경 자동차에 대한 선호도 분석)

  • This research presents that exogenous characteristics of consumers affect eco-friendly vehicle preference. The car consumers are classifies into two groups by their characteristics - sex, age, and fuel expense. To find differences in the preference for eco-friendly vehicle, marginal utilities and compensate variations of vehicle attributes are estimated. The results suggest that there are significant differences in marginal utilities and compensate variations. However, the compensate variation is more reliable standard to test the preference differences because utility is a subjective measure. Men and old people have stronger preference for the fuel efficiency than women and young people. High fuel expense people have more preference for short time charging vehicles than low fuel expense people. In addition, gasoline vehicles are more attractive to young people than old people.
